I have get new connection, i also paid quotation amount but after various call and request the electrician of mscb demand money for footing of new meter. And also fitting too late and now i have seen my bill is 450rs i.e.from the date of quotation...but i have use only 13 unit for this month from the fitting date. The electrician already provide late service for meter fitting...

    My metr no[protected] circle 4677 actualyy meter reading on bill and as per bill are different from1/4/16 to up date and mr shinde and mrs kalyani are not taken a application for this matter flat is lock from feb 20 to dec 20 check the history and make sure the bill
    mr shind and mrs kalyani not taken a complaint letter and not cooperate the customer check my bill and send actualy bill i am used rs 300 permonth bil per month from start please check the reading actualy and bill

        Reg Consumer no. :[protected] bill for Rs. 2190/-

        I am currently residing at Flat No.4, Chetna Avadhoot Apartment, Chetna Nagar, Nashik which is having an electricity connection bearing consumer No.[protected] I was shocked to receive current electricity bill for an amount of Rs.2190/- bill for this December 2020 is almost very high the amount of my regular bills.

        It is just not possible to have used so much electricity in the last six months. Excess bill in the month of June 2020 is almost twice.

        Unit as per last billing meter reading units - 1624

        Current meter reading units - 1686

        Total Units consumed - 62 units
        Please rectify this mistake so that I can pay the actual amount.

        I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

          Has been observed that the user with above details os using lots of electronic appliances. all luxirious uyilities for his he but payong less for the same. I think he might be misusing the electricity bill by thefting the electricity line.

            Sir/ Madam,

            Billing Unit 0329 Panvel 1 (Bhingari)

            our electricity bill for Jan 21 is wrong and heavy.

            December 20 meter status was normal.

            January 21 bill meter status shown Faulty. without meter photo.

            Bill sent for 187 units Rs. 1520/- on the unknown basis.

            Attaching today's meter reading photo ie. on 15.1.21 which is showing reading 1528.

            The previous reading was 1520 and now it is 1528 means the meter is working.

            Our stay in this house is limited and on occasions so meter moves accordingly this does not mean that meter is faulty.

            It is very painful to pay our hard-earned money for unused electricity.

            You are requested to look into the matter and make necessary corrections to the bill.

            We further request you to ask your personnel to take photo properly and regularly as the meter is easily accessible.

                  I have paid electricity bill for nov of 1740 rs on 8th Dec and 3770 on 20th Dec but this is not refelecting on the mahadis website and it is still showing payment due.

                  Can someone please check and help on this. as every month the previous month amount is being adding and generated the bill inspite payment.
                  Please help resolve this urgently.

                      There is no power supply at entire village. There is only one wireman assigned to entire area, who also looks after express line. If the wireman is on leave then some other wireman is given task who generally is reluctant and first services express line.

                      Suggest two wiremen per area be assigned so that they can service in time and also catch power thefts.

                        Please need to make correction in the MAHADISCOM data, so that on monthly bill it should appear correclty.I have attached herewith my licence softcopy to refer exact the name. Also attched Dec'20 lightbill.

                        I need this change because this is one of the required document for the issuing Passport.

                            This is regarding the MSEB bill paid on 7th Dec'2020 via G Pay (which in turn took us via Billdesk ) and the Amount of Rs 1610 /- was paid online which we have recieved a payment confirmation that we have paid the Bill but it is still not yet updated with MSEB ..this month we have recieved a Combo bill of Last month Bill ( unupdated Bill of Rs 1610 /-) plus Rs 870/- Bill of current Month

                            Kindly update it ASAP and confirm when done

                                    How many times should I raise ticket for high bill.. you are telling me not to pay the bill it will get adjusted in next bill.. you are increasing the bill every month.. how many times should i submit letter t kalyan.. are you not understanding what my concern???? for 0 consumption unit you are increasing bill monthly. i will post this on social media if i don't get my bill adjusted in 2 days... your taking person has taken wrong reading in jan and feb.. for 0 unit you billed me 1lakh 2lakh bill.. why you people are fooling public

                                        I made a UPI bill payment through MSEDCL portal. I did UPI transfer from Citibank account. The transaction for payment to MSEDCL failed, but amount (Rs. 760) was debited; it was never reversed/refunded.

                                        Here are the details:

                                        Transaction Narration: UPI/ritesh.[protected]@citi

                                        Amount Debited: Rs. 760/-

                                        Date/Time of Transaction: 22-DEC-2020 at 02:49 PM

                                        Can you please initiate the refund process immediately?
                                        The extra amount (which did not reflect as received) seem to have been received by MSEB and the amount from that payment was used for payment of the next month bill. So, it seems okay for now. No issue. No further action required from MSEB side. Thanks to MSEB's automated system(s)..
