My bill is 5 times the normal bill i usually get a bill of 1000 rs you have sent a bill of 14000.
Kindly check and send the correct bill.

          Hi i am poonam aman narsu residing in optima heights in kesnand and our consumer bill no is[protected]. We always receive electricity bill around 500-600 and normal reading per month is around maximum 90-100 units.in june we have received a reading as 670 unit. This is shocking and absolutely not affordable.
          Normal bill charges around 500-600, but for the month of june 2020, i have received the rs 4270/- electricity bill. We have never in life, received such a high bill amount. We have already paid the bill till april 2020.

          Msedcl should check the system and revert with revised and correct bills. We are middle class people we can't afford to pay such huge amount. Awaiting for immediate action.

          Hello I just wanted to rectify my mistake informing you that we have cleared the electricity bill till the month of May2020. So requesting to make the changes in the bill as per the previous avarage bill. Thank you.

            My normal bill is around[protected]. During the lockdown i had even submitted the reading and paid a bill of 5100 in may 2020.

            Still the bill for june 2020 is 12950.

            This is too high considering that couple of days there was complete electricity shutdown due to cyclone and intermittently electricity failures are very common now.

              Hi, i am shaikh hamja,

              My average bill is from the last 7-8 month in between
              Rs 400-500.

              Now the current month [june 2020] ebill amount is rs 2700. This is never expected nor the we consume the that much electricity to get this bill.

              I request you to please verify the bill amount.

                  Meter reading was not done in april and may which is understandable but you cannot consider reading taken in june as bill of single month, as higher units are charged at a higher price. You need to consider the average of 3 months and put unit slabs correctly.

                    Hello team.

                    This is related my bill amount.. I got a bill this morning which says 3500 aprrx i need to pay this month and this is combined bill for april to june 2020.. I already have paid estomated bill amount throught google pay and dor the month of june its says i need to apy 2100 rs... Which is the correct one.. Amount is too hight for people like us who belong to lowwer middle class..

                    I called in customer care but the girl who atteneded my call had know knoledge as well as we ended up with argumnet.

                    Could you look into this matter asap.

                    Or else i need to complain to senior department for this.

                    I am expecting your swift action on this.

                            During last monsoon, there was a cable fault at my residence, due to which entire cable coming from junction box to my meter needed replacement. The same was temporarily replaced with overhead cable saying that they will lay underground cable asap. But its been year since same has not been done. Now there is burning smell coming from the wire & it has started melting too. Pls do the needful

                              Our normal reading per month is around maximum 130 unit.in june we have received a reading as 1044 unit. This is shocking and absolutely not effordable.
                              Normal bill charges around 1200/-, but for june 2020, i have received the rs 10043/-.
                              We have never in life, received such a high bill amount.

                              Msedcl should check the system and revert with revised and correct bills.

                                In this current covid-19 situation we already facing lot of issue salary cut job loss n the mseb is billing randomly with any reading 6000/- bill about fir june were as our average bill value is 600/-

                                Plz kindly look into this we poor people will die from this kind of practices

                                  Our average bill is around rs 1200. Since the reading was not taken in month of mar'20 to june'20, we used to get an average bill of inr 1200 and i paid the same on time. However, in june month i got a bill of 5800 which is extremely high & i can not afford it. The software is itself corrupt and they are charging assuming the 3 months bill as 1 month consumed units and then subtracting the paid amount. This needs to be re-checked & reconfirmed.
                                  I hereby request that a representative from mahadiscombe sent to my residence as soon as possible in order to read my meter and determine whether or not someone has been "stealing" my electricity, or perhaps that my meter is faulty or the generated bill is itself incorrect?

                                  Please consider this written notice as an official complaint and be advised that i will not pay what i consider to be excess charges until an official from your company verifies said charges.

                                  Waiting for your immediate action.
