Our consumer number is[protected] billing unit 4611 - deccan pune for our building's meter meant for supply to elevator. For april bill the following message was received from the bank of maharashtra:

Your a/c xxxx9834 has been debited by rs. 3, 780.00 on 14-may-2020 by ach bdecs-mseb[protected].

For june 2020 bill, the above amount was shown as arrears and the bill for june was shown as rs. 7, 960/- which shows rs. 3, 780 /- as arrears.. As our upper limit given to bill desk is rs. 6, 000/- the bill was not paid by them.

This is a gross mistake by msedcl and the bills needs to be corrected immediately.

    गेले तीन दिवासापासून हडपसर येथील साधना सोसायटीतील केबल दुरुस्ती होऊ शकली नाही मुळात केबल टाकून फार कालावधी झालेला नाही इतक्या लवकर ती का खराब झाली याची योग्य स्तरावरून तपासणी होणे आवश्क आहे त्यामुळे त्यांनी तात्पुरती सिंगल फेज वरून व्यवस्था केली परंतु त्यामुळे होल्तेज कमी आहे व त्यामुळे घरातील महागड्या विद्युत वस्तू खराब होऊ शकतात या पूर्वी तसे घडलेले आहे
    केबल जोइंतर उपलब्ध नसल्याने आज काम होऊ शकले नाही असे सांगितले अशी कारणे योग्य नाहीत

        My consumer number is[protected], i am a resident of following building building no 2 flat no 41 aditya park chs near kshitij chs hari om nagar mumuld east 400081.
        For the month of april 2020 i have been charged an exhorbitant amount of 4790/- as my electricity bill. This is nearly double the monthly bill. I find there is literally some fault in this bill and i need this to be revised and rechecked to give the correct amount which is somewhere around 2300/-per month

          Hello,
          I am kalpesh barhate having consumer number :[protected] with mseb is facing average bill issue since from last year feb 2019. Everytime i need to visit thermax chouk office and the officer is not ready to correct the bill. Also i tried making a request to change the meter in moshi office near river residency. I have given application as well to change the meter but they said that mseb do not have new meter since from january 2020. So, i have to pay the bill whatever i receive. As a common man i cannot pay the huge bills even when not used. Every month i am getting electricity bill of 137 units as an average for 1 bhk home and mseb officers from thermax chouk are not at all co-operative. They even use bad words when we reqeust them to correct the bill. Which should be addressed on high priority and strict action should be taken againast those mseb officers who gives the incorrect bill and later not support to correct the bills.

          This month Even after submitting meter reading still I got the average bill of 137 units. Its very irritating.

              Electrical blackout for indefinite times throughout the day. As many as 10 times. Within working hours in midc, kasurdi, pune.

              This problem needs to stop.

                Hi,

                I am a resident of rose parade society, kondhwa khurd, 411048, off nibm road and since last 48 hours we do not have electricity.

                We had intermittent single phase but no electricity otherwise since 2 days.

                So many complains lodged and yet no one is responding.

                Irresponsible behaviour from local authorities, no one has visited to check the problem. Poor administration.

                  I'm nirupam moitra from suresh nagar pune, there was power cut in my building since 11 am on 03/05/20. Power back on at 03/05/20 with low voltage. I have registered multiple complaints online and via sms, no response. I called customer care number 3 times, everytime call landed in a different state, never got through maharastra. I am an it employee i work from home my 2 days pay is gone and i dont have an update yet when these guys are gonna wake up. Incredibly disgusting service, pathetic attitude towards customers.

                    We, public from nalasopara east, achole road is facing poorest power supply, in last 48 hrs we didn't have electricity power supply for more than 30 hrs. Cant accept this in city like mumbai, in this era of work from home, we are facing power cut for more than 4_5 hrs everyday, there is no response by duty incharge, phone calls are switch off. Entire lock down we have spend in small house bursting full of sweat with no power supply, is this some type of political game playing for us or some inverter mafia has sponsored that we will start to buy inverter again as we use to do before 5 yrs.

                      For excess bill

                      Dear sir,

                      I am getting excess bill from many years . The monthly bill should just be thousand according to my usage but I get 5 to 6 thousand per month bill . So I request you sir to please check the problems in my bill and provide me the correct bill and to return the extra amount of bill I have paid.

                      Hi,
                      Electricity bill for month of may 2020 is 450 for us. Consumer number[protected]
                      Bill number - [protected]
                      This is our flat in pune. But due to lockdown we are at our home town and our flat is lock with all the switches off. No use of electricity from march 20, 2020 till date now.
                      Then how can 450 bill given to us without usage.
                      Please look into this matter urgently.

                        Bill rs 910 is raised.
                        Last month unit's consumed 182 unit's bill rcvd 710.

                        Are you guy's seriously sending correct bill or enjoying the leverage given by gov.
                        Ensure to send me the correct bill within deadline.

                        I'm attaching previous data for unit's consumed. I am leaving in chawl 10x11 room. Not having much appliances.

                          I am sanjeev m. Pednekar, having a row house (No. 37, sai heritage, opp. Maruti mandir, kolgaon, sawantwadi, maharashtra.) on my son name, samit sanjeev pednekar. Since we are staying in mumbai, we are visiting at sawantwadi in vacation only.in dec.2019 i observed that our meter (Consumer no.[protected], bu - 4187 sawantwadi (U) s/dn) is not working so i made a written complaint to sawantwadi mseb office for the replacement of our faulty meter. They send an electrcian & he confirm about meter faulty. & told me that they will replace the meter. I came back mumbai on 31st dec.2020. We have not visited wadi till now but till today my meter is not changed & regularly i am getting average bill which i am paying online. Because of lockdown we could not visit our sawantwadi home. Hence requesting you kindly get my meter replaced & my bills should be adjusted.

                            This month the bill provided by mseb which is too much. Actually from two month we filled bill regarding that don't have any doubt or issue but this months bill is too much, i just want to be correcting this, but how i don't know so i'll complaining you. Actually reading is one other & bill provided us other. So please i request you to take action about this, & reduce our bill which is too much for us. Please it's humble request to you. Please do something regarding this.

                                Dear Sir, my consumer number is[protected]. From last May 2019 my flat has not been used . It is locked so there is no cosumtation of any electricity till the date. Still i had all the electricity bills during this time till 1st April 2020. But in the month of April it was wrongly issued as average bill & it is not yet changed till the time as no one had come to take the meter reading. I request you please check & update the meter bill as a normal amout for the locked house because all the nominal amout bills of locked house/home are paid before the due date in past . As a regular & prompt customer of MSEDCL customer i expect quick action as per request.

                                      I (Consumer number[protected], bu0329) would like to make a complaint that since bill of january 2020 to may 2020 my meter reading is same 3762 (Both previous and current reading).
                                      Presently nobody staying in the flat since january 2020 till date
                                      Below are the bills for particular month:
                                      1) january-2020 bill rs 1090.00 (Previous meter reading 3762 and current meter reading 3762).

                                      2) february-2020 bill rs 180.00 (Previous meter reading 3762 and current meter reading 3762).

                                      3) march-2020 bill rs 270.00 (Previous meter reading 3762 and current meter reading 3762).

                                      4) april -2020 bill rs 890.00 (Previous meter reading 3762 and current meter reading 3762).

                                      5) may-2020 bill rs 2090.00 (Previous meter reading 3762 and current meter reading 3762).

                                      Bill is paid online for month march 2020 of rs 270.00
                                      So i request you please revise the bill by making correction in next upcoming bill for june 2020
