My consumer no is[protected] i already registered complaint in mahavitran app and submit complaint on this portal. But no response since last 3 weeks.. Kindly note that i got high bill in last 2 months as there is no one in my house from last 35 days.. Billing amount is 4830 and 4830 for march and april simultaneously.. Thee issue persist because of wrong meter no updated in your system against my consumer no..

Please correct the new bill amount considering my revious payment,
The shop is closed since 20th february 2020, so bill should be only the basic meter rent.

I am overseas since july 2019 as you can see in the last so many bills.
I have still not come back. I had paid advance in june 2019 and was billed on minimum. Last month suddenly a bill of 1800 was there which is debited from my advance payment. Kindly bill on minimum and revert the extra amount. My bu is 4603 (Hadapsar) meter number is[protected]

Offline applications are not entertained now a days . They say to do online application .
Online applications also no progress . 3 months going to be over .

I have paid Rs.310 on line for my electric bill on 4 th Apr. 2020. But yesterday got reminder for bill payment.

My consumer no is[protected] .. my average bill for last month's like 500, 560, 560 but for mar month I got 4830 which is clearly not acceptable.. coz there is only one person stay in this home and there is no electronic device like laptop, computer, cooler, ac etc etc..only refrigerator, tv and washing machine is there which is randomly used... Kindly treat my complaint on priority. Also I complaint on mahavitaran app and through mail hut no response.tried to call customer care but no response... Kindly treat this on urgent basis

Dear mseb,
I am farmer and customer of mseb, i pay my bills regurlarly my billing unit is 4757/jeur//barshi division. I am facing power cut in my area delebrately some subcontractors persons are disconnectiong power supply of my area on there own and on asking them they are coming to fight and they are doing there own. We are terribly facing power cut from 10am to 6pm daily in dp no 2 area and in other area dp no 1 there is no power cut. Sir kindly see that the officer and enginner in that area are not working properly and the substation working is done by subcintractor people and they take money and cut powersupply of other area. Now due to corona situation everyone is at home and our all electical appliances are shut such as fan fridge tv kindly take strict action on the concern persons quickly as i am sending complaint tweet to state electricity minister and our maharashtra cm and our pm kindly do take strict action on the mseb officials and local subcontractors.

Please note that my meter connection was new which was done on 22 March. But when i saw the bill it was 820rs. My meter reading has being wrongly taken. I am attaching my meter image with proper reading and i want strict action has to be taken regarding this false reading. Kindly do the needful.

I am from bargewadi tal Karjat dist ahmadnagar in my village last 3 hrs light is missing mseb people not attend any type of call

Few month before i had took application for change in name on mseb meter. But by mistake i filled wrong details in form... Now my aaplication is approved... But wrong meter number update on my name... That meter number is[protected] its not my meter number... My actual meter number is[protected]... I except my mistake... Please suggest me. But i had uploaded correct document... Only i filled wrong old consumer details in form.

Some people in my area due to that, the people having pay bills they not acquiring water in proper. They have no fear of electricity department

It is humbly request to you charge that people do not having meter they stolen power from 14 years, we have been suffering for 14 years. Hope you help us. Those who do not have meters are doing waste water
And those who are paying the bills cannot get water.

We are facing poor power our dp of village is too old and being bad and again again electri city is lacking please change it we can't sleep in hot in summers please solve it

Dear sir /madam,

Kindly look into the matter as i stayed at shri krishna nagar jatwada road, opp. Sara vaibhav society, aurangabad maharashtra in this area msedc ltd power supply is very poor & low since last 4 years that local executive engineer, assistant engineer, and staff not maintaining area dp properly.

The power required per house is 230 watts but actually supply providing from msedc ltd 130 watts. The engineer said we tried to power regular but nobody can doing his work properly. Continuesly power supply intruppted and fuse call center wireman doesn't received call and reply too late.

Here i request to look into this matter seriously and solved the issue as soon as possible.
