Dear team,

From date 15.03.2020 i am just sending emails/service request via msedcl mobile app to inform them that my consumer number[protected] meter is not yet reconnect, i have paid outstanding bills and also cleared meter reconnection charges but still my meter is not yet connected.

After i make online complaint within 2 hours status showing complaint closed but still this meter is not connected.

I have called to bhingari msedcl office but no body attending calls.

Please help me to sort out this

    My conssumption during the period from[protected] till[protected] is 99 units. As per mtr order 195/2017 dt.[protected], the energy bill should have been charged @ rs. 3.05 and fuel adjustment charge @ rs. 0.610 per unit. Considering the above facts my bill payable for the month of march 2020 should have been rs. 671.91 - rounded up to rs. 670.00 (Rs.1.91 being carried forward to next month)

    Your bill no. [protected] for march 2020, customer i. D.[protected], is charged for rs. 702.32 and payable amount of rs.700.00, which i paid on-line on[protected]. (Transaction ref. No. Sur[protected])

    I now insist on refund of excess charged amount of rs. 30.00 and adjust the same in my next bill of april 2020.

    Kiindly acknowledge the receipt of this complaint, with adaquate complaint number.

      I made online payment for new connection application id 25639835 consumer no.[protected] for rs.4776.00 from my saving account no. [protected] on[protected]. Payment was a failure but money was debited from my account. Reference number [protected]. I waited till[protected] and again made the payment for rs.4776.00 which was successful. I sent numerous emails to [protected]@mahadiscom.in but got no response. I also tried calling their helpline landline number [protected] many times but nobody answered the phone. If my money is not refunded then i will approach consumer court for refund and compensation for the harassment.

        Hello,
        As i have flat in 1005 in ulwe with consumer no.[protected], presently it is vacant condition, consumption is 0, but meter is contentiously reading the no. And every month 250 unit consumption is showing.
        It is very bizarre that empty flat is showing huge consumption in even empty flat.
        I have complained this also with complain id[protected] but no solution have been made till now.

            refer to my complaint[protected] dt 20/12/2019

            refer to your notice u/s 56 of ea2003 dt 16/03/2020
            in this matter you have given me a notice of hereby disconnection of electricity
            i say that i made a complaint due to a false charge of 200 units in dec 2019. I have clearely mentioned in my complaint i am a defence person and my posting is not in mumbai hence my house was locked. I didnot use single unit of mahavitaran. My meter reading is 3690 last 06 months. Still from your side you have false charged 200 units in february 2020 and 100 units false charged in march 2020. Hence my bill you charged rs 2450/- till to date.
            I cannot understand how can you false charged in total 500 units in last 03 months and given me a notice of disconnection.
            I request you please check my current reading and as per you charge. I shall pay the same.
            Please cooperate. Thanks

              I paid the bill on 9 march online, my amount is deducted but its not updated in msedcl website. I was continuous giving complaint to customer care as well as md, help desk but nobody listening and not solving it. I am not satisfy with their service. I am given all details like transaction no., date, mode of payment but nobody taking interest to solve it. Only they read and ignore from last 09 march. Customer care also suggest me wait 3-4 days its done automatic like nonsense excuse.

                I performed few online payments to msedcl from past two weeks. Two of these payments failed. I have sent numorous emails to thei online complaint emaail address [protected]@mahadiscom.in but got no response. I also tried contacting to their complaint phone number [protected] but no one is answering.
                I have made two payments that have faile. One is for rs.4776 nd other is for rs.590.
                Please help.

Nagar, गणेश सदन बिल्ड़िंग, "a" विंग में mseb का पावर सप्लाई हे, वहा पर कुछ रूम वाले रातको लाइट चोरी करते हे और दिन में मीटर पर चलाते हे. उनोने ग्राउंड फ्लोर मेन सप्लाई से पहिली मंजिल तक डायरके सप्लाई लियाहै और वहासे अपने अपने रूम तक सप्लाई किया हे और वह रत को ग्यारा बजे से सुबह तक लाइट चोरी करते है. इस कारण उनका बिल हर महीने बहुत कम आता है. कृपया करके इसे रोके।

                    Under RTI, I have the right to know the date on which meter readings are taken. The photographer who takes photo of the meter always does the delay till the meter crosses 100 units. I think that, he intentionally delays. The photographer who clicks the photo should contact the owner on the day he clicks.

                      Electricity meter reading is taken every 14th.
                      I do not receive any message of the reading taken.
                      In the month of feb. 2020, the reading was taken and final reading was 9763.
                      This was seen when i recd. The bill. I was charged for 26 units.
                      In fact the meter reading on 14th feb. Was 9783.
                      Thus i was charged 20 units less.
                      However these 20 units will now be part of next month"s consumption.
                      If the the consumption now exceeds 100 units because of these 20 units, i will be penalised for no fault of mine.
                      Pl. Ensure that i receive the message of the reading every month so that matter can be taken up immediately before the bill is prepared.

                        Msedcl connection is for a lift in a building with only ground+3 floors. For the last 20 years, average consumption been about 90 units per month.
                        Since the january 2020 we are getting consumption readings of over 400 units per month. The billed amounts are 6 times higher than previously recorded.

                        A complaint was lodged with the addl. Engineer msedcl at the aundh sub-division on 4th february 2020 for testing of the energy meter with accu check equipment. No action is being taken by the responsible msedcl authorities in spite of regular telephone reminders.

                          Last 2 month my home is locked and not usung electricity but still i got bill 1130 rs. Its very surprising for me. I switched off button fron main swtich and getting still that kind of high bill. Please look into it. I do not pay till your resolution.

                          Even i paied last 1 year high bill approx 2300 rs every month i used as like 2 tublight, 1 fridge, 2 fan and i paid high bill. It called loot.

                          I request please look into this matter.

                          Note: even i am not able to complaint. There shows consumer complaint should not be null. But i already put corrct consumer number. Please see attachment screenshot

Meter is not working i.e. meter not recording electric consumption from last 6 months. Hence the new meter may please be replaced at the earliest possible.

                                My consumer no.[protected] residing sector 19, kharghar. Mseb electrician found that meter has malfunctioned and supply to my flat has stopped. Hence, he asked me to pay for new meter (₹1500) which i did immediately and got receipt from mseb. But i did not get a fresh new meter, instead the technician brought a reused/repaired meter and installed it. He said, new meter is out of stock. This is temporary meter and he will be get me a new permanent one. But till now, i have not got new meter. I do not think, mseb charges ₹1500 for old reused meter. Please refund my amount.

                                  qr code payment done but not reflecting in account

                                  I made a payment of rs.2200/- to msedcl being the electricity bill for feb 2020 of my residence at kharghar on 1st march 2020. This payment was made by scanning the qr code shown in the bill through upi in google pay but the company has not updated my payment receipt on its site.
