Dear Sir, pls find customer no[protected], BIU : 4541. Since more than a year and currently last 3 months consumption shows every high. Humble request to replace the meter completely. I had recently purchased this flat which locked since more than 4yrs...Pls check records where bill used to minimum charges going more than 3 times. We are going shift to this place. At present, no fridge, geyser, aquaguard, fan available. Pls check and humble request to replace the meter with new one.

              There has been frequent power failure in out locality (Vishwashanti Colony). Ours in top most area in PCMC, however only our locality (Vishwashanti Colony, Pimple Saudagar) is affected. Kunal ICOn road, Pimple saudagar is never seen affected. Why So?

                  Dear mscb officer,

                  I have been staying in my native place since last one month, however, we are facing lost of problem due to street lights are not available in the area since last two weeks, even raised multiple complaints by neighbor to mscb.

                  There have been many incidents happened at night due to darkness in the area, dogs are barking/biting frequently.. For these cases, we don't know whom should be blamed... However, still would require co-operation from mscb to fix this issue at the utmost priority without fail.

                          There has been frequent power cuts in vishal nagar, Jagtap dairy area for the last week or so. With lockdown going on it is difficult to WFH with frequent power cuts. Sometimes the power cut occurs at 2am, 4 am at night also.
                          Request someone to please look into this urgently.

                                The electricity meter reading is not taken from last 6 months . The issue has been consistent of not taking meter reading for last 2 years. Earlier also I had given a written complaint, post which only once the meter reading was taken and now again they have stopped taking the meter reading. As I do not stay near by the apartment it is difficult for me to snap a photo every month. The strange part is for a lot of members in the society the reading is taken. Can you help? As the meter reasing is not taken later I receive a average bill which is high.

                                  Hello,

                                  My name is ravindra. K. Shetty

                                  This incident has happened in march 2020.

                                  I had paid my electricity bill of rs 2160/- to the local bill collector via cheque on 4rd march 2020 like every month.
                                  Bill no - [protected]
                                  Bill of supply of the month - february 2020

                                  On 6th march, i received a notification from corporation bank that the amount rs 2160/- is debited from my account.

                                  However on 21st march 2020, i received a message from my bank that my cheque was returned - cheque 473162 (Instrument alreayd paid)

                                  On, 25th march i received a cumulative bill amount to be paid for the month of february and march - rs. 4300/- due date was 13/04/2020.

                                  Due to the recent glitch, i paid the bill online on 13/04/2020.

                                  However, i got a message from msedcl on 21st april to pay penalty charges of rs. 750/ — + 18% as the cheque was dishonoured.

                                  To understand the issue, i met with the bank employees of corporation bank why my cheque was returned/ reversed.

                                  It turned out that the mseb had deposited the cheque in yes bank whose operations were closed due to the rbi notice during that particular time.

                                  Hence the amount was reversed back to my account after 7 days.

                                  Msedcl again deposited the same cheque (No. 473162) on 20th march 2020.
                                  Corporaton bank dishonored the cheque on 21st march 2020,
                                  Reason - instrument already paid

                                  Hence, i request you to cancel the penalty charge of rs. 750 + 18% that is being asked for the same.
                                  Since i had paid the bill on time like a responsible citizen and this was a technical glitch on the msedcl's account bank.

                                        From april 2019 to jan 2020 : meter reading was same as 2146 but amount paid for complete period is 3290 inr.

                                        From feb 2020 to april 2020 : bill generated as 1480 inr in which last amount paid till 02/02/2020 were not considered.

                                        The amount paid 3290 inr till 02/02/2020 must get deducted from current bill.

                                        Customer care is not supporting for bill amount change as well akurdi sub station officer mr. Mane is not considering complaint.

                                        Kindly support to sort out the issue. Bill payment is on hold as already excess amount is paid till date.
