My village name is kamewadi, which is in kolhapur district, taluka : chandgad.
My parents whose age is around above 70.in last flood they lost there home including electric connection. Now they return at there broken house and they are requesting for electric connection from last three week, but still they didn't get connection yet.
After lot of request wire man never come on request in my village, rather than he send third party person for his work. And this third party person ask for lot of money for little work. Still people pay for it because they don't have other options but still this third person is so arrogant and miss behaved person. If mseb people work honestly then we don't face those kind of persons.

      आपल्याला काळवंतांना अतिशय खेद वाटतो कि आपल्या विभागा कडून कोणत्याही प्रकारची शहनिशा न करता या महिन्याचे वीज बिल वितरित केले गेले कारण आमच्या संपूर्ण कॉलनी मध्ये मीटर रिडींग करीत समंधित कर्मचारी आलाच नाही आमच्या भागात त्याचा शेड्युल १५ तारखेचा असतो पण तो १७ पर्यंत देखील आला नाही म्हणून महावितरण च्या अँप मधून तक्रार नोंदवली तक्रार क्र. ०००००४४०२८७२ परंतु नेहमी प्रमाणे आपल्याला त्याचा काहीही फरक पडत नाही असेच झाले परिणामी आज एव्हरेज रिडींग चे बिल पाठवण्यात आले हि वाळ्याच्या दिवसात विजेचा वापर अतिशय कमी असताना एव्हरेज बिलाचा भुर्दंड आम्ही ग्राहकांनी का भुगतावा ? सबब या बाबत योग्य खुलासा आपल्या कडून व्हावा हि अपेक्षा करावीशी वाटते .

        Respected sir/authority,
        My consumer number[protected].
        Before i write down i want you to read it fully to know my complaint concern.

        My old meter display was not showing readings so i did complaint on (1 july 2019).
        Then they replaced my meter after 5 months on (12 november 2019).
        Since after replacement i should have been charged as per new meter readings.
        But still as on today (16 january 2020) i am being charged as per old average bill of 401 units (Which exceeds my usage) even two months after you replaced old meter. Since i take this to your notice on (1 july 2019) it should not have been taken 8 months for this to happen.

        Please explain
        1. Why i am not being charged as per replaced meter readings?
        And instead why are you charging me as per average usage of 401 units (Which exceeds my usage) though i had took this to your notice eight months before i. E. On 1 july 2019?.

        2. Also please let me know shall i have to pay for both i. E. 1. Average reading 2. Readings on replaced meter. If yes, then how can you charge twice for a single use?

        I had take this to notice to your local office in manmad time to time and then wrote.
        Please take a serious note of this and revert as soon as possible.
        I have attached the scan documents as proofs.

        I have wrote this to customer care of the company but my complaint was closed without taking any efforts and without solving my issues.

        What should i do to solve this issues regularly happens with many consumers like me?.

          Dear sir,

          I undersigned mr. Avdhut vitthal yandekasar, residing at bhom, kolgaon, sawantwadi, dist-sindhudurg wish to request you to provide compensation or rent per month for 1 msedcl dp and electricity poles which are setup unauthorized in our land from last 20-25 years along with ht wires which are going overhead through our land bearing survey no.96/43-44. Due to this dp, poles and high tension wires there is always risk to our property, tress as well as lives. Also we can not utilize our land for cultivation or any other reason. I had followed with concerned officers of sawantwadi and kudal msedcl office from last 2 years but no action has been taken in this regard,

          So i request you to kindly remove these poles, dp, wires from our land with an immediate effect or provide compensation or rent to us per month including rent of last many years as per electricity rule 2003 and licence rule 2005.

            Hi,
            My consumer number is[protected] and our meter is fixed outside the home to take proper measure of electricity consumed however in some month nobody comes to take meter reading and i am getting charged with big fat bills.
            Last time i got this query resolved offline but it's happening very frequently now.
            Please find attached photo which i downloaded from mscbe website, my meter is fixed outside and very much accessible to take readings but you guys are not taking efforts to take proper reading and charging customer with this much bills.

              Dear sir/madam,

              We are staying at rent and the bill amount which we received is not applicable. We hardly have anything at home then also we are paying huge amount of monet every month. From last 8 month we are facing the issue this bill amount is not applicable. And your officer in branch does not know to talk to a customer. They are just chit chatting but not helping the customer. We are requesting you to look into this and want the refund for extra amount asap.

                Please need to make correction in the mahadiscom data, so that on monthly bill it should appear correclty.
                I need this change because this is one of the required document for the issuing passport.
                Street light behind Khansari, Tq.Arvi DIST.Latur. Behind Venkatesh apartment, in front of Mannat building not working since 8 months.Its issue is only tube light dead need to change only request you please do the needful as soon as possible.

                  I have even written a mail to supreme court... After changing meter amt ia coming to exaurbitant rates. Reading is less amt is more... Have complaint to both of them to seriously look into this matter we stay at mayuresh park. Bhandup west. These people are just looting us... Even though now a days we dont use ac amt ia huge...

                  Non of the customer service have reverted back after writing mail..

                  If this continues like this then high time you people shut your service and give it to someone else to manage.. Electricity

                      Since 4 month no body from mseb executive taking our meter readings, in the monthly bill, previous reading and current reading is same, so since 4 months they are charging us minimum charges.

                        This is regarding meter replacement request which was raised close to 8 months back by me. I was told that meter replacement request takes 6 months for completion. I somehow agreed even if it didn't seem right to me.
                        The reason for meter replacement was due to false electricity bill was coming as the meter was not functional and every month same amount of ill was and getting generated till date.
                        I am following up with kharadi mseb branch pune 411014 from last 6 months and i got confirmation before one month that a new meter is available to be replaced now.
                        But this guy named rajesh more is now fooling us saying there is no need of meter replacement as the meter is perfectly fine even if the meter bill is consistently getting generated with same amount every month.
                        The meter replacement request is attached with the same.

                          Sir, i, kiran kashinath gaikwad, am a resident of village - rahimatpur. Taluk - koregaon. District - satara... On 02/01/2020 fire broke out in my sugar cane field due to the short circuit... The shackle clamp of the conductor broke down and caused short circuit.in the field my sugar cane crop was about to be harested but was totally burnt due to fire...in the field i used drip irrigation system to irrigate the crop also is burnt totally... This has caused me a big loss... I want the company to give me the compensation for this loss... As the whole irrigation system costed me rs 23000/... And also my crop is burnt i am having a loss of income from it... My contact number... [protected]

My meter has been changed in the month of october 2019 and for the first month i. E. November 2019 i have received the average bill of rs 640 for new meter. According to mahadiscom previous meter was faulty, but i have paid all the bills which are higher...

                              about new connection request pending

After frequent followup till now, no one has turned up for the connection. They are asking to visit there local divisional office but as i am out of station it becomes hard...

                              In feb, 2015 my meter was fitted...some days before some people from MSEB came and changed our meter without informing us and they directly changed meter and come to us by saying that your meter is changed we fitted new one and few days send bill of ₹91, 386/- for unknown reason... Till 2015 I have never seen my meter because it's back side of Shop situated under apartments stair case which is always locked by security guard.

Our average consumption for the last one year is around 100 units but for this month it was 536 units which is costing rs 4310. As we have not consumed this much units kindly look into it.                                   This mail is an inquiry and query on bill no (Ggn) [protected].

                                  I understand the bill cycle is from 24th oct 2019 to 24th nov 2019 with meter reading [protected] with only 22 units consumed.
                                  However i have received a bill of whopping 840 rs with no or hardly any usage of electricity / appliances in the period mentioned.

                                  To make my statement even more clearer, attached is the screenshot of the current bill & history of previous bills where units consumed were more and charge was lesser.

                                  I had also raised a complaint through app to which i did not get any response.

                                  I have paid the bill, in order to avoid late charges, but i request you to please look into the matter and provide necessary resolution to my grievance either in terms of reversal or adjustment in the next bill cycle.

                                    I am Bhushan Abhimanyu Narnaware, Flat No B-306, Maa Vaishnavi Residency, Umred. My consumer number is[protected] and meter connection installation date on[protected]. I have received Electricity bill Rs. 19710/- from month August to till month. I am disturbed how such a heavy electricity bill could have been reached. So I request you to have my meter checked and also get the meter reading confirmed. It is just not possible to have used so much of electricity consumption not more as per received electricity bill amount.

                                    I shall be obliged to pay the bill till this disput is settled. I would be highly obliged if you could settled this matter in accordance with the provisions to the satisfaction of your customer.
