        Dear sir /madam,

        Kindly look into the matter as i stayed at shri krishna nagar jatwada road, opp. Sara vaibhav society, aurangabad maharashtra in this area msedc ltd power supply is very poor & low since last 4 years that local executive engineer, assistant engineer, and staff not maintaining area dp properly.

        The power required per house is 230 watts but actually supply providing from msedc ltd 130 watts. The engineer said we tried to power regular but nobody can doing his work properly. Continuesly power supply intruppted and fuse call center wireman doesn't received call and reply too late.

        Here i request to look into this matter seriously and solved the issue as soon as possible.

                Almost weekly three four times in my area there is load shedding for an hour or more, Lot of complaints are registered on mahavitaran app and @se and ee satara on Facebook but no firm action has been taken so far by concerned authorities.billing unit 094/Satara (u)s/DN/Satara Division.cons No[protected] .hope of earliest action.

                  I have a single phase meter but i am being charged for a 3 phase meter from the last 3 months ie since december 2019.
                  Mseb is not taking the photo of my single phase meter.
                  I have made several complaints at the mseb office but nothing seems to change.

                  Hi,
                  We are leaving at home now a days and working from home. But due to power supply issue or may be load sheding Im and others also not able to complete work.
                  Im requesting you please dont do any kind of load sheding for few days, even dont aply for thursday also..

                    I am the secretary of the Bldg., Rangavali No.1 co-op hsc society. we have three wings in our society A, B, &C . In the A wing and C wing flats there is lot of voltage fluctuations happening for last threee days (since 29th april 2020) due to which all electrical gadgets are not working properly, also the simple tubelights are constantly flickering . If this continues it may lead to a short circuit or major fire. So request you to send your person to rectify the same at the earliest. For last three days following up with your person but till date no one has attended the complaint.

                      I always make online payment. Also made online payment of rs. 1110/- on 21/03/2020 against march 2020 bill by following all steps as per your online site. However, my bank central bank of india debited rs.1115.76 (Msedcl mumbai mhin) instead of rs.1110/-. Shockingly, your site also displayed that the "request id no.[protected] your payment rs.1110/- for payment transaction id is 0 was fail due to amount mismatch".

                      Sir, it appears that there may be some software problem at your end. I therefore, request you to please refund me the amount of rs.1115.76 forthwith, so that i can pay the correct amount of rs.1110/- immediately to msedcl.

                        Sir whole buldhana has full volatage and we our whole area always has the problem of volatage whenever there is rain. So please once solve the problem. Nd our comaplints are never solve no one has come to our home till now. Last complaint was also solved temporarily again today we are facing same problem so plz solved it as early as possible.

                          Daily frequent power cut
                          I am living in bavdhan khud near pvpit collage. From last 5 years. I initial years there is frequently powercut in this area but this problem was resolve and for a year. Now a days its regular practice for a day frequently power cut 10 to 15 times a day. We raise a complaint every time but there is no permanent solution. It is really annoying and disappointing to see this inspite of paying the electricity bills on time.

                                  Hi, we're in critical situation 2 fight against covid-19, in order to do that we must follow work frm home policy but unfortunately bcoz f frequent power outage (In kakade wasti, kondhwa, pune) we cant do that & many people around here are suffering because of this plz do something. We desperately need some1 2 look into this matter & fix this issue permanently.

                                        From date 15.03.2020 i am just sending emails/service request via msedcl mobile app to inform them that my consumer number[protected] meter is not yet reconnect, i have paid outstanding bills and also cleared meter reconnection charges but still my meter is not yet connected.

                                        After i make online complaint within 2 hours status showing complaint closed but still this meter is not connected.

                                        I have called to bhingari msedcl office but no body attending calls.

                                        Please help me to sort out this
