I am not residing in maharashtra but i have been receiving the energy bill of someone else to my mobile number from the last few months.
The consumer number mentioned below is not mine:-
Consumer no.[protected].
Still, their msedcl energy bill messages and other notifications are sent on my mobile no. [protected].

I kindly request you to please look into this matter and get the needful done.
I do not want any of the unnecessary messages sent to my mobile number. Please remove my number from your database.

    Respected mseb department (Dhule),
    We are requested for fitting new led street lamps in our colony area. Nowadays, in our area there are only 2 lamps for stretch of approx 400m lane, so it will result in dark at night time and hqving discomfort and thus feels unsafe.
    So we people from parijat colony, dhule are requesting your company to fit new street lamps as early as possible on the location given below.

      Have been writing to msedcl on their web site and giving them the right meter reading, but so far they have failed to correct the same the meter reading according to the bill 1481 as 0n 10nov, 2019 with a picture of the meter which is not a meter at all.

      According to the reading taken on 30nov, 2019 by me it is 1608, kindly find the photo attached for your ref...

      Have also written to [protected]@mahadiscom.in on 23oct, 2019 but still no action taken. Msedcl - service request[protected] has been registered successfully.

        Consumer no.[protected] msedcl electricity meter.

        It is now more than one and half month still they haven't taken proper action to rectify the meter. I am getting complaints from everyone that they are having problem of excess reading without much consumption. But no one is listening to their complaints. This is a big issue but this msedcl trying to hide it. It is a huge amount of fraud they are making. With the digitalisation they are just exploiting the people. This had to be stopped, for this i had taken this initiative, but from your side also i am not getting proper response from your side also. Even from your side also there is no proper action on them that's why they are not bothered with this issue and not taking any proper action. See if they are not listening to you then what about the other customers. Ask them to resolve this issue as early as possible on high priority basis.

          My name is pravin shukla residing at ambernath west. My consumer no is[protected], since 3 month i m facing trouble with mseb, my on an average bill is 1400 to 1500, last 3 month i was getting higher bill due to their metre faulty. I have complaint them about metre fault. They took 1.5 month to replace with new metre with my rigorous follow up. They are least bothered about their responsibility and duties. After replacing they gave me bill of 3000 for 2 month which i had cleared and again i have received 8000 rs for which i have asked them to correct the amount, this time one lady name ridhi ask me to pay 3000. Does this make any sense for 2 month 3000 and 1 month also 3000.

          I really need somone to step up and resolve my issue and take strict action against ambernath mseb maharashtra

            My grahak no[protected], billing unit 5819, name. Laxman ganpat karale, sub division awasari khurd, manchar, pune 412405. My meter is faulty apx 1 year and above. I complet online maximum 8 time online and two times writing in sub division awasari khurd. For change my foulty metar and replace new meter. But no any single action against foulty metar and replace new meter. Bill sent me every month 1000, 1100, 1300, and some things up and down. But my uses maximum 20 units per month. My user only two cinercitizan and they working in farm whole day. Light use only evening and morning time only lighting purpose. Pl solve this problem urgently and replace new meter earlier. Thank you.

              I have complained to mseb via online registration on the website of mseb with complaint number[protected] still the complaint is not attended, when we visited at mseb kopri office they said we have various cases sobit will take time, also we spoked with custoner care in first call the lady said it will be done in 8 days, after 8 days again we called customer care the lady said it will take 30 days, i asked them is there any specific tat she said no. My question is for all the government department why government cant prescribe tat for all the queries and complaint.

                Sir, In my small house there are 3 fans and one refrigerator and I get bill of more than 2400. Why you are giving the wrong bill to us.
                My consumer number is[protected].I have paid the outstanding bill which was paid today and now they are asking for reconnection charges. First of all I hv not received any notice or call for disconnection. why should I pay the disconnection charges.

                  My meter was burnt. After i got it replaced, the bill received to me shows 5000 meter reading every month which is absolutely incorrect. Upon application came to know that the average bill should 2150. Upon further investigation the meter was expected to be replaced and updated in system but the same is not updated. I visited office for 50 time but there is no responsible person present. I don't know how to get my issue resolved.

                    I am staying at m 103 celestial city phase - 1 premise, it is situated at ravet near ravet police station.

                      It has been 3 months since i have raised new connection request. I have been following up with phursungi-pune office person, customer care over phone and even on email, but still after multiple visits and calls they are not acting.

                        As i mentioned you in my earlier complaint that this msedcl company just fooling the customers and making fraud with crores of customers. There is no such procedure where they can check the proper functioning of their meter.
                        Whatever the meter checking they are doing it is as per their norms and actually it just fooling the customers in the name of meter checking.
                        They don't have any proper device which can examine whether the electric meter functionality is genuine. It is just making fool of customer and making money by such fraud activity.

                        I want you to take proper action to stop this fraud.

                          My usual metre reading is under 50 to 60 units and bill amount in the range of Ts 400 to 400 but now for the october bill I recieved is Rs 1300 and for units 167! Which is not possible since the equipments are the same.

                            Even after making continues follow up with my complaint and your consistent follow up still the msedcl company is not taking proper action towards it's fraud activity. For fooling the customers they are not doing any proper calibration for their faulty meter. There is no such proper test to examine whether their digital meter giving proper readings. They also know this fact and therefore they are doing such fraud intentionally. On the name of meter test they just fooling the customers. It's not only my issue but it is faced by everyone, because even they also know that after using advance equipment having lower electricity consumption still their meter showing higher readings. But these msedcl people just shutting their mouth by giving irrelevant reason that they had used that much electricity or there is a fault in the equipment or there might be the current leakage in the wiring system of the house. So they have set the number of excuses to lower the voice of the customers.
                            I am asking you why they are not giving proper solutions to the customers after making number of complaints. The reason is clear that they are doing these intentionally to earn money by making frauds. Even i paid the bill of rs. 5270/- unnecessary.
                            I want you to take proper action to stop this fraud.

Sir In The Month Of August 2019 we had received False & Incorrect reading Bill of Rs 10630/- with 1093 units. Our Average Consumption since last 5 years has been 100 to 150 units, moreover the above bill generated was Irrelevant & incorrect with Previous Month Readings. We have Lodge Complaint on Toll Free No 1912 on 24 September 2019 but till date Complaint has not been Resolved. We Also Visited To Dhule MSEB office & Submitted Written Complaint about Excessive bill on 23 October but till date Compalint has not been Resolved.

                                As i am making complaint on regular basis regarding my wrong meter reading, still it is unresolved. By the time my electricity bill comes as high as rs. 5270/- which i paid yesterday. These msedcl just charging me the huge amount of bill but not giving me proper solution for this problem. I asked them everytime about the details of the consumption that how it's calculated but they failed to provide me the proper explanation as they themselves know very well that it is fault of these meter only that showing hugh electricity consumption. But they are not accepting it. Because it will close down their fraud business.
                                Even your reminders are also not making any difference to them. They really don't bother about your reminders. So i am requesting you to take strong action against such organization and the consumer from their exploitation.
