Dear Sir,

Our company gut no. 1582, chikhali, from yesterday its single face, many time we are facing lot of problem of electricity. Please provide the solution on preority.
Your representative not received call and nothing any response.

Sir, In my small house there are 3 fans and one refrigerator and I get bill of more than 2400. Why you are giving the wrong bill to us.
My consumer number is[protected].I have paid the outstanding bill which was paid today and now they are asking for reconnection charges. First of all I hv not received any notice or call for disconnection. why should I pay the disconnection charges.

    My meter was burnt. After i got it replaced, the bill received to me shows 5000 meter reading every month which is absolutely incorrect. Upon application came to know that the average bill should 2150. Upon further investigation the meter was expected to be replaced and updated in system but the same is not updated. I visited office for 50 time but there is no responsible person present. I don't know how to get my issue resolved.

      Subject - excessive electricity charges

      Respected sir,

      I am staying at m 103 celestial city phase - 1 premise, it is situated at ravet near ravet police station.

      Need to highlight that i am receiving excessive electricity charges from past 4 to 5 months.
      My electric meter (M103) is constantly reporting high reading while there is no any additional equipment or appliances added/used in my flat.

      Sir, appreciate if you could please help take a look at problem as i am paying more electricity bill every month.

      If required please take inspection of my flat.

        It has been 3 months since i have raised new connection request. I have been following up with phursungi-pune office person, customer care over phone and even on email, but still after multiple visits and calls they are not acting.

        1) why it is getting late to get a new connection?
        2) they have been saying that i will get connection in 2 days since last 1 month.

          As i mentioned you in my earlier complaint that this msedcl company just fooling the customers and making fraud with crores of customers. There is no such procedure where they can check the proper functioning of their meter.
          Whatever the meter checking they are doing it is as per their norms and actually it just fooling the customers in the name of meter checking.
          They don't have any proper device which can examine whether the electric meter functionality is genuine. It is just making fool of customer and making money by such fraud activity.

          I want you to take proper action to stop this fraud.

          The person from MSEB name Dihraj Lahoriya came and Took out meter but now after paying full bill . No one came and join the energy meter again.
          Hello MSEB,

          Need clarity for Nov bill since there is showing bill with 898.29 pending bill even last october bill clear, so how it added in this month bill.

            This is a complaint & request to credit amount of rs 1317.67 incorrectly charged in bill of sept 2019 (Bill no [protected]). Pl see attached applications submitted to kothrud sub div & web application made. The matter is explained in detail in attachments.
            Kindly credit the excessively charged amount to the consumer account as soon as possible. We wait for your response & doing needful.

            My usual metre reading is under 50 to 60 units and bill amount in the range of Ts 400 to 400 but now for the october bill I recieved is Rs 1300 and for units 167! Which is not possible since the equipments are the same.

              Even after making continues follow up with my complaint and your consistent follow up still the msedcl company is not taking proper action towards it's fraud activity. For fooling the customers they are not doing any proper calibration for their faulty meter. There is no such proper test to examine whether their digital meter giving proper readings. They also know this fact and therefore they are doing such fraud intentionally. On the name of meter test they just fooling the customers. It's not only my issue but it is faced by everyone, because even they also know that after using advance equipment having lower electricity consumption still their meter showing higher readings. But these msedcl people just shutting their mouth by giving irrelevant reason that they had used that much electricity or there is a fault in the equipment or there might be the current leakage in the wiring system of the house. So they have set the number of excuses to lower the voice of the customers.
              I am asking you why they are not giving proper solutions to the customers after making number of complaints. The reason is clear that they are doing these intentionally to earn money by making frauds. Even i paid the bill of rs. 5270/- unnecessary.
              I want you to take proper action to stop this fraud.

              Given letter to MSEB regarding pole bend in farm due to which main supply wires are hanging on 5 feet which can cause fire to my sugarcane field of 2 acres and also it is dangerous to work in the farm to all farmers nearby.

                We having MSEB Consumer No[protected] under BU 0515 Dhule Area. Sir In The Month Of August 2019 we had received False & Incorrect reading Bill of Rs 10630/- with 1093 units. Our Average Consumption since last 5 years has been 100 to 150 units, moreover the above bill generated was Irrelevant & incorrect with Previous Month Readings. We have Lodge Complaint on Toll Free No 1912 on 24 September 2019 but till date Complaint has not been Resolved. We Also Visited To Dhule MSEB office & Submitted Written Complaint about Excessive bill on 23 October but till date Compalint has not been Resolved.

                We request To Look Into The Matter & Kindly Resolve our Grievance As Early As Possible.

                  As i am making complaint on regular basis regarding my wrong meter reading, still it is unresolved. By the time my electricity bill comes as high as rs. 5270/- which i paid yesterday. These msedcl just charging me the huge amount of bill but not giving me proper solution for this problem. I asked them everytime about the details of the consumption that how it's calculated but they failed to provide me the proper explanation as they themselves know very well that it is fault of these meter only that showing hugh electricity consumption. But they are not accepting it. Because it will close down their fraud business.
                  Even your reminders are also not making any difference to them. They really don't bother about your reminders. So i am requesting you to take strong action against such organization and the consumer from their exploitation.

                        Today 14/11/2019, the employee of mseb without intimation had cut our power supply and our neighbours bill accepted at the time when you employee is cutting the power supply but did'nt accepted our bill amount and gone after cutting the power supply. Also, at the time of reconnection charges i paid 200/- and he did'nt gave me the remaining amount when i asked for remaining amount he said that he thought i've gone & he can keep my remaining amount without any record or receipt.

                          As i had complaint earlier regarding the faulty meter reading and after making long follow up with msedcl, the engineer mr. Rathod from panvel office suggested to check my meter with parallel meter whether it's giving any difference in reading. They installed this parallel meter on 11th november 2019. As i am daily checking reading i found that after installing two meter my daily consumption is coming at 6 units per day even after using geyser for 10 minutes. So how the single meter was showing the reading of 9 to 10 units per day previously without using geyser? After installing parallel meter the load gets distributed properly and giving the proper reading where single meter unable to bare such load and because of this showing excess reading than actual.

                          These new digital meter don't have the capacity to work properly on heavy load. And because of this customers have to bare such heavy bill amount.

                          I want to know from the msedcl, the proper functioning of these new digital meters. How it's functions and on what basis it's gives reading? Also before installing this meter what are the test and inspection it's going through. And also what it's capacity of ic?

                            We are compelled to write this letter as we have been facing frequent power cut off issues almost every 2 to 3 day interval from past several months. Since other areas have no issues except ours due to broken, loose wires that got disconnected. We have lodged formal complaints time to time but department doesn't seem to be serious on its permanent solution they just come over & temporarily joins the wire that got broken again after few hours.                               Myself priya nadar, i am currently residing in a rented apartment in koparkhairane as a tennant. Electricity bill from july i am getting extensively high as compare to previous month viz. Rs. 80. I usually do not stay there for long house is vacant since august, got the bill at around 1550, 880, 2550 rs.in last 4 months.. I think there is some sort of mistake while taking a reading. Or there is theft going on.

                                Hi,

                                We are being charged for a faulty meter and it is displayed in the bill as faulty. Yet, they have not changed the meter and we have complained via their app but for the past 1 week, there has been no solution to it, no emails, no calls, noting.

                                We do not live there yet this is happening. If meter is faulty, it is their responsibility to get it changed to a functional one.
