I have not yet received electricity bill from date of connection. It's more than 5 months and nobody comes to take my meter reading. I have visited msedcl-sangvi subdivision pune office, they said route number needs to be updated and they have asked for neighbours light bill i have submitted that as well.

Visited the msedcl-sangvi subdivision pune office more than 3 times and submitted the required details and documents but still i have not received correct light bill.

    msedcl looting consumers with inflated bills

    Address: Mulshi branch , Pune, 411057

    Energy bill for consumer#[protected]/0850 of rs11860 for the month of july, was received for an empty flat where the average consumption is 40 to 50 units. We stay in mumbai and this flat is in hinjewadi, pune

    In spite of visiting mulshi branch and settling above bill for rs 2970 in early sep-19, msedcl is sending regular bills of rs 11860 - rs2970+ montly consumption.

    This month the bill has come for rs10120.br...

    This is in reference to the complaints registered at msedcl ghodegaon on the subject repeatedly but unfortunately till today complaint is not attended. I would like to bring to your kind attention that the said house is in used only for 2 - 3 days in a month & rest of the time it is closed.

      It is too high
      .We have never used so much o[censored]nits.Earlier readings were in the range of 60 to 70, . Only during summer it was around 90.
      please look into matter and rectify it.

        We are located at wadki nala. Daily power cut minimum4-5 times. Small company cannot survive like this. No response from the mesb office located here. Lineman also says he is not doing it purposely but there is no resolution for last 6 months. We have raised it so many times. We also raised complaint in mahavitarn app but they subject line found changed. Next time i took screenshot but that compaint went missing in the list. Pls look into the matter urgently.

        Normally Mahadiscom send bill on monthly basis after taking meter reading. However it is observed that in last two months bill against this consumer no. are being sent without taking meter reading.

        Kindly ensure that next bill should be sent after taking meter reading only.

          I have complain regarding over excess amount billing every month, though i m regular & particular bill payer still i am getting bill amounting rs. 2500/- & above every month which is excess as per my electrical use. My meter is domestic meter whereby i am using it for 2 tube lights, 2 fans & 1 tv. My house have sufficient lights at day so no need of switching on lights whole day, only after evening only we are using lights.

          I am paying regularly on time so how come you are showing pending amount in this bill no. Ggn [protected] which is 5920/- for the month which is over over excess as per my capacity.
          Kindly do the needful & minimize my regular bill amount, you are sending excess

            Hi my name is ashok jadhav. My average electric bill is around rs 2500 to rs 2700 per month and this time i got a bill of rs 11740 this was shocking, we didn't pay last month bill but in this month we got triple month of bill this time. We went to mseb office but they told to complain first online then only they will take action on it. Even their is problem in rating.

              Rec'd. High amt bills of our bill, this is my native home bill. Since last 4 months my father (Age 64) visiting msed office with actual reading certified by msed electrician & then the bill amt reduced by officers. All this process took 3 to 4 hours as well as msed office is 4 km away from my village. When we ask officers abt wrong meter reading, they simply answer, they are pvt contractor we don't know abt them. Pls see age of people requesting you..

                  Respected,

                  We have meter reading and billing issue from long time.

                  Meter reader person put wrong reading, don't know from where he gets those reading. Even after informing him he is not taking his ownership.

                  In aug month we get 10 units bill and this month 20 units, but consumption is 56 and 49 respectively.
                  To prove this i have taken picture in my mobile after meter reading sms from mscb. Attaching recent reading image for reference. Reading in sms 1097 reading in image 1172.

                  This is very frustrating situation for us, we do regular complaint about service but no one work on them. We did online complaint offline complaint but nothing happening. If you don't want to do any action then why you fool people by providing customer support.

                  Hope this issue will resolve in this forum.

                      Current reading =281, *adj. Unit=11783 *adj. Unit reading is f. R before meter replace. Exact difference of reading not added in this bill
                      Previous month old meter reading f. R=11705
                      So, difference of old meter reading upto new meter replace
                      Is[protected]=078 units.
                      Bill should be =281+78 (Adj. Unit).=359 unit.
                      This unit consume for 2 month.
                      So each month bill unit should be =179.5 unit
                      But current bill unit come for two month is 12064 unit
                      Billing ammount = 186110/-

                      Please correct this bill so i can pay as early as possible

                              Dearsir/madam,
                              We are residing at gokulnagar, katraj kondhwa road, kondhwa bk. Pune 411048. From last 36 hours our power is cut, we are in contact with your local office but till now no action has been taken.
                              Secondly, the officer incharge is suggesting us to change the connection location on our own cost which is very high. This suggestion is being given to us after 10 years.
                              36 hours to resume a power due to leak in cable is very high.
                              Kindly look into the matter and do the needful immediately.

                                power cut in sukhsagar nagar pune

                                There is frequent power cut for past three months in sukhsagar nagar main road area in pune. The power is out for 10-12 hours a day. We people work from home and it becomes so difficult to manage these so long outages. Could you please help us understand the reason and any solution. I am scared of losing my job.

                                There is power in surrounding locality but not on main road. It is an everyday story. There is no update r response...

                                  I received electricity bill from mseb yesterday 24/09/2019which is having a 880rs and last bill paid 4th june 2019 and my routine bill is near about 150 /month. And i m also make call to customer care executive and he didn't give me satisfied answering. And he disconnect my call (6.44. Pm ist) cant afford such a high bill. Because im not use electrical energy high.

                                    So i paid the amount of 200 for token of our prepaid electricity meter named as subash nalawade but there was no coupon generated instead the page was showing error nd the payment was unable to process as well where amount of 200 has been deducted from my account.
                                    I called the customer care but they also have no records of it.
                                    I am attaching the screenshots of the payment deductions.
