I have complained about faulty meter since jun19, however, no action taken. Bill is generated incorrectly. There is no ownership to resolve the complaints in person, on call on customer care number and not on email address. Have tried all channels of complaint without resolution. Mrs lokhande at kalwaoffice doesn't know how to talk to customers and treats them as slaves.

    My name is anil harishchandra chavan, my complaint is as follows which are not solved yet complaint: reading correction, nearly 2.5 month ago, i complaint to msedcl chalisgaon by on line while complaint id no:[protected] dt:3/10/2019 and hard copy of application is also given to urban subdiv. On dt 4/10/2019 for correction in samayojit (Adj. Unit) unit, also verify reading in presence of me of my old meter
    On dt 27/7/2019 my 1ph meter repl by agency of msedcl, after repl meter old meter reading was 12357 but while feeding repl report, wrongly reading feeded by him, and same has been noticed msedcl higher officer autherty as mention above, there after cont. Follow up with chalisgaon urban subdiv. Officers and his clark also, to issue correct and revised energy bill but till 2.5 month had been passed still no one looks in to the matter so sir i request you to solve my complaint immediately details : consumer no:[protected] billing unit: 0240 :chalisgaon urban s/dn.

      I have applied for change of name on my light bill on dt. 3 sep 2019 through msedcl app but so far nothing has been done from msedcl. I have submitted all required documents when i am trying to call on customer care they are not replying.

        After making number of follow up with you and also even with msedcl head office regarding the faulty meter, but no one looking up in the case. This msedcl intentionally avoiding this issue as they know very well that it is a fraud business they are doing by the name of digitalisation. This is a big issue as crores of consumers are facing this problem but no one is taking proper action to stop this msedcl big fraud.

        I want you to take proper action to stop this fraud.

          Electricity Bills for consumer number[protected]/4179 GUHAGAR(Mahadeo H Jadhav) towards the months of JULY, AUGUST, SEPT. AND OCTOBER 2019 ISSUED IN RESPECTIVE FOLLOWING MONTHS, are faulty. Please note that 3 bills of August, Sept. and October2019, mentioned that MSDEDCL staff could not obtain actual meter reading in each month. In spite of that in all these 3 months, bills were issued for 62 Units in every month, so total 186 Units And Rs.420/, Rs.410/, Rs.430 were charged. In November 2019, after obtaining actual meter reading, bill for 100 units was issued and Rs.640 were charged instead of doing any adjustment from previous paid total amount of Rs.1260(420+410+430). I have written a similar complaint with attachment(all 4 bills) and sent to E-mail address [protected]@gmail.com. and [protected]@gmail.com but there is no acknowiedgement or reply fron either of them.

            I had given an application on 21/11/19 in khadki sub division office. Instead of giving an application yet there's no single reply by them the video and images has been recorded on 21/11/19 through my mobile phone the mseb worker have already checked the meter and observed the home appliances till now i am paying my electricity bill regularly before this incident my meter reading was 305 unit in nov 2019 and 330 in oct 2019instead of timely payment i have adoubt on my reading how could this be possible it may be that someone is doing something perposely with my meter and this could happen. The bill is continously going on increasing through these months

            So this is what the history of my bill suddenly this type of miracle is impossile so it is the request that i want a written detail information related to this issue it will be more better for me to identify because since as iam apensioner so i cant afford to pay so much of amount and the amount is nearly between 5000/- -6000/-.

              1. I have taken a new electricity meter from MSEDC in 2018 for My new construction of own house.
              2. As per their people from Cidco, Nashik They allotted me temporary meter with Unit rate 4 times higher than normal residential rate.
              3. This month I got to know that Temporary Billing units is not applicable for Residential property.
              4. At the time of getting new meter I have been asked to submit Nashik Municipal corporation's Commencement certificate once it is available to reduce the billing unit to Commercial ( 2 times higher than normal residential rate)
              5. During August 2019 the I received Commencement certificate from
              4. At the time of getting new meter I have been asked to submit Nashik Municipal corporation', which I tried submitting with a hand written application
              5. However I'had been asked to submit the online request to change the Billing Unit saying that the process in online now.
              6. I submitted the Tariff change request on 28/08/2019, And submitted hard copy of Commencement certificate. I've been assured that the rates will be changed to Commercial unit from Sep 2019.
              7. However till date the tariff is not set to Commercial
              8. I stopped my payments for 2 months, however finally paid the 2 months outstaying bill of Rs.15k ( Pending from Sep 19)
              9. Now MSEDC people are saying that the change will be done from next billing cycle i.e. Dec 19
              10. I fill that I should get the changes w.e.f 28 Aug 2019 and amount paid by me should be adjusted in coming billing cycle.

                    I stay at pune. I regularly pay my elecrtricity bills on time. But suuddenly this month msedcl people disconnected my electricity meter. They didnt informed me while discoonecting the bill. I raised complaint several times but didnt get any concrete answer neither ny resolution to my problem. Me & my family members are facing tremendous inconvenience due to this. Request concerned authorities to resolve it on immediate basis.

                    Our meter is outside of home & is available anytime for reading but the

                        Mahavitaran electricity board does not take readings on monthly basis. And it states avg bill by going through history.

                        There is lot of difference between energy consumption units and bill amount.

                        Previous month paid bill status and amount is ignored while generating bill for current month.

                        It is an harassment to the core. Companions filed on portal are never addressed appropriately.

                        I request you to fine them against their lack of proper service and make sure to define proper process to generate bills.

                            Even after making regular follow up with my complaint this shameless msedcl company don't have any sense to resolve the issue. They are purely making frauds with the customers. And there is no one who can take proper action against them so they don't have to answer anyone about this fraud. And now openly they are doing such fraud.
                            Even from your side whatever the follow up you are doing that also they don't care about.
                            I want you to take strong action to uproot their fraud business.

                            due date for which was 5th dec.Earlier month bill was not paid
                            total amount due was 3720.
                            Some girish mahajan came on 3rd dec and disconnected line without notice.
                            Have paid the bill online and got activated in the line.
                            But how could anyone disconnect the line when the due date is on.

                                We are requested for fitting new led street lamps in our colony area. Nowadays, in our area there are only 2 lamps for stretch of approx 400m lane, so it will result in dark at night time and hqving discomfort and thus feels unsafe.
                                So we people from parijat colony, dhule are requesting your company to fit new street lamps as early as possible on the location given below.

                                  Have been writing to msedcl on their web site and giving them the right meter reading, but so far they have failed to correct the same the meter reading according to the bill 1481 as 0n 10nov, 2019 with a picture of the meter which is not a meter at all.

                                  According to the reading taken on 30nov, 2019 by me it is 1608, kindly find the photo attached for your ref...

                                  Have also written to [protected]@mahadiscom.in on 23oct, 2019 but still no action taken. Msedcl - service request[protected] has been registered successfully.

                                    Consumer no.[protected] msedcl electricity meter.

                                    It is now more than one and half month still they haven't taken proper action to rectify the meter. I am getting complaints from everyone that they are having problem of excess reading without much consumption. But no one is listening to their complaints. This is a big issue but this msedcl trying to hide it. It is a huge amount of fraud they are making. With the digitalisation they are just exploiting the people. This had to be stopped, for this i had taken this initiative, but from your side also i am not getting proper response from your side also. Even from your side also there is no proper action on them that's why they are not bothered with this issue and not taking any proper action. See if they are not listening to you then what about the other customers. Ask them to resolve this issue as early as possible on high priority basis.

                                      My name is pravin shukla residing at ambernath west. My consumer no is[protected], since 3 month i m facing trouble with mseb, my on an average bill is 1400 to 1500, last 3 month i was getting higher bill due to their metre faulty. I have complaint them about metre fault. They took 1.5 month to replace with new metre with my rigorous follow up. They are least bothered about their responsibility and duties. After replacing they gave me bill of 3000 for 2 month which i had cleared and again i have received 8000 rs for which i have asked them to correct the amount, this time one lady name ridhi ask me to pay 3000. Does this make any sense for 2 month 3000 and 1 month also 3000.

                                      I really need somone to step up and resolve my issue and take strict action against ambernath mseb maharashtra

                                        My grahak no[protected], billing unit 5819, name. Laxman ganpat karale, sub division awasari khurd, manchar, pune 412405. My meter is faulty apx 1 year and above. I complet online maximum 8 time online and two times writing in sub division awasari khurd. For change my foulty metar and replace new meter. But no any single action against foulty metar and replace new meter. Bill sent me every month 1000, 1100, 1300, and some things up and down. But my uses maximum 20 units per month. My user only two cinercitizan and they working in farm whole day. Light use only evening and morning time only lighting purpose. Pl solve this problem urgently and replace new meter earlier. Thank you.
