I am receiving too much of high electricity bill since march 2019. However there is no much consumption of electricity. Consumer number[protected].

Same has been raised with mseb in july, complaint number[protected] however no resolution yet. Below bill amt

Due to Voltage variation my LED TV got damaged. Due to frequent on and off problem my INVERTER drawing more power causing increased Bill.. My regular bill is Rs750 only and due to the above problem my billing increases up to Rs. 1500 . Pl do the needful.. mseb is purely responsible for damaging my Rs 50000 COST TV.
I am writing a compalint in regards to the rising electricity bill.The electricity bill has been extremely highlately.
Average bill was 460 and now it is around 1500. How?
Please do the needful as I am unble to paid this heavy electricity bill.

    Dear all,

    I m also facing high bill amount payment from last two month. I have also complaint thru online but getting same response by staying"your bill is not subjected to any revisions and it is request you to pay the energy bill immediately"

    No one come to check my meter readings where i have already sent meter reading photos for proof of incorrect reading charged.

    I have also try to contact with customer care executive for my concern but they are asking for wait for a month for correction

        I've applied and paid for the new meter of ₹ 1800. Payment was done on 19 th august, 2019. But it has been more than 20 days and no action is taken till yet cc provided me this email id. Meter is burnt there is no electricity in my house for 2 months but electricity bill is coming for no reason. Take some suitable actionin regards

          I'm a consumer of mahavitran my consumer no.[protected].
          I'm not using any heavy electricity loading machines except refrigerator.
          Still mahavitran sending me heavy bills 2500/-, 3500/-, this time they cross there limits. They had sent me bill worth 11000/-.
          Now you tell me how is it possible??
          Even i dont have air condition also.
          I went to there office i told them to change my meter and inspect site also.
          But they refuse to do that and they blaming me only.
          Please help me for the same

            Electricity theft is increasing day by day by sindhi community in arvi. One motwani family living in state bank of colony pratap motwani. He is having electric shop named saraswati electricals, he is adding some wire in meter to stop or slow it down. He is having 7 acs, 3 refrigerators, 3 washing machines, 6 tvs, 2 water motors to pump the water in terrace. Also he is adding someting in water meter also to reduce the bill. As a citizen of country where we middle class people are paying more bill than these high consumption. He caught red handed before 10 years also. He shared these tricks to his friends these tricks in the sindhi community.

              At the moment actual meter reading is 3020 and the reading displayed on the current bill is more than 3300.

              Msedcl employees are falsely entering the meter readings are misusing the consumers in this way.

              Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest otherwise i will take the legal action against msedcl.

                महोदय,
                मी, तानाजी रामचंद्र पोकलेकर, इथे नमूद करू ईच्छितो की माझा नवीन ग्राहक क्रमांक ४२५६७९६९ असून जुना ग्राहक क्रमांक ०९६२०८६३४३१ असा होता. गेले कित्येक महिने मला अतिशय जास्त प्रमाणात वाढीव बिल येत होते आणि मी त्या संदर्भात वेळोवेळी महावितरण कार्यालयात त्याची तक्रार ही दाखल केली. त्याचा परिणाम असा झाला की मला माझे फॉल्टी मीटर आहे असे समजले आणि बिल योग्य प्रमाणात करून घेण्यासाठी कार्यालयात तक्रार नोंदविण्यास सांगितले. सुचविल्याप्रमà... मी योग्य ते केले आणि त्याचा परिणाम असा झाला की मला नेहमी ह्या कार्यालयातून त्या कार्यालयात, त्या कार्यालयातून ह्या कार्यालयात अशी माझी सतत पीटाळना करण्यात आली आणि परिणाम मात्र झाला शून्य. दर महिना तेच तेच बिल येत राहीले आणि महावितरण कडून कृतीशून्य भावेनाचा अनुभव घेण्यास मिळाला. एरवी कोणाच्याही तक्ररीपुढे बहिरी राहणारी आणि कासवाच्याही गतीला लाज आणणारी अतिशय कामचुकार अशी महावितरण संस्था आता वीज तोडनीबाबात अगदी सशाच्या गतीने काम करू लागली होती.
                गेल्या वर्षभरात मी नोंदवलेल्या काही तक्रारी पुढीलप्रमाणे आहेत ज्या आजतागायत अजूनही चालू स्थितीत आहेत आणि त्याचा कोणताही आढावा अद्यापही महावितरनकडून घेण्यात आला नाही. तक्ररीबाबत कोणत्याही प्रकारचा फोन, ईमेल किवा घरी येऊन विचारणा एकदाही करण्यात आली नाही आणि वीज तोडणी साठी अधिकारी वर्ग अगदी पुढे पुढे होता. तक्रार अजुन देखील चालू स्तिथित आहेत त्या पुढीलप्रमाणे: ०००००१००७०१८७, ०००००१००७०२०४, ०००००१००७०२२५, ०००००१००७०२२७, ०००००१२५१९९७६ आहेत. अगदी शेवटच्या टप्प्यापर्यंत जाऊन मी तक्रार निवारन करून घेण्याचा पूर्ण प्रयत्न केला पण शेवटी महावितरणाच्या भोंगळ कारभारामुळे पदरी निराशाच पडली. महावितरण अधिकार्यांच्�... दिरंगाई आणि नाकरतेपणामुळ�... त्यांनी अगदी शेवटचा उपाय म्हणून मला संपूर्ण थकबाकी व्याजासहित भरणा करण्यास सांगितले आणि आश्वासन दिले की सदोष मीटर च्या जागी नवीन मीटर बसवले जाईल आणि नवीन रीडिंग प्रमाणेच पुढील महिन्यापासून तुम्हाला सामान्य बिल येण्यास सुरूवात होईल. मी शेवटचा उपाय म्हणून दिनांक २७ ऑगस्ट २०१९ रोजी संपूर्ण थकबाकी १०७८० रुपये भरून दिनांक २८ ऑगस्ट २०१९ रोजी नवीन मीटर बसवून घेतले. नवीन मीटर (मीटर नंबर ४२५६७९६९) बसवताना मी संपूर्ण तपासणी करून घेतली व मीटर रीडिंग ० असल्याची खात्री देखील करून घेतली. दिनांक ०४ सप्टेंबर २०१९ रोजी मला महावितरण कडून एसएमएस आला की आज नवीन मीटर ची रीडिंग घेण्यात येईल. परंतु संपूर्ण दिवसभरात एकही कर्मचारी रीडिंग घेण्यासाठी आला नाही. यावरून हेच सिद्ध होते की कर्मचारी किती कामचुकार आणि निष्काळजी प्रकारचे आहेत. आणि ठरल्याप्रमाणे आज ०९ सप्टेंबेर २०१९ ला मला परत एकदा अनपेक्षित बिल आले जे परत एकदा मागील फॉल्टी मीटर च्या रीडिंग प्रमाणे अगदी तंतोतंत तेच होते. तोच जुना मीटर क्रमांक, तेच जुने रीडिंग, जुनेच बिल, सर्व काही जुने. आणि हो, मीटरचा किवा मीटर रीडिंग च्या फोटोचा कोणता लवलेश ही नव्हता वीज बिल मधे !!!

                महोदय, शेवटी मलाच हेच विचारायचे आहे की सर्व काही जुन्या पद्धतीनेच भोंगळ कारभार करावयाचा होता तर मला आपण नवीन मीटर बसवायला सांगून काय सिद्ध केलेत???

                आज स्थानिक महावितरण कार्यालयात याबाबत त्वरित विचारणा केल्यास मला त्यांच्या सिस्टम मधे नवीन मीटर डीटेल्स अपडेट झाले नसल्याचे असमाधानकारक उत्तर देण्यात आले. आणि आलेले फॉल्टी बिल पुन्हा मगीलप्रमाणेच भरण्यास सांगितले. हे उत्तर कितपत योग्य आणि समाधानकारक आहे तुम्हीच सांगा???

                नवीन मीटर २८ ऑगस्ट २०१९ ला बसवले असताना देखील ०४ सप्टेंबर २०१९ रोजी महावितरण चा कर्मचारी नवीन मीटर रीडिंग घेण्यास का नाही आला???

                जर कर्मचार्याने मीटर रीडिंग घेतली असेल तर तो ती कार्यालयात दाखवून का सिद्ध करत नाही? किवा नवीन वीज बिलवर मीटर चा फोटो का नाही???

                महोदय, या वरील सर्व गोष्टींवरून हेच सिद्ध होत आहे की महावितरण संस्थेचा दिवा, ठाणे येथील कारभार हा अतिशय भोंगळ, अपारदर्शक, भ्रष्टाचारयुक�... असा आहे.
                शेवटी मला इथे हेच नमूद करायचे आहे की येणार्‍या १० दिवसांच्या कालावधीमध्ये मला ह्या प्रश्नांची समाधानकारक उत्तरे द्या आणि नवीन मीटर प्रमाणेच बिल सुधारित करून द्या. ह्यावेळेस देखील असमाधानकारक उत्तर मिळाल्यास मी प्रशासनापर्यं�... महावितरणाचा गोंधळ कारभार उघड करण्यास गय करणार नाही.

                शेवटी मला इथे हेच नमूद करावेसे वाटते की सामान्य माणसाची जास्त परीक्षा नका पाहू. ग्राहकांचे समाधान हेच तुमचे अंतिम उद्दिष्ट असले पाहिजे. त्यांना न्याय मिळवून देण्याची अंतिम आणि सर्वस्व तुमची जबाबदारी नव्हेच तर कर्तव्यदेखील आहे !

                  We are facing power cut in few flats only in our building. Out of 20 house only 3 house there is no light and there is no light in corridor. We have check and come to know there is power cut in one face. Don't understand why there is power cut without reason and we are trying to get number of mseb number but there is no number available online. If anyone read this; then act immediately

                      I have been getting inflated bills for the last 3 months. I normally pay a general amount of rs 90 every month for energy charges as no one stays at my house in asangaon as it is locked. For the month of june, i got a bill of rs 3600, july - rs 220 and this month rs 1000. This is absolutely ridiculous. This bill cannot come so high as no one stays at my place, there should not be an consumption. Someone seems to be stealing electricity from my meter or mseb are just trying to make a fast buck. I tried calling the contact center, but the are just useless. They said they will correct my bill, but they have not done anything and now it is getting frustrating.

Every time when heavy rainfall there is water logging in virar, nalasopara, vasai.So msebc going to advance technology adopt.

                        I have received excess electricity bill for month of aug 2019, consumer no.[protected] as rs.5950/-
                        The meter reading shown in the bill dated 9th august 2019 i. E 15920 is yet to reflect/show on my meter even today i. E. 7th sept 2019.
                        The units consumed are shown as 547 units for one month which are not even consumed in summer months of april to june. The max bill for summer months is not more than rs.3500/- (Max)
                        One mr. Wagh from msedcl vrindavan/vikas complex office initially said he will revert but now days he is not answering his telephone.
                        Pls help, i have no choice but to pay the bill under protest.

                          I complaint regarding for the implimented light bill of july - 2019. First thing is that we didn't get the hardcopy of light bill. Second thing is that as per the e - copy of bill it is showing current reading as 76 unit and previous reading 0 and they have added 157 unit in that and showing total unit as 233. When i approached office for the enquiry it was found that the 157 unit was approximately added, because the added unit are not officially taken in the old meter. It was told us that they will check the previous meter for the original reading but till now we didn't get any response. I assured you that this 157 unit is not my consuption within these days. You can check the old meter on my site. They have added this july - 2019 bill with august - 2019 and asked us to give total bill. But i will not pay the bill till the clarification of this 157 unit. Please take action on this issue. Thank you.

His Electricity meter is removed for the past 2 months but still he is using electricity. Kindly look into this issue on priority and take necessary action.

                                  My consumer number is[protected]. It is under hadapsar 4745.
                                  In the month of july i was billed rs1950/-.
                                  When i was at home only for 20 days.
                                  In the month of august i'm billed rs1110/- when i'm home for only 15 days. Please check the meter. I think the meter is faulty. It must be changed. I think it is giving wrong reading. Please check the problem and do the needful. Thank you.

                                    Power disappeared all of a sudden at 10 pm on 31st of august 2019. Its been 14 hours now and the power hasnt returned yet. We went and personally visited fuse call centre.

                                    Kindly pay attention and resolve the issue as quickly as you possibly can. It becomes difficult since the festivities are around the corner and a lot of things have to go about.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      My flat no. A-1, 902, indus nyati, evara was closed for a month. However a bill of sum of rs 2540.00 is received.
                                      It is point of investigation that form 31 dec 2018 to july 2019. I have paid as follows-
                                      Dec-rs 260, jan-rs 300, feb-300, mar-300, may-420, may-1170, july (-) 100, july-210.
                                      When my house was closed, i shocked to received a bill of rs 2540.
                                      Hence, kindly replied, as i am not going...

                                      Dear mseb team,

                                      I am writing to dispute an overcharged bill amount against the consumer number please be informed, in the apartment single person residing there is no way for the amount to be extremely high (Beyond imagination).

                                      As a matter of fact yes we do have 1 fridge, 4 fans, 3 ac but it is one person residing in the house and the amount billed is highly irrelevant.

                                      Also, i have noticed that in our building there are few members who are not receiving proper bills same has been reported to your office in juhuchandra. However we haven't received any assistance regarding the same, rather just being told to visit different branches.

                                      Below are the information on the amount for your reference and if you can see readings its less very month and then suddenly its shoots up to 1000 and above which doesn't make sense also, we have your person coming and threatening my mother that they will cut the electricity but, he is unable to understand the billing structure.

                                      Now we were forced to pay the full amount and we have already made the payment but, in future we don't want such issues to be faced so, it is a humble request to kindly address our issue and bring a permanent solution.
