bill overestimated, no response yet.

It's only a office, with no electronics gadgets like fridge, ac, geyser, or any high power appliances. Still we are receiving very high bill more than expected.

name change application pending from 4 months

From april-19, i am getting average bill for consumption unit 158 from apr-19 to jul-19 with previous reading 14767, for which i had logged a complaint.

For month of aug-19, person read 15287 and they do calculation[protected]=520) with meter status as normal without considering 4 month reading of 158*4=632 unit.. Which is still 112 unit more (632-520=112).
Could you please correct the bill

electric meter not installed

I applied new meter 5 months ago, finally after so much time, meter was issued 1 month ago.

Now meter is not being installed, since 1 month.

There is no where to complain, no help for suffering consumers.
No way to escalate.

energy bill payment failed but money debited from account

I paid the energy bill online on the msedcl website using my debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but bill wasn't paid due to an error. This message popped up on my screen saying "some error at response parsing". At the same time i got an sms from my bank saying that amount has been deducted from my bank amount. I request msedcl to kindly provide me the refund for the paid amount....

charning bill with providing unit usage details

Dear team,

In this month i. E. Aug'19 of electricity bill no unit usage is provided then how bill amount is calculated. Request to involve the concerned person to answer this. Their is no issue with bill payment but its not right to just put random amount and collect from customer. Only concern is that transparency is must.

Dear Team,

In this month of electricity bill no unit usage is provided then how Bill amount is calculated. Request to intervene the concerned people to answer this. double payment of electricity bill in month of july 2019

First payment is done on 14th July 2019 of rs 780 rs and second payment is done on 8 August 2019 of rs 800 including late fees.
