As i had complaint regarding my faulty meter and the issue is still pending, i haven't received any resolution on it. Mean while the msedcl people may try to disconnect my connection. So i request you to ask then to do not disconnect my connection as the issue is still pending. Because after disconnecting they will charge me unnecessary reconnection charge of rs. 5000.
I am ready to pay my bill as i am regularly paying it but it should be as per my consumption. If they will give me the bill as per my consumption i am ready to pay it now. I am getting 140 to 150 units per month regularly which is still higher as per my consumption. So i am ready to pay it if it is as per my consumption.
After paying this bill i should be getting the proper reading as per my consumption so ask them to change that faulty meter.
This is not only my complain, this issue is faced by all the consumer who got changed their meter with digital one. So ask them to change the whole meter with the old analog meter.

    "my name is nayan suresh adsul, i have complaint against electricity of mahavitaran (Mahadiscom). I am reside at room no. 1, chawl no. 3, e-18, balaji nagar, ghansoli, navi mumbai, pin. 400701, energy bill for cons[protected]/4641, actually, dt. 10th july 2019 my main line of electricity wire is cut (Line coming from pole to meter) after that i am complaining to telephonic substation but still not no one come to re-connect (Re-join) the wire. After that i am complaining online portal of mahavitaran, complaint no.[protected] for power failed, also no one come for resolve, & automatically displayed status is closed next day. Then 2nd compliant given on same portal & telephonic, complaint no.[protected] for power failed - phase out, also no one come for resolve, & automatically displayed status is closed next day. Then received sms on mobile your bill is not paid, bill is coming amount of rs. 1230/- i am shocked, how to possible is coming the bill, meter & electricity not working, how the bill generate, how the amount calculate? & sending the bill amount through sms... Then i am complaint to same mahavitaran portal for high bill send, complaint no.[protected], status is not resolve... After that same i am complaining on mahavitaran toll-free number of [protected] she lady given my complaint against same with incorrect bill amount also pole wire cut, complaint no.[protected], still status is not resolve... My complaint is my main connection wire is cut last two and half months, so how the electricity staff generated my bill? Please check & resolve the issue at the earliest." after that 8th october, i am personally visited at gothivali electricity office & meet to mr. Chavan & told the problem so he is given to me the no. Of mr. Umesh & told to call the mr. Umesh & reconnect the wire on the pole, an evening wire joined to meter, that time i am taken reading (Reading is coming "3545") and next day reported it to the gothivali electricity office. And request to please send the correct bill me immediately.
    Now today (Dt. 24th oct. 2019) receive the sms "energy bill for cons[protected]/4641 of rs. 2430 is due on 11/11/19", i was surprised, how can these msedcl send so many amount bills? I still have two pending components at msedcl. Complaint no.[protected] &[protected], waiting for an answer as soon as possible, because the average bill is increasing every month of rs. 640/-

    I stay at airoli sector 30-D, Here power goes anytime for long time. We face this issue every alternate days like 3-4 time in a week .! When we are complaintng that are not bothered.! No one here office to listen.! offce staff is always in drunk..! Todays 21 century we are facing this issue..! Shame on this MsEb govt service.!

      I received electricity bill for Sep which was approx 1000 unit higher then the real in Meter I registered my complaint online, by mail and to the local office. The local officer promised me that new bill will be generated and will receive with in 15 days no need to make any payment till that but in Oct I received bill with same unit zero unit consumption and the bill amount was 7k higher then the previous bill I went again and registered complain to local office same thing they told me I will get new modified bill till that time no need to pay any amount I told him to give me in writing which he refused. Then I made complain online and on twitter yesterday and today but no response

      The new bill dated 15th oct just received and received message that complaint closed but the bill again is incorrect and doing repeated mistake as my meter reading is not 35331 but it is 34899 now photo attached and sep it was 34585 I could not understand from where they are getting 35331 reading kindly do the needful

        As i had complaint yesterday, with reply to that i received call from mr kasat from msedcl's prakashgad office bandra. He asked me regarding the isue and told me that he will check with the regional msedcl office. Today i got a call from mr. More from panvel office. He told me that for this he will bring the person with accucheck equipment for checking my electricity meter and will provide me the report about the meter whether it's gives any faulty readings. I asked him whether the person who is coming to check the meter is from your office? He replied that the person is coming from private agency and the sub division office are appointing them. So i asked mr. More to provide me the contact of such agency so that i will check my meter by calling them by myself and for inspection i will call you also so that it will done in front of you only. Immediately mr. More replied that we will not accept that report, so i replied him that i am going to call the person from the same agency with same equipment and it will be in front of you only. So why you are having any objection?
        It clearly shows what fraud is involve in their meter checking report also. Now i got the confirmation that they had changed this faulty meter just to make fraud and to cheat with customers. I already have 6 to 7 meter including all my family members and my offices. Previously i was getting the bill for my another flat between rs. 500 to 600 but now its coming between 2000 to 2500/-. If we see the number of consumer of msedcl it will come in crores and if they increase the unit by 50 to 100 units per meter then the amount comes in thousands crores per month. So this much amount this msedcl steals from the customers.
        Previously we were using the normal bulb of 60 watts or 100 watts and now we are using led bulbs of only 7 watts so instead of reducing the consumption it is increasing. See the difference of 100 watts and 7 watts consumption. And all this has started when they had changed with this digital meter. And they installing the meter which is available with them only, they are not allowing other meter also.
        We have to take certain steps to stop this fraudulent activity. Ask them to start inspection of all the meter under your observation or else ask them to replace all meter with the old analog meter which they can not able to manipulate.
        As this is a social issue, i am requesting you to take initiative to stop this stealing of customers hard earned money.
        See i am a social worker also and it is my duty if i found anything happening wrong in front of me i will report to the concern department for the same. So that the discipline will be maintained.

        Since yesterday morning, we have been experiencing fluctuation in voltage in a very unstable manner. It is on and off manner within 3-10sec.
        This caused out house hold utilities working on electricity worn out.

            Hi,

            I am writing my complaint because i have received very high electricity bill from mahadiscom company because of incorrect reading taken by mseb staff for the month of october 2019. I had raised many complaints on their mahavitaran portal but no one had attended any of my issue and the it remained in unresolved state.

            On 3rd oct meter reading mentioned on mseb bill is 14704 and previous reading mentioned is 14240. Hence units billed are 464 and total bill came 4790 inr which is vey high as my average monthly bill over last 5 years is 500 to 600 rs.

            Then i check my actual meter reading which was only 14324 as opposed to 14704 on 12th oct. Please see the actual photo attached.

            I am unnecessarily suffering because of the mseb staff mistake, and no one is taking any corrective action despite contacting customer care of mahadiscom for so many times.

            Please help in this regard.

              Reference above, please be informed that since 20/10/2019 their is huge problem of electricity in uran navi mumbai kamtha area, kindly attend to the same urgently since uran is developing city & still we are facing this problem every now & then.

              Till time the power issue is not yet reslove. Its my request to yr good ofc to kindly look into this matter with new technology, without power their is no water in society.

                As i had complaint regarding the faulty meter and after making continues follow up my meter got changed in the month of january 2019. For few months it was running properly as per my consideration because in my home there are only 4 fans, 4 led of 7 watts each and a fridge. I was getting units consumption for such equipment was around 150 units per month. It was running properly in the summer season though we were continuously using the fan. But after july month when we reduced the consumption this meter started running so fast and started showing reading more than 250 units per month.
                As per my latest the current readings its shows the consumption of 9 to 10 units per day, which is not possible as i have not used any extra equipment. When i approach to msedcl officials in panvel office for complaining even they are also not able to resolve it, mr. Nanote was busy with other work and divert me to ask mr. More for the same. Mr. More suggested me to first make the payment of the bill then apply for the meter check service which again they will charge for rs. 236/-. No one is giving proper solution in the regional office also. Just insisting that you have used that much electricity.

                Before 2014, i was getting the monthly consumption between 45 to 50 units for analog meter.in the year 2014 i renew my mother home so after 2014 to 2017 i was having 5 fans, 7 cfls, fridge, tv, geyser and washing machine, for this i was getting the reading around 90 to 100 units per month.in year 2017 when msedcl changed my meter to digital the reading got increased so i stopped using geyser, washing machine and tv for reducing the consumption. Even though this digital meter shows me the higher reading. How is it possible by reducing the consumption this digital meter still shows higher reading? Even if i am goes out and the consumption is nil even though this meter gives the reading.

                My current bill amount is rs. 3300 which is not possible that i have used such electricity. I am asked msedc to change this faulty meter and reduce my billing amount to the normal so that i can pay it.

                I even have other flats also with consumer no.[protected]. There also i am using 3 led bulb, 3 fan, 1 fridge though i am getting the reading of 169 units per month for such equipment. Do you think whether 169 units really requires for such equipment? Previously in analog meter with same consumption i was getting the reading of 60 to 70 units per month.

                This all digital meter are faulty just to give more and more reading. Even the investigators are also from one of them who comes to check the faulty meter. My reading on 04/10/2019 was 2005 units and when i checked my meter reading on 17/10/2019 it was showing me reading of 2108 units which comes around 8 to 10 units per day. I am requesting you to check between the previous analog meter and this new faulty digital meter as which one is giving genuine reading because with the same consumption analog meter was giving 2 to 3 reading per day as the same consumption digital meter is giving 9 to 10 units per day.

                This msedcl are also harassing the people a lot. If we fail to pay the bill this msedcl people directly cuts the electricity of the customers and for again starting the service they charging more than rs. 5000/- for that they are not giving any receipt.

                This is not the first time i to experience this issue. This msedcl started the new way to make fraud with the customers by charging huge electricity consumption. This issue is not related to single person but all people of maharashtra is facing the same issue and this authority is not listening to any of them. We have to stop this harassment now, for this i am requesting you to take necessary action against their arbitrariness and provide justice to the people.

                    Dear sir/ma'am,
                    I am staying at apt no i/35, kundan kushal nagar bopodi. Pune since 2007. Recently i noticed much higher than usual unit consumption and amount charged by msed. My usual consumption is low that can be verified from records as there has been no major change in my usage over many years now (I use led/cfl, led tv and fridge also of standard company/brand) used in energy saving mode most of the times). For july 2019 consumption was higher at 113 units. But even for aug and sep 2019 consumtion was showed to be 110 units (Same) and for sep they mentioned meter status as 'faulty', even as meter seemed working normally as before. Major surprie came this month when they mentioned consumption as 153 units and the meter has been reported to be normal now. Seems like a new way of looting consumer, as i was out to another city where my parent's stay, most of this period for my father's heart surgery. I have raised complaints regarding faulty meter and incorrect reporting o[censored]nits in sep 2019 on msed portal itself but no action has been taken after assigning the complaint.
                    Request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve early on.

                      And also we request you to shut off the meter temporarily as we have close down the shop.

                        We have recevied the bill amt - 26, 490/ which was due on 9th oct 2019.

                        This shows vry high and unjutified all of of sudden. How come meter come all of sudden.

                        Pls arrange survey o[censored]sage. Also as a consumer how we will deposit such a high amount, when there is no fult.

                          We have put a application for load extension at vashi sector17 mesb office on 17.09.19 but today's date 17.10.19, till date no demand for application is generated and both offices sector18 and sector 1 are just making excuses that it will be done from sector18 office if you go to sector1 office and viseversa. We request senior officials to take a serious action on this which work should have been finished within a week irrespective of any office. And why it is not done instantly

                          Meter reading taker is not take readings on time. He took readings as he want on any date or any time. So because of this our reading is going above 100 unit and it charge us for 6.95 ₹. so I request you please take action on reading taker of my area. But i also know that MSEDCL is very bad at service. I hope you will solve my complaint.

                            Dear sir/madam
                            I the resident of Sara Metroville society located at punawale having more than 60 families as residents have noticed that there's an electrical pole along with earth wire inside our society premises where we have the walkway around our clubhouse. Senior citizens and adults and even children pass by that electrical pole which is very dangerous. It is a serious threat to the lives of residents of our society.
                            Prompt action may please be taken at the earliest to avoid any mishaps.

                                I am a msedcl lt domestic consumer. Consumer no.[[protected]] in at post bibi tq lonar dist buldana msedcl has disconnected my supply without any notice / pre intimation.
                                I have paid a sum of rs. 6670/= online dated month sep 2019, and asked the mseb bibi for connect the supply, however, msedcl bibi office refused to reconnect the supply, saying the connection is permanently disconnected.

                                This is unjust to me. Kindly look in to the matter and re connect my supply without any further delay.

                                Please inform me the conditions when msedcl is authorised to permanently disconnect a domestic consumer's supply without prior intimation / prior notice as per merc rules / guidelines. I have all ready paid the pd meter bill but mseb office inginear has demand the new connecton then i will paid the new connection sum of rs. 1050 rs then mseb bibi inginear rathod sir have not provide me new metre connecton

                                Your immediate reply is highly awaited, since i do not have a power supply @ my home.

                                  I am currently residing at flat a 202 building no –f wing-a mahavir kunj katkar pada boisar -401501 which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no[protected] today i was shocked to received the currently electricity bill of month oct-2019 rs:-4970/-even my monthly electricity bill amount generally range between rs:-700/-in investigated the matter from my side to find the the error and notice that the meter reading last 4 month showing more unit than the current meter reading which is impossible. And find that you meter status :faulty even my meter reading showing perfectly and very clearly, i m informing to you that i visit on your office every month and show to him meter reading and corrected bill amount and i conform that i paid same amount every month due to this reason i have loss my valuable time i m giving the reading detail last 4 month and a copy of bill,

                                    I am digambar manjrekar and have a m. S. E. B electricity connection at my home in badlapur (Thane) with consumer no.[protected].

                                    The bill for the month of august 2019 came to rs. 11, 200/- with consumption for the months as 896 units which is faulty.

                                    I also brought to mseb's attention due to very heavy rains and flooding in badlapur on 26-27th july and 3-4th august, 2019 my meter was completely under water and this could be the reason for faulty reading.

                                    My previous consumption units are as below-

                                    171, 357, 374, 291, 128, 104, 89, 86 and so on.. The highest reading of 350+ for 2 months are due to summer and justifiable. Also the current consumption came to 200+ units but still the electricity board is not taking my previous and current units in consideration and asking to pay the full amount.

                                    I have made 2 complaints online through their app and also physically submitted a complaint to local office but there is no action taken.

                                    I would like mseb to look into my concern and make the necessary corrections in my bill.

                                    In RKVAH Load adjustment figure 470160 appears in the bill, which is at higher side & not acceptable. Due to this figure, MSEDCL has charged PF penel charges Rs. 57493.29 in the bill for Sept-2019. It is requested to correct the same & issue a fresh bill.
                                    Yesterday night about 3 power went and now it s 12 noon of next day please resolve the same..since we are suffering

                                    There is correction in the spelling in the name of my bill. The corrently it's showing VANDANA BABU PAWAR. but it is actually VANDANA BAPU PAWAR.
                                    Sir as the electricity bill is one of the important documents, so I request you to correct it soon.

                                      Please help restore it, the society guys asking me to bribe the msedcl technician to get this resolved, but i am not in favour of this. I want to go with proper procedure, please.

                                        My customer is[protected], umesh vishwasrao deokar, my bill of month july reading consumption is 357 units and bill amount is rs. 3570/-, but actual my reading consumption is only 80 units, the reading mistake is made, please correction the bill and give actual consumption units bill as early as possible previous reading 3259 and current reading on bill 3616, but meter current reading is only is 3339, so 277 excess unit is include the bill, so please correction the bill urgently
