      I have received a very high bill which amounts to rs 28000!! I have been paying around 2500 even though the meter status is faulty and have been complaining about it since more than six months at the mseb office at vasai west and also online but no reply and my several mails have been unanswered. How can i get a month bill of rs 6500 as i am the only lady at home and my son works at call center and he is not at home mostly to use so much electricity. Also the monthly bill of 6500 if divided by 28000 for so much months its still high i am not able to afford such a high bill and cannot pay such a big amount of rs 28000 because of your negligence!! My meter has been faulty for many months and suddenly your are giving me a high bill of 28000. Please look into this and resolve this matter as i will not be able to pay or afford such a high bill when there is not so much consumption. I have complaint last year also about high bill but still this matter is not solved and now you give me such a high bill. My nieghbours receive around 1000 to 1500 bill with family of 4. I have not consumed 2310 units for 4 months its very high unit for two people in the house. I dont have so much money to pay as the bill is very very high and i dont think i have consumed so much units the meter is faulty and your workers only change it when they want too. I have been telling them to change since more than a year. I also dont know if there is a meter theft as my neighbors get low bill around 1500 rs. And the mseb guys at vasai west near krishna complex are not ready to entertain or listen to complaints and their only solution is pay the high bill.. Please look into this matter.

        I am the owner of the house at panvelkar sankul bldg no. E2 flat no. 301 kharvai badlapur east 421503. I have shifted in this flat on 10th feb 19.

        Since last 3 months i am receiving the electricity bill with high consumption (Units). Today i have received sms from mseb saying that this months units is 48 but from 3rd aug 19 to 18th aug 19 i was out of badlapur. Kindly note in this period the power switch at home was switch off. I don't have washing machine, television, refrigerator, or any other electronic items at home then also the meter reading is showing high. I kindly request you to look in the matter asap.

          Basis of the bill amount is not known and unreasonable.

          3 X street lights not works at Sairam Row houses/Yamuna row house near MHADA colony, behind Anjana lawns Pathardi shivar. Nasik and 6X street lights not works from Anjana lawna to Manavseva care centre since last 20 days.
          This is to inform you that i had issue in getting high bill because of meter reading is very high actually this issue was already escalated lat 2 year but issue still pending from your end till its not given proper resolution from your end.Hence i request to you please do the needful on priority basis...

              I am tanaji n. Ingole, i came to stay at my residential address from 14/04 2019. From this date my monthly electricity bill is between 280₹ to 290₹. But in this august month electricity bill sent to me was 4240₹,
              Who these much bill was sent to me?
              Regarding to this i will complaint to “ electricity minister” and “ apale sarkar “
              Note this, during afternoon my lights are swith off.
              Without taking reading of meter how you sent me electricity bill these much. After every month meter reading was taken i need a message “ that this date this reading was taken and these much was your reading” my mobile number was register than also i dont get message or email also.

              Kindly reduce my electricity charges this my request to you. And i hope that my electricity as per reading will come from next month.

                    I the undersigned mrs. Sunita tanaji shinde, h. No. 746/12, b. K. Nagar, dahiveli, 421503, my consumer no.[protected].

                    Last two years i am not staying on above mentioned address, and i use to gate consumption of electrical was 01 to 50 units with out using electrical. But i have accepted because of for small amount who to fight. But now in the month of august 2019 consumption shown 342 units and bill amount rs. 2, 980/= which is not acceptable. When my meter is not in use, who you can show consumption was 342 units and amount rs. 2, 980/=.
                    In view of the above, you are requested to kindly look in to it. And inform accordingly for payment.

                        From april-19, i am getting average bill for consumption unit 158 from apr-19 to jul-19 with previous reading 14767, for which i had logged a complaint.

                        For month of aug-19, person read 15287 and they do calculation[protected]=520) with meter status as normal without considering 4 month reading of 158*4=632 unit.. Which is still 112 unit more (632-520=112).
                        Could you please correct the bill

                        I have paid from one year 3phase metre bill but actually it is single phase. I have complained to convert my 3phase metre to single phase but there is no action taken by the mseb of parbhani district
                        This complaint is regarding some of the electric poles situated at our premises i.e.. C/o. Balkisan Lahoti, Nr. St. Peter's School, Bela, Bhandara 441904. Such a situation of poles may cause a life taking hazard in future.

                              My electricity bills for the months of july and august 2019 for my residential flat at kendriyavihar, pimpri - chinchwad, moshi, pune with electricity consumer no.[protected] is very high and inflated as rs 800.00 for july and over rs. 650.00 for the moth of august 2019 where as the consumption of electricity for july and august 2019 is shown zero. For each month as my housing flat no 37 n2 at kendriya vihar moshi, pune is locked and no electricity is consumed except a few units in june 2019 when we occupied the flat for a few days.

The power supply has not been started by asking the concerned office. Request that you take appropriate action to understand my complaint against the employees concerned by this application.                                     My tenant of shop have not paid the electric bill (Approx. Rupees three thousand only... Rs 3000/-) for few months till may 2019 (May be 3-4 months), so msedcl department of bu 4140-khopoli-410203 division disconnected the electric supply (For this no objection) for the shop having consumer nr.[protected]. So after vacating the shop in may 2019, we paid the his pending electric bill and also penalty of disconnection to re-connect the electric supply.
                                    Now it is 06 august 2019, still the connection is not done after visiting the msedcl-4140- khopoli division several time and also called the office for several time.
                                    The incharge or wiremen of the 4140 khopoli division are neither responding to my visit and complaint.
                                    Due to their ignorance i have lost 2-3 tenant for my shop.
                                    Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      energy bill payment failed but money debited from account

                                      I paid the energy bill online on the msedcl website using my debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but bill wasn't paid due to an error. This message popped up on my screen saying "some error at response parsing". At the same time i got an sms from my bank saying that amount has been deducted from my bank amount. I request msedcl to kindly provide me the refund for the paid amount....

                                      The above mentioned name has some spelling correction as follows,

                                      Please need to make correction in the mahadiscom data, so that on monthly bill it should appear correctly.

                                      I need this change beacause this is one the required document for the issuing passport.

                                      Please guide/help me for doing the name spell change on monthly bill.
