For the month of june 19 and july 19, i am charged an amount if rs. 1440/- and rs. 2140/- respectively, which is much on a higher side, which is 4 times more than expected which is not a considerable amount. I want mseb to arrange a check or inspection for this.
Please try to resolve this problem as we are retired people and cannot afford this.
I face this problem many a times, we are out of town even then we are charged more....

I can't even register a complaint online using mahadiscom.in or mobile app or customer care number.

Not getting what to do now.

Hii.. Myself thorat. We have no electricity from last two days. My connection cable is damaged from pole.. I m tring to call to office no one reply.. In bavdhan, pune we are facing frequent power breakdowns as many as 4 to 5 in a day since last 5 to 6 months. Our substation is ganesh khind. Frequent voltage fluctuation causes damage to our electric equipment. With pune trying to become a smart city how does the administration justify this attitude towards the basic needs like electricity? It is as if we are living in a village and not in a city like pune. We need a permanent solution....

For the month of may - June (12 may to 12june) we were there in the flat for only 4-5 days and the electricity bill came around 4800₹ which is 10 times more than expected.but I thought it was a mistake . But this time the bill came 9230₹ which was hell expensive and was not a considerable amount. I want mseb to arrange a check or inspection for this . Try to solve this as we are students and cannot afford this....

There is tranformer failure in phansavane kochevdai due to heavy rain and wind force. We all were calling past 4 days to MR.SHINDE and complaint about it but he not taking any action . And 65 family taking water from that transformers meter but due to this water supply does not work.

I am from lokmanya nagar thane (W) 400604 the mseb office of this area dont have helpline number and it power cuts at night at 2-3pm we are having whole day for work at night this happend no proper maintaining no service nothing only wating our bills payments and our tax for all thes courpted officers and servents please make any action against this power cut at nights problem otherwise we are going to file case against mseb...

Since many months i have been facing this issue of wrong bills, now i'm out of station and despite major power cuts and no usage i have still received a bill of 670 rs!! It's not the money but the intent and it's happening again and again.

One of our building "b" is of 12 floors consisting of 2 lifts, right in front of both the lifts
1) electric meters box is mounted 2) point from where power to lift is provided.
As per fire brigade safety standards this is not allowed.
Can you please justify how this building has obtained completion certificate from pcmc corporation?

There is no electricity supply from 3rd aug, 19 early morning till now in wakad gaothan area. The mseb helpline no. [protected] is not responding. The citizens are facing problems due to this power cut & no response is seen from mseb office ignoring calls past 2 days. There was water logging but the situation is improved. Hope for positive response....
