We, bhartia metlloys already submitted our permanent disconnection request on dated 17/06/19. Also we are completed all documentation work on dated 30/06/19.

But after that, till now we are not getting refund amount back to our account. We already discuss with you about our present condition as well as market condition, in spite of that till no any positive response getting from your side, except getting some verbal communication.

Again we also request to you that, please look into that matter & also arrange to return amount to our account. Otherwise you please send us some written date confirmation to get refund.

    The bill amount from last 2 months are too high according to use, as we can see that the electric consumption from last 6 months in
    March 2019-85 units
    April 2019- 125 units
    May 2019- 160 units
    June 2019- 153 units
    July 2019- 217 units
    August 2019- 453 units
    Billing in the month of july/august 2019 are too high than my normal billing as my electric consumption is same as previous use. Kindly find out the reasons behind high bill wheather it is meters fault or electric theft.
    Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

        Previous metering reading is5292 & current reading shown on bill is5725 but current reading taken wass wrong because previous reading is 5292 which is correct but today at 11pm at night on date 19Aug19 reading taken which is5473 hence total consumption is 181 units but consumption shown on electric bill is433 units so please correct it &give me bill for actual consumption of 181 units

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            In Our society Sai Sagar Hights one 3phase miter use since 1st September 2019 to till date. But MSEB not given any bill till July-19 and now they given bill in bulk from March-19, so i have some following issue face against MSEB:-
            1. Actually miter fit in our society in 1st September 2019 but in MSEB mention from March-19.
            2. No any data available from 1st Sept-19 in MSEB Office and now they provide calculation from March-19 of miter unit consume in bill shown as under:-
            March-19 - Consume 1Unit
            April-19 - Consume 1Unit
            May-19 - Consume 334 Unit
            June-19 - Consume 35, 543 Unit
            July-19 - Consume 4, 386 Unit

            Our Society members continues visit at Dombivali West MSEB office regarding bill and meet Mr. Sanjay Yadav (Senior Officer) and Mr. Uke (Executive) but they never entertained us and refuse our written application.
            Last November-18 to till date society members continues followup with this two person for bill required at that time they promise me we short out your problem and gives all details month wise.
            But now they provide me society 1st bill on date 8th july 2019, at that time also go for submitted one request letter month wise details written application, at that time they told me don't submit letter we meet you personally in you building premises. As per our discussion Mr. Sanjay Yadav (Senior Officer) and Mr. Uke (Executive) come in our building premises for meeting on date Sunday 4th August-2019. After meeting complete they some promises us as under:-
            1. Bill details given as per month wise from 1st September 2018 to 31st July-2019.
            2. Given some time to paid this amount or in slab wise without charge any interest.
            3. When i paid first installment they told me we release your pending miter application and fit, because MSEB hold our minimum 20 society person miter.
            Now our society ready for paid fist installment at that time they told i never give you any fever, you pay all amount of bill and if you pay in installment then MSEB charge interest on pending.

            So Please i request to you from Sai Sagar Hight Dombivali West, take action and help to us because now days above two officer continuous pressure on society member to pay this bill today other wise we cut your line and pending miter application also not proceed.
            And also request to please provide month wise details so that unit rate should be decrease and bill amount reduced.

            (Highlight Note :- When Mr. Sanjay Yadav and Mr. Uke come for meeting in our premises at that time they request to us please not do any complete to our senoir officer and online service, because this is directly impact on my job. and only for that reason we come in your premises for meeting on sunday.)

                Dear sir,
                I have a 1rk flat rose-4, flat 103, in enkay garden, phase-1, wavanje village, taloja midc and we have mseb meter installed consumer number[protected]. We keep getting high bill since last 1 year and we have kept paying. We have been getting bills for amount 1270, 1710, 1253 etc. We dont use this much electicity. I feel some one from near by flat has connected his line with our wiring, so he gets free electricity and we get more bill due to his consumption also.
                This has been hapenning in rose (1-5) building. There are 16 flats in a bulding, but the building has 4 to 8 meters. All the flats without meter are connecting the flat wire directly to the main line or connect their flat line to some other flats wiring and getting the free electricity for their flats. And since other users who have a meter gets more bill for some time and then stops paying the bills and mseb takes their meter away. This flat person starts taking power from main line or gets his line connected to some other flats meter there by using free electicity. All these alterations are done by local electricians and charge rs. 1000/- for doing the alterations (To put the line in some other meter).
                Requesting mseb officials to launch drive to check all flats that dont have mseb meter and using free electricity and investigate the line of the flats who are getting more bill as some one could have connected their line to this flats line and getting free electricity. Please put heavy fine on the flats who are doing electricity theft. So they dont do this kind of malpractice going ahead and honest flat residents who are paying high bills get relief from high bill and get bill for what they really consume.

                Since few months the electricity bill has been increased tremendously. Meter is recording too much n bill has increased more than thrice.
                I doubt that the Meyer is faulty n recording high.

                      I have been applied for 3phase/4wire electrical supply connection to msedcl for agriculture land water pump. Accordingly they been sanctioned the same, but they have given single phase supply connection. Due this i have not installed water pump and motor and energy meter also.
                      However msedcl authorities sending high bill amount of rs.40390 without use of single unit till date.
                      Request to concerned authorities to look into this matter seriously and please do the needful.

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              My consumer number is[protected], sub division 6190 malkapur. I have my resort business in amba, malkapur. From last 8 days i don't have light. The local wireman suggested me to change the service wire, thus i bought all the material and on calling him back he sent the private wireman to join the connection and i had to pay for it. It was his duty to do it but dint do it, also the live wire has come down from the poll, on calling him he is not coming & showing different reasons.
                              My business is not working for the above reason as i have no light from 8 days.

                                Dear mseb dept,

                                I got bill for this month which is way higher than usual month bill (Almost 3 times than the last month). Reason is showing meter faulty. Can you please check the meter urgently and fix it to avoid unnecessary charges to me and correct my bill as well for this month. I could not register a complaint from mseb official web site as it is not working.

                                Appreciate your quick help here as dont want to pay unnecessary approximate bill which is 3 times the usual bill.

                                Hello I have not heard anything about my cmplaint on Faulty meter replacement yet and it is still pending since almost 2 Months+ Now.

                                I would like to lodge a complaint for High bill.



                                Last 3 Months I am getting Electric bill stating Faulty Meter for my Flat in Hari-OM nagar which is not occupied and empty (Tenant left on 15th June and vacant since then till 1st Oct). Attached are bills and Society letter for the same.



                                The bill charged is 1850 Rs per month for July, August and September (Dont know how MSEB come to this magic figure).



                                Faulty Meter was replaced on 28th September by MSEB technician and following documents were submitted as attached.



                                Latest bill received in Oct Month shows last meter reading taken on 6th Oct and Meter is FAULTY.



                                I would like to ask MSEB department


                                1.On what basis I have been charged bill for 1850 Rs for 3 Months (July, August and September)
                                2.Has MSEB has taken a note of SPOT INSPECTION REPORT submitted by Sr Technitian Mr. Girish Talvekar. Report as attached to adjust the bill amount. MSEB cant charge blindly for FAULTY meter.
                                3.Why Septmeber Month bill which is received in Oct shows Meter Faulty which is working now. Will there be any adjustments in bill amount which I already paid in last 2 months.

                                मी बाळकृष्ण परांडे ग्राहक न – ०७७५१०११६४९९, हनुमान नगर, मनमाड विनंती करतो कि मागील काही महिन्या पूर्वी माझे मीटर विज बिल थकीत असल्यामुळे कोणतीही पूर्व सूचना न देता काढून नेले आहे. त्या बाबत मी विचारणा केली असता सांगण्यात आले कि बिल बाकी आहे म्हणून, पण त्याअगोदर मी बिल चुकीचे येत आहे याची ५ ते ६ वेळा तक्रार केली असून आज पर्यंत कोणतीही कार्यवाही केली नाही. श्री. काकड साहेबांना तक्रार केल्यावर ते म्हणाले कि वायरमन ला सोबत नेऊन मीटर चे रिडींग घ्या. पण श्री. मांडावे व श्री. पवार यांना फोन केला असता त्यांनी फोन घेतला नाही.
                                आता मी काय करू हे सांगावे. कारण मी आजारी असतो मी तुमच्या कार्यालय वर चक्कर मारू शकत नाही.आणि मी काही गुन्हा केला नाही. उलट माझेच जास्तीचे पैसे तुमच्या कार्यालय कडे जमा आहे.माझी मागणी रास्त आहे त्यामुळे माझे चुकीचे बिल दुरुस्त करून द्यावे, म्हणजे मला ते भरून वीज पुरवठा सुरळीत करता येईल.

                                  Address: D2/503 Shivsagar phase 2, Manikbaug, Sinhagad Road, Pune-411051, 411051

                                  For the month of june 19 and july 19, i am charged an amount if rs. 1440/- and rs. 2140/- respectively, which is much on a higher side, which is 4 times more than expected which is not a considerable amount. I want mseb to arrange a check or inspection for this.
                                  Please try to resolve this problem as we are retired people and cannot afford this.
                                  I face this problem many a times, we are out of town even then we are charged more.

                                    From past couple of months i am getting extra bill because of faulty meter and mseb is sending extra meter. I tried reaching regional office in kamothe,

                                    I can't even register a complaint online using mahadiscom.in or mobile app or customer care number.

                                    Not getting what to do now.

                                    Please help me on the same

                                      Hii.. Myself thorat. We have no electricity from last two days. My connection cable is damaged from pole.. I m tring to call to office no one reply.. If i didn't pay bill or late for 8 days my connection will cut. But after paying bills regularly i m facing such problems. How many days i have to spend without electricity.??? What should i do?? When i go to office of the company those people behave with me very rudely.. If l m senior citizen i have no self respect.. Is it called a secure country??

                                        In bavdhan, pune we are facing frequent power breakdowns as many as 4 to 5 in a day since last 5 to 6 months. Our substation is ganesh khind. Frequent voltage fluctuation causes damage to our electric equipment. With pune trying to become a smart city how does the administration justify this attitude towards the basic needs like electricity? It is as if we are living in a village and not in a city like pune. We need a permanent solution. Please take cognizance and solve the problem
