Appreciate if someone could raise this again with Concerned department to get the right attention for to replace FAULTY Meter earliest.

I would like to lodge a complaint for High bill.
Last 3 Months I am getting Electric bill stating Faulty Meter for my Flat in Hari-OM nagar which is not occupied and empty (Tenant left on 15th June and vacant since then till 1st Oct). Attached are bills and Society letter for the same.
The bill charged is 1850 Rs per month for July, August and September (Dont know how MSEB come to this magic figure).
Faulty Meter was replaced on 28th September by MSEB technician and following documents were submitted as attached.
Latest bill received in Oct Month shows last meter reading taken on 6th Oct and Meter is FAULTY.
I would like to ask MSEB department
1.On what basis I have been charged bill for 1850 Rs for 3 Months (July, August and September)
2.Has MSEB has taken a note of SPOT INSPECTION REPORT submitted by Sr Technitian Mr. Girish Talvekar. Report as attached to adjust the bill amount. MSEB cant charge blindly for FAULTY meter.
3.Why Septmeber Month bill which is received in Oct shows Meter Faulty which is working now. Will there be any adjustments in bill amount which I already paid in last 2 months.

I am receiving excessive energy bills due to the suspected fault in meter. This month the bill is 3400+ versus very less consumption and limited AC usage.
