My tenant of shop have not paid the electric bill (Approx. Rupees three thousand only... Rs 3000/-) for few months till may 2019 (May be 3-4 months), so msedcl department of bu 4140-khopoli-410203 division disconnected the electric supply (For this no objection) for the shop having consumer nr.[protected]. So after vacating the shop in may 2019, we paid the his pending electric bill and also penalty of disconnection to
Re-connect the electric supply.
Now it is 06 august 2019, still the connection is not done after visiting the msedcl-4140- khopoli division several time and also called the office for several time.
The incharge or wiremen of the 4140 khopoli division are neither responding to my visit and complaint.
Due to their ignorance i have lost 2-3 tenant for my shop. When will this irresponsible and lazy department of msedcl department 4140 khopoli will wake up.

... After complaining it is almost 20 days... still complaint not attained.

    I have taken a 3-phase connection for plot no. Rm-115 at butibori industrial area in residential zone. However, there is no. Electricity of 3-phase connection during last 2- days. Accordingly a complaint has been lodged at local msedcl butibori office in complaint register. However, no action has been initiated. The details of connection is as follows

    2) bu - 0562
    3) name - sanjay. S. Lautawar (Cell no.[protected])
    Considering the above fact, it is requested to resolve the said issue at an earliest.

        Dear Sir,
        I stay in Dombivli west and my consumer no. is [protected], Meter no [protected] . This house is closed since 9 years and no energy utilisation is there since that time. But since six months we are getting the bills ranging from Rs 370 - 450 every month which had been already given in writing to Anandnagar, Dombivli west office by personal visit. When it was informed that meter is faulty & no reading is visible at all on meter, we are unable to understand on what basis bills of Rs 370 - 450 are being charged for this connection . It is Anandnagar's offce personnels duty to get that meter replaced and then send bills of Rs 50 - 100 as minimum bill because house is still closed.

          I am ratnakumar gharat from dronagiri sector 47, vian chs ltd, from last two months we are facing frequent power cut problem at sector 47 and 50, the power cut is13 to 15 hours daily, and we all societies in these sector are getting very tired of this situation. We complaining too many times in mseb but there is no result. So i request you please take action as soon as possible. Thanks

            We are facing electricity issue in our society from yesterday night. Due to this we are facing water issue as water motor not working, also there are many senior citizens are facing problems as lift is not in operation due to electricity. Loosing contacts with family nd friends as mobile battery also lost. Please assist asap. One more thing students are also there n exams are going on nowadays.

              Need an explanation as the why the bill is charged high even though less usage in july month.
              May being the higher usage moth all over the year still my bill is not high as much as in july where the is low usage.
              Also the unit consumed in july is half the time than the unit consumed in may.
              Still the bill for july is rs 5300.
              I have already raised a complaint and its been 5days no response yet.

              Also have requested for paper bill 6maths back still no response, even thought the ticket shoes resolved.
              Please assist in regards to this

                Complaint 1:

                Three times in this year 2019, self went to substation which is located at bhingari (Panvel, pincode 410206) regarding faulty meter which is clearly mentioned in the bill. There was no action taken. Because of faulty meter i am getting inflated bill every month.

                Frequent electricity disconnection in my area. There is no limit in disconnecting electricity.

                    We are facing frequent power cuts in 390, guruwar peth, pune 411042 area. This needs to be looked into on priority and mseb should ensure good quality of service. If you need to understand this problem look at the history of complaints raised in last one and half year.
                    Till now no action has been taken to resolve the actual issue and only temporary fix is made to resume power supply.
                    If this issue is because of load shedding then at least inform about timing to consumer. On mahadiscom website, we checked and found that no load shedding activity was planned in this area still we face so frequent power cuts.
                    Being consumer it is our right to get good quality of service.

                    Power failure again from 6:30 pm in 390 Guruwar Peth area. It's been around 3-4 hours now. Extremely poor quality of service. No planned load shedding activity still so untimely power cuts. Please resolve this issue it is violating consumer's right to good quality of service.

                    Power failure in 390, Guruwar Peth area from last 2 hours.Still frequent power cuts happening in 390 Guruwar Peth area. Mseb customer care pune is also not working and call is automatically rejected. When called to one of the official Mr Santosh whose number was provided by Mseb Customer care, he said that some cable work is going on and not sure when the suppy will resume. This is the kind of service they are providing to customer. They make customer suffer by such unplanned power cuts. This has became very normal in Guruwar peth area and some strict action needs to be taken to improve the quality of service.

                      The consumer no is[protected]. We are running a small scale factory in dahanu road. Few years back due to load shedding the mseb has provided industrial fedder for industries in our locality, now at regular intervals there is power cut, due to which huge loss & wastage. Many a time comlpaint at local mseb office is done over a phone, but not strict action is taken. During rainy season we are facing power cut many many times. We are rethinking as an how to run a industry. Plz, look into this matter at your eariest.

                          Light is not available from last night, I was checked all internal faults, but their is nothing, I think faults is from pole.

                          It's been almost an hour now and there is no electricity in Sahakar Nagar, Gajanan Dham area. Last lane, plot no 14.
                          It's been raining since 7 in the evening though there was electricity and now there isn't. Please take a look into this matter

                              The portal is for online payments to strengthen and support program of digitization and convenience in good governance. The portal is used for payment online of the bills and consumer complaints.
                              The website is not working there by the payment of bills is held up by all those who have been making payment online.
                              The issue has been raised on twitter handle with the cmd office and even minister being public representative in the government.
                              This is the maximum a ordinary citizen of the country and consumer of the public utility service can do.
                              The issue is neither responded nor yet addressed.

                                I got light bill 61 units for month june and july 2019. Actually my use of light matching with avarage bill given to me so please update my light bill to lower side.
                                Also replace my electicity meter.

                                  I am quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting rs. 16460/- against electricity consumption.
                                  It is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity.

                                  There seems a mistake in noting down the initial reading of the every month.
                                  Please not nobody come for take to reading.

                                  This is my village electricity bill and nobody can stay their but I pay the bill monthly online. And they show that your last bill is pending but i pay the bill every month so how it's possible. And they showing my current bill amt is rs560 so how it's possible.it happens from last 2month. Pls solve my problem immediately

                                    I've been complaining about inflated bill since last 8months,
                                    they didn't bat an eye on it.
                                    Every week 5-6times electricity goes off for an hour or two,
                                    And every week on every friday from morning 8 am to 6pm in evening there is no electricity over there.

                                    Why shall i pay a hefty bill, which i don't consume.??

                                    Only 2 Fans & Fridge is been used over there.

                                    All these details is been conveyed to them(divisional office), they're behaving as dumb and deaf.
                                    My neighbour's who are using TV, AC & Inverters getting bill of 600-800Rs and I'm being charged 2800Rs every month for no cause.

                                    Consumer Complaint Helpline is my only hope for my grievance Attaching the snapshot(and bill) of last six months & and list of service request raised since last 6months of high billing. Consumer Number [protected] - BU - 4162 PALGHAR S/DN.
