My electricity bills for the months of july and august 2019 for my residential flat at kendriyavihar, pimpri - chinchwad, moshi, pune with electricity consumer no.[protected] is very high and inflated as rs 800.00 for july and over rs. 650.00 for the moth of august 2019 where as the consumption of electricity for july and august 2019 is shown zero. For each month as my housing flat no 37 n2 at kendriya vihar moshi, pune is locked and no electricity is consumed except a few units in june 2019 when we occupied the flat for a few days.
I would request you kindly to rectify the mistake and the irregularities of my electricity bills of july and august 2019

    I have received an incorrect electricity bill for august 2019. The amount is extremely high and i am very sure it is incorrect.
    Hence i will be unable to pay the amount.

    Kindly assist in providing me the correct amount.

    Additionally i have attached the electric bill amount for the past 13 months so that you have an idea of the power consumption pattern of my meter.

    Please help in providing me the correct bill.

    They can't take current reading physically, as per bill current reading[protected] and previous reading 10740 (14/07/19) as per that total used unit 521Rs

    And actually we take reading from meter current reading unit 10913 (Date[protected] so billing unit 173

I am availing for the service provided by your company as per customer number[protected] and on 6th august 2019, the reconnection fee has been paid and my electricity supply has not been started yet. The power supply has not been started by asking the concerned office. Request that you take appropriate action to understand my complaint against the employees concerned by this application. Under the act for the benefit and service of the customer, i understand my complaint against the concerned officers and employees and start my power supply. Receipt of reconnection fee and bill copy is added via this application and expects the appropriate action to be taken as soon as possible.

      Hi mecb department, Your employees name- Mr NAIKWADI and temporary assistant Mr SUNIL NAWLE and Mr PATHAN is very arrogant and corrupted...poor farmers have been harassed by these employees.. people who used to give food and money to them only there work these people to do... leaving few employees acting with money from poor people showing fear of rules..no cooperation is seen among these employees and no time to time work is done.. some officers is also involved in this.. poor farmers talk in hushed voice...if you want u can check in the village..I request u to take this complain seriously if you are unable to take action on this..layer by layer this instance will be shared to corruption office with proof..so please change name of mr naikwadi mr nawle and mr parhan .. village name-parner taluka-patoda District-beed pincode-414204

      I had registered a complaint about power failure of only my house.
      It has been 24 hour no one come to see the problem.
      I pay the bills on time every month.
      How can be the concern persons at office are so irresponsible?
      It's Very frustrating situation we are going through.
      Please help me.
      My actual reading was 59 and sunil (mahavitran employee) taken wrong reading 159. He taken 3rd time false ready.

      I paid 2 time already of wrong bill. And he knows he is taking wrong bill.

      Kindly solve my problem.

        My tenant of shop have not paid the electric bill (Approx. Rupees three thousand only... Rs 3000/-) for few months till may 2019 (May be 3-4 months), so msedcl department of bu 4140-khopoli-410203 division disconnected the electric supply (For this no objection) for the shop having consumer nr.[protected]. So after vacating the shop in may 2019, we paid the his pending electric bill and also penalty of disconnection to re-connect the electric supply.
        Now it is 06 august 2019, still the connection is not done after visiting the msedcl-4140- khopoli division several time and also called the office for several time.
        The incharge or wiremen of the 4140 khopoli division are neither responding to my visit and complaint.
        Due to their ignorance i have lost 2-3 tenant for my shop.

              Dear Team,

              In this month of electricity bill no unit usage is provided then how Bill amount is calculated. Request to intervene the concerned people to answer this. Their is no issue with bill payment but its not right to just put random amount and collect from customer. Only concern is that transparency is must.

                First payment is done on 14th July 2019 of rs 780 rs and second payment is done on 8 August 2019 of rs 800 including late fees.
                Both payments are done for month July 2019 using paytm.
                I request you to verify and adjust the money in next month i.e. August 2019 electricity bill payment.

                  I am not living in sakri and there is 0 consumption of power but still higher bills are coming each month. I have also registered complaint (No. 132, 31.05.2029) and pay 1740 inr bill. Mseb person informed that complaint will be closed & amount will refund to your account.
                  I also personally visit to mseb sakri in july-19 and paid the bill. But for august again bill came 970 and recent refund not received.

                  Bill paid copy for july month is attached for reference.
                  Mseb sakri unit is not doing anything. Kindly clear this on top priority.

                    This is to inform you, mseb harassing people o[censored]lhasnagar-4, nowadays mseb is doing worse by shut down the electricity at the early morning 3.30am reguraly and it almost come backs after 3 hrs. This is very worse people here who have to leave for jobs or come from night shifts, how they complete there sleep when there is no electricity..
                    I hope u understand my concern pls take any action against above problem from ulhasnagar mseb..

                      Bill for july 2019 was for over 111units, when the bills foe last year prior to this, bill for last 12. Months was maximum 35 units. This was brought to the notice of deccan gymkhana office of pune mseb who kindly partially corrected the bill which was paid by me. Inspectors from mseb inspected the meter and declared it faulty and non functional. Mseb bill for august 2019 again showed the full bill for july 2019 again without the correction which was kindly granted by the said office. Kindly effect the redressal and change the meter. Thanks.

                            We, bhartia metlloys already submitted our permanent disconnection request on dated 17/06/19. Also we are completed all documentation work on dated 30/06/19.

                            But after that, till now we are not getting refund amount back to our account. We already discuss with you about our present condition as well as market condition, in spite of that till no any positive response getting from your side, except getting some verbal communication.

                            Again we also request to you that, please look into that matter & also arrange to return amount to our account. Otherwise you please send us some written date confirmation to get refund.

                              The bill amount from last 2 months are too high according to use, as we can see that the electric consumption from last 6 months in
                              March 2019-85 units
                              April 2019- 125 units
                              May 2019- 160 units
                              June 2019- 153 units
                              July 2019- 217 units
                              August 2019- 453 units
                              Billing in the month of july/august 2019 are too high than my normal billing as my electric consumption is same as previous use. Kindly find out the reasons behind high bill wheather it is meters fault or electric theft.
                              Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

                                  Previous metering reading is5292 & current reading shown on bill is5725 but current reading taken wass wrong because previous reading is 5292 which is correct but today at 11pm at night on date 19Aug19 reading taken which is5473 hence total consumption is 181 units but consumption shown on electric bill is433 units so please correct it &give me bill for actual consumption of 181 units

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      In Our society Sai Sagar Hights one 3phase miter use since 1st September 2019 to till date. But MSEB not given any bill till July-19 and now they given bill in bulk from March-19, so i have some following issue face against MSEB:-
                                      1. Actually miter fit in our society in 1st September 2019 but in MSEB mention from March-19.
                                      2. No any data available from 1st Sept-19 in MSEB Office and now they provide calculation from March-19 of miter unit consume in bill shown as under:-
                                      March-19 - Consume 1Unit
                                      April-19 - Consume 1Unit
                                      May-19 - Consume 334 Unit
                                      June-19 - Consume 35, 543 Unit
                                      July-19 - Consume 4, 386 Unit

                                      Our Society members continues visit at Dombivali West MSEB office regarding bill and meet Mr. Sanjay Yadav (Senior Officer) and Mr. Uke (Executive) but they never entertained us and refuse our written application.
                                      Last November-18 to till date society members continues followup with this two person for bill required at that time they promise me we short out your problem and gives all details month wise.
                                      But now they provide me society 1st bill on date 8th july 2019, at that time also go for submitted one request letter month wise details written application, at that time they told me don't submit letter we meet you personally in you building premises. As per our discussion Mr. Sanjay Yadav (Senior Officer) and Mr. Uke (Executive) come in our building premises for meeting on date Sunday 4th August-2019. After meeting complete they some promises us as under:-
                                      1. Bill details given as per month wise from 1st September 2018 to 31st July-2019.
                                      2. Given some time to paid this amount or in slab wise without charge any interest.
                                      3. When i paid first installment they told me we release your pending miter application and fit, because MSEB hold our minimum 20 society person miter.

                                      And also request to please provide month wise details so that unit rate should be decrease and bill amount reduced.

                                      (Highlight Note :- When Mr. Sanjay Yadav and Mr. Uke come for meeting in our premises at that time they request to us please not do any complete to our senoir officer and online service, because this is directly impact on my job. and only for that reason we come in your premises for meeting on sunday.)

                                        I am prabhavati shetty. Age 70. Years. Not having bill from last 5-6 months. Because my meter no. Is not showing live in online... They have kept in p. D. I have complaint many times in central park office, nallasopara east. Palghar district. But they not taking action. Every month they are taking my meter reading.
