Sir,

I am getting high amount of electricity bills every months we have using the only tv & fan. We are not sure what's the problem why we are getting so high electricity bill of 1130 We used to get bill of around 350 or 400 previously. Kindly resolve this matter asap. I have registered complaint on mseb site but no response from them. So i ma putting this complaint

Bill Date :[protected], There is an increase in bill amount as compared to the last month dated :[protected] and it is unusual. Previous bill amount was 1770 and this month the amount is 4310. I'd like you to please check what is the issue here.

    My online application for change of name is pending since Jan 2019. Can someone help to expedite the process?

    So far no change in status or progress.

    I have written to @MAHADISCOM and @MSEDCL on twitter also about the issue - I have not received any response from them also.

    I do not know where is the application stuck and why. Is there something needed to move the application ahead?

    Bill for unused units came and forced to remit Rs 33510/- stating that it will be adjusted latter bills. But not refunded or adjusted till now .

      Faulty meter was changed on[protected] but was regularly charged for 100 unites.After meter changed instead of taking reading again charged for 100 unites.Registering of complain always within days will resolved without any changes.I have meter reading for this new meter which shows consumption of 71 unites from[protected] at 1 pm .Surprisingly this complain of meter reading shows complained resolved and I have to pay Rs.640-00 for 100 unites.I request to authority looking after this complain to see the meter reading photo and if possible refund my excess amount.

      Above photo was taken on[protected] with water mark.
      There is no light from 2am and still it is not.The lightman is telling that he will come at 9am to solve the problem.As we know light is very important and it is morning time.Most of work are stop because of light.
      My consumer number is[protected] and

      My average electric bill is around Rs 400 to Rs 500 but for May 2019 & June 2019 it has skyrocketed to Rs 1700 & 2700 which was shocking.
      Can you please help on this.
      Dear Sir / Mam,

      I am trying to change of name in electricity bill since last 1 year through Mahavitaran mobile App & Website.
      Consumer no. [protected] / Old Consumer Name : Kurian Mappilaueliyil Thomas.

      But every time it got rejected and receiving text massage that application no. XYZ rejected due to no documents attached. I have complaint several times in customer care that i have provided all the required documents then to it got rejected. But till the date they are not replying to my complaint neither on Email.

      The attached all screenshot, documents and trailing mail conversion with customer care.

      I request you to please look into this matter and help me.

        I have paid my electricity bill of month with on date 11 july 2019. Amount of bill is rs.7770.26 which i have paid online.
        I have attached receipt for your reference in this email.
        Still i have received new bill with add on amount.
        Let me know what is the next step.
        I have received bill now around 11000 with last month add on bill.

          My consumer no. Is[protected].

          I have installed solar rooftop and net-metering was completed for the same in july 2018.
          Since then, i have never received the correct reading for the ' export, import and banked' units in my monthly bill. I have raised this issue multiple times to msedcl via 1800 toll - free number. I have also raised a service request via online portal on mahadiscom on 3rd may 2019 but no action is yet taken.

          It has also been confirmed by the msedcl individual coming to take the reading that the readings are not being taken properly into the system and hence the bill is incorrect.

          I would like msedcl to investigate the error in taking the readings for the past one year and adjust for whatever losses there might have been. Correct readings need to be taken from now on as there is a direct financial implication for the mistake which is being done by msedcl.

            My electricity bill for the month of july 2019 is rs 6840 for 303 units consumption.
            There is an arrears of rs 2998.36 charged, but when i called nerul mseb office they said it is applicable for all the customers in sanpada area. When i checked with my neighbours this arrears is not charged

            I have paid all the bills on time and also if you see in the bill last six months paid date is visible

              Dear sir,
              I am the residence of ganga glitz, undri, pune-411060 area.
              We are facing very frequent power failure in our society from last 6 month. And failure will be minimum 12 hrs to 48 hrs. We all residence giving many complaints but no proper resolution.
              From yesterday (20/07/2019) 9:00pm there is no power in our society and now (21/07/2019) msedcl staff is saying there is major fault in rmu (Ring main unit) and it will take another 24 hrs to rectify.
              This is very unfortunate that after paying heavy charges to msedcl consumer is getting such poor service.
              I again request you to resolve the issue permanently other wise as a extreme result we will put this in sociel media, news paper and higher level for getting solution.

                I am getting high electricity bill in spite of no one at home. Me and wife we both work from 9 am to 7 pm and we are no one is at home the whole day. Only refrigerator works 24 hrs. We are not sure why we are getting so high electricity bill of 1500. We used to get bill of 900 previously. Kindly resolve this matter asap. I have registered complaint on mseb site but no response from them. So i ma putting this complaint.

                    We at ganga terrace co-op hsg soc had power tripping frequently. We were in touch with mr. Tayde. He has sent the staff. We were told that 3 cables are faulty and need to be replaced. The supply continues after the phase is bypassed. One of the wing is on only one phase. We have installed the cables by 11th july 2019. I have been calling and sending messages to inamdar as mr. Tayde had informed. No one has turned up yet. Mr. Tayde is not contactable. I am questioned by members as i am the society secretary. Kindly make note and intervene to help.

                      Bill issued for 0 unit consumption rs 38810/- (Bill no.[protected]
                      Client no[protected]
                      Bill for zero power consumption charged rs 38810/- (The meter is taken away by msedcl for replacing with net meter for solar power in the month of october 2018 and net meter connected immediately. We are using solar power since then). But still bill in absence of old meter recorded as zero and charged rs 38810- in the month of december 2018 and even after written complaint lodged with msedcl, forced to remit the amount stating that it will be adjusted. Hence amount remitted on 1-1-19. But not adjusted or refunded till now.
                      Desirable resolution: refund the excess amount charged

                        Meter read for cons[protected] on 01.07.19 reading-483 consumption for month-299 message show but in actual bill reading of meter-497 & consumption 313 units for the month. How it have possible?

                        Intention of bills comes more because of above 300 units rs-9.6/-per unit & below 300 rs-5.6 per unit.

                        I have give compliant to consumer court also...

                          Sir this is to bring to your notice that my flat in pune is vacant/not in use since may 2018 & we are paying whatever minimum bill comes per month online. But it was really surprising to see the bill amount which used to be rs 300, to 350 suddenly started coming rs.1560 per month from the month of june 2018 onward and as per your rule we paid all the bills online.. When the person who visit for take the reading told that our meter is faulty and we gave written application to change the meter to your pune office on 28.11.2018 and then again on[protected] and several time telephone call made too but still no action. We are facing this issue form last one year but the issue has not been resolved yet which is really shocking. We ones again requesting you to please change our meter and adjust the future bills through this excess amount paid by us. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                            I would like to bring to your kind notice that there's no light pole on the street which is connected to the main road and rajiv nagar, near giant school, opposite vinalayaka motors showroom in wadgaon, yavatmat district.

                            Its very challenging to walk through the street because of darkness in the evening time. At night, i have seen the people especially non-locals roaming around and drinking alcohol on the same road. Its not safe for women and children and for men too.

                            I, therefore, request you to kindly look into it and get the street lights/poles erected on the road as it would help the residents to live with peace and safety. It would also have a strong control over the untoward movements which have been happening since long time.

                            I would want the department to take it seriously and put up the poles in the said area.

                            Look forward to some action from your end.

                              I live in kausa market, mumbra. There is a over billing in our area, no one comes in this area to take meter readings and the readings in the meter and bill completely differs. When we pay bill, next month it comes more bill, and when we not the bill comes less. And also bill of the whole area is not coming from last 4 months and we need to print it from a shop.

                                I am getting 32, 677₹ light bill of 2 months and we only use 2-3 fan's 5-6 led bulbs and 1 tv! Our normal bill is[protected]₹, i registered a complaint in the mseb office on 2nd july 2019, today is 19th july 2019 till this no one came from their office to check the meter! Why should i pay this much money, i can't even afford it!
                                Please resolve this problem.

                                  No rain; no wind; no sign of rain for next 12 hrs atleast; still power cut from last one hour!!!
                                  Why???
                                  Virar mseb people where are you.. So much power cut in a month but still light bill same... How???
                                  Who is maay baap for common man???
                                  Whom we need to approach for this. I am posting here cause we are not getting anyone on mobile number provided by you. Resolve this issue

                                    In bill CURRENT reading is 6487 but ACTUAL reading in light METER is 6471(dated 17 jully 2019).

                                    How is it possible? It directly increased by 16 units.

                                    we have registered a complaint in office which located near akashwani, hadapser but no one resolves the issue they told us to register complaint online.

                                    It is not possible for everyone to register complaint online.

                                    If there was uneducated person then he will pay bill without any verification due to carelessness of government.

                                    So again request you resolve increased in amount issue and please appoint helpful employees at office.

                                      Sir this is to bring to your notice that my flat B 602 in Saisiddhi CHS Ltd. Kalundre Panvel is vacant since May 2018 & we are paying whatever minimum bill comes per month online. But it was really surprising to see the bill amount which used to be Rs 100, Rs 160, Rs 180 suddenly in the month of May the bill dated 10.06.19 is Rs 5450 which is really shocking. My consumer number is[protected]. As per your rule I'am paying the current bill Rs. 5450/- online. Requesting you to please check my metre (Number [protected]) and adjust the future bills through this amount.This month again the bill is Rs 1370. Kindly find the attached copies of current bill & previous bills. Please do the needfull at the earliest.
