Sir this is to bring to your notice that my flat in pune is vacant/not in use since may 2018 & we are paying whatever minimum bill comes per month online. But it was really surprising to see the bill amount which used to be rs 300, to 350 suddenly started coming rs.1560 per month from the month of june 2018 onward and as per your rule we paid all the bills online.. When the person who visit for take the reading told that our meter is faulty and we gave written application to change the meter to your pune office on 28.11.2018 and then again on[protected] and several time telephone call made too but still no action. We are facing this issue form last one year but the issue has not been resolved yet which is really shocking. We ones again requesting you to please change our meter and adjust the future bills through this excess amount paid by us. Please do the needful at the earliest.

    I would like to bring to your kind notice that there's no light pole on the street which is connected to the main road and rajiv nagar, near giant school, opposite vinalayaka motors showroom in wadgaon, yavatmat district.

    Its very challenging to walk through the street because of darkness in the evening time. At night, i have seen the people especially non-locals roaming around and drinking alcohol on the same road. Its not safe for women and children and for men too.

    I, therefore, request you to kindly look into it and get the street lights/poles erected on the road as it would help the residents to live with peace and safety. It would also have a strong control over the untoward movements which have been happening since long time.

    I would want the department to take it seriously and put up the poles in the said area.

    Look forward to some action from your end.

      I live in kausa market, mumbra. There is a over billing in our area, no one comes in this area to take meter readings and the readings in the meter and bill completely differs. When we pay bill, next month it comes more bill, and when we not the bill comes less. And also bill of the whole area is not coming from last 4 months and we need to print it from a shop.

        I am getting 32, 677₹ light bill of 2 months and we only use 2-3 fan's 5-6 led bulbs and 1 tv! Our normal bill is[protected]₹, i registered a complaint in the mseb office on 2nd july 2019, today is 19th july 2019 till this no one came from their office to check the meter! Why should i pay this much money, i can't even afford it!
        Please resolve this problem.

          No rain; no wind; no sign of rain for next 12 hrs atleast; still power cut from last one hour!!!
          Why???
          Virar mseb people where are you.. So much power cut in a month but still light bill same... How???
          Who is maay baap for common man???
          Whom we need to approach for this. I am posting here cause we are not getting anyone on mobile number provided by you. Resolve this issue

            In bill CURRENT reading is 6487 but ACTUAL reading in light METER is 6471(dated 17 jully 2019).

            How is it possible? It directly increased by 16 units.

            we have registered a complaint in office which located near akashwani, hadapser but no one resolves the issue they told us to register complaint online.

            It is not possible for everyone to register complaint online.

            If there was uneducated person then he will pay bill without any verification due to carelessness of government.

            So again request you resolve increased in amount issue and please appoint helpful employees at office.

              Sir this is to bring to your notice that my flat B 602 in Saisiddhi CHS Ltd. Kalundre Panvel is vacant since May 2018 & we are paying whatever minimum bill comes per month online. But it was really surprising to see the bill amount which used to be Rs 100, Rs 160, Rs 180 suddenly in the month of May the bill dated 10.06.19 is Rs 5450 which is really shocking. My consumer number is[protected]. As per your rule I'am paying the current bill Rs. 5450/- online. Requesting you to please check my metre (Number [protected]) and adjust the future bills through this amount.This month again the bill is Rs 1370. Kindly find the attached copies of current bill & previous bills. Please do the needfull at the earliest.

                Sir this is to bring to your notice that my flat b 602 in saisiddhi chs ltd. Kalundre panvel is vacant since may 2018 & we are paying whatever minimum bill comes per month online. But it was really surprising to see the bill amount which used to be rs 100, rs 160, rs 180 suddenly in the month of may the bill dated 10.06.19 is rs 5450 which is really shocking. My consumer number is[protected]. As per your rule i'am paying the current bill rs. 5450/- online. Requesting you to please check my metre (Number [protected]) and adjust the future bills through this amount. Kindly find the attached copies of current bill & previous bills. This month again the bill shows rs 1370. Please do the needfull at the earliest.

                  I'M from Kalwa Indira Nagar facing power cut issues at any time and We trying to contact with local division office, bt they are switch off there phone for no disturbance. They are only doing time pass with consumers, incharge for local division for Indira Nagar Parsik kharegaon. They doing chill and doing timepass with consumers ..! I hate MSEB Services and we Need to take strong strickt action against this complaint

                      Electricity bill is coming 300 to 400 times more then what is been used. There is definately any issue in meter or power connection.

                      As it uses to be around 500 to 700 maximum earlier. Without and addition of electrical instruments how the bill gets automatically increased to 400 times then the normal usage.

                      Need to recheck current bill and last 3 bills as well.

                      I will definately not pay any bill amount which is been imposed on me, without usage.

                      Need to review same asap

                        tariff change request

                        I have raised toomuch complaints online as wellas offline to mseb to change the current tarriff plan cause we are using commercial plan in residential purpose.
                        Always they told me theirs no way to change plan excepting the meter change so i requested to change meter. I'm ready to pay deposite but still they are not doing the same.

                        I am resindent of kolhapur, since morning our power supply has been cutoff.but rest of colony is getting the service. Even i checked the meter there is no light there so think there may be the issue with the connectiin from pole.kindly check it asap

                          My avg monthly bill is around rs 350 to 400. But for last two month i am getting bills around 3000 per month. When i went to complain officer are not ready to hear. They say you have consumed that much unit and i have to pay the bill and charges for meeting testing. Why customer's should suffer all the time?.

                          Very worst service and customer care response. No progress regarding last two complaint[protected] &[protected]

                              At sahajanand society part 2, kothrud pune. Between plot no. 49 and 53 the wild bushes have grown and climber has gone up to the ht pole. This is shock hazard, dangerous. Kindly remove all growth and clear the area to make it safe. Thank you.

                              There has been no electricity since 1030 in the morning in Diva. What is happening?

                              मी दिनेश पोपटराव मारणे विनंती अर्ज करतो की, आमच्या से.नं.28/624, गंगानगर, प्राधिकरण, निगडी, पुणे-411044 येथे दररोज सकाळी व रात्री 4 ते 5 तास लाईट जात आहे. त्यामुळे मुलांचे शैक्षणिक नुकसान होत आहे. तरी आपण विदयुत पुरवठा खंडीत न होणेबाबत त्वरित योग्य ती कारवाई करावीत .

                                My usual bill is around[protected] but this time in May and June I have got a bill of 11000 and 5000 respectively. Please look into the issue. This is quite shocking.
                                As in attached image bill is around 100 to 130 usually but in June it sky rocketed to 1000 units. This is totally irresponsible from msedcl side. There seems to be some error at msedcl side. Please correct it at the earliest

Is[protected] and billing unit 4236/jalgaon u-i s/dn./jalgaon urban on 9/7/2019 when person who visit for take the reading told that my meter is faulty and therefore he can’t take meter reading, then after i submitted on line complain to msedcl, but problem not resolved and meter reading not recorded, so please fix the issue and solve the same, regard

                                    Hi my consumer number is[protected] my name is mohammed shakeel khan, my average electric bill is around rs 2500 to rs 3200 per month and this time i got a bill of rs 7740 this was shocking, we did go to the office and they were busy asking of what electronic devices we have in the house and then they said our systems are down and come on friday, this is not acceptable because in the past i had the same issue where i got a bill of rs 4400 and i had to pay that or else they will cut the line please help because i am not used to deal with the government workers as their style of working is very different.

                                      Please refer my previous complaint docket No. 1318888 & Added photo here. As per response to docket No 1318888, revision ID 10275156 Dt. 17.05.2019 and added photo of Bifurcated bill, we had payed 10700/- on 25.05.2019
                                      It's now 3 months, still amount is not reflected on bill and each time we have visit Electricity Board office of Warje-Sub Division, Pune and get corrected bill. I have added photo of last two corrected bills here.

                                      Bifurcated Electricity Bill did not reflected in two bills and harassment continued by Electricity board.
