Please refer my previous complaint docket No. 1318888 & Added photo here. As per response to docket No 1318888, revision ID 10275156 Dt. 17.05.2019 and added photo of Bifurcated bill, we had payed 10700/- on 25.05.2019
It's now 3 months, still amount is not reflected on bill and each time we have visit Electricity Board office of Warje-Sub Division, Pune and get corrected bill. I have added photo of last two corrected bills here.

Bifurcated Electricity Bill did not reflected in two bills and harassment continued by Electricity board.

We are facing problem with electricity bill is increasing rapidly. I am fullfill all the bills of electricity but the amount of bill is very high every month I am facing these problem please provide necessary solution on that fast.

        Electricity is not there in ulhasnagar since 5:00 pm till now i. E. Till 1:15 am.. Please look into the matter. I am a student of ca. Every time there is power failure.in the summer season and now in rainy season as well. Despite of several complains in this regard there is no action at all. It is causing a genuine hard ship to the people. Look into it

          Billing unit 4795:Kharghar S/DN.
          My average electric bill is around Rs 1000 to Rs 1200 (consumption unit 100-200 units per month) but for May 2019 & June 2019 it has skyrocketed to Rs 5, 600 & 11470 (Consumption Units 396 & 525 respectively) which was shocking.
          Can you please help on this.

            Respected sir / madam,

            With reference to the above please note that, i have visited to your office 3-times in last three months.
            I. E. May, june & july, 19 for complain against meter reading.

            I am using electricity regularly but meter is not working, unit consumption shows zero.

            Sir, your billing department shows meter faulty and minimum to pay billing made, bill made for zero unit consumption since may, 19

            You are requested to please send you electrical engineer / representative to verify meter and replace meter immediately.

            Please you can verify last three months bill shows consumption of electricity is zero unit.

            I humbly request you to rectify / replace the said meter immediately under intimation to me.

            I aspect you co-operation and justification in the matter.

              As shown in attached photo u can see the condition of the rusted electric pole which is of main 3 phase electric supply pole of gholvad village taluka dahanu. This electric pole is on left hand side of main road from zenda chowk to jain temple something about 100m from zenda chowk. The pole may cause a dangerous accident in future which is in place just because of the wire tied... Villagers filed complaint many time bt no response was taken from subdivision...

              It's my humble request to change the pole so no accident can occur in future...

                Sir there is a sudden hike in electric bill since 3 month n we don't know the reason
                There is refrigerator in our house bt it is in very low condition n fridge is installed since diwali n electric bill was normal till 700-800 bt later 3 month the price suddenly increase
                I know that before past 3 month one of your worker come to our home and unplug fuse n then we paid all money that is required to do bt after the fuse connect then the electric bill start increasing so i am apologize to come our home and check the meter that is there any fault or someone else is connected to our meter please check this

                    My consumer no is[protected], since last 4 months i have never consuume electricsity at night from 10 pm to 7 am because we use to sleep on terrace, and even i don't have cooler, against that, those who have used 24 hr cooler at home in same duration, they have been charged as less than me. How it's possible?

                    Pl. Check and confirm at earliest so that i can pay my outstanding.

                      lekin aapne dekha nai aur meter bhi chack nai kya hum gaye the complaint dene ke liye aap ne kaha paisa bharo, gaye mahine 11000 aur abhi 21000 aya hai bill bharne ke liye itna paisa kaha se layenge sahab aapne tu boldiya bharne ke liye kya hamara meter itna use hota hai aap logo ne meter check bhi nai kya abhi tu hum logo ko ghar bechna padhega bill bharne ke liye .
                      aap se vinti hai ki aap ayei aur meter chack kare badi kripa hogi ..

                          The meter is not faulty since the status mentioned in the June 2019 bill is not correct. The units captured on 24 May 2019 is 6230 and then also as mentioned in the bill on 24 June 2019 is is also 6230. The photo is missing from the bill. It means proper reading was not captured and an average reading was submitted. I need a refund of the amount paid for June 2019 bill. The status of meter has to be corrected to Normal and proper reading has to be collected by the meter reader.

                            Hi team,

                            I am staying tinsel town society hinjewadi phase ii next to quadron business it park. Here from last two weeks electricity is cut almost daily without any prior notice and for long hours. Specially on thursday and saturday plan electricity is cut for full day for maintenance. I have never face this issue before in other areas of pune.

                            It would be helpful if you look into this issue and help us to get this improved as this is causing lot of challenges on daily basis.

                              It is with reference to madhavrao sonawane, the daughter of my self, mangala madhavrao namdev sonawane. I have a complaint of satna branch and branch code of 54, 9 against your office, and my electricity number is[protected], so i would like to draw your attention to the electricity bill which is going on for more than a few months but in this regard many verbally complain to wireman but even though this is not resolved at your end. Now the bill has recently come to 4370, which is inappropriate and extra production despite low consumption. I paid your sum of rs 236. Mater checked but still they are not sending any person yet. Yesterday, we had gone to office three times a day, but due to the lack of availability of the person, who can examine mater, he has to come back home.

                              Second, the term of my father madhavrao sonawane has expired on 25/5/2016, so i am consuming this consuming according to his legal heirs, but despite its consumption, the bills have been received very little, which is not payable. And my situation is not able to pay for it. Please kindly change my request so that mater is defective. I hope you will take action on my complaint.

                              One more thing, when i came to visit the concerned office, the staff behaved a very rude behavior there and they refused to accept my written complaint because the concerned officer is absent, while i am calling him but he has two days the phone is not picking up.

                              I live in kharghar Sector 30, Plot no 175. Street lights are normally on even during broad daylight, they start street lights as early as 5 pm in the evening when there is sufficient day light. I have tried calling call centre but of no use, no proper response from executive. Please look into it.

                                refund against rejected online application for new connection

                                I have applied for 2nd connection online on msedcl portal in the month of january 2018, but same got rejected as 2nd connection on the same name/wiring is not possible as per msedcl rules.

                                I had paid rs. 2329/- video receipt no. Lur[protected] for new connection application no. 11916352 dt. 1jan 2018.

                                For refund of the same i have given written application to local msedcl office at nallasopara...

                                  I want to say that our flat is closed continue, only 3 days we used electricity from 12.06.2019 to 15.06.2019 for the purpose of pooja hawan, and you have generated 2 month electricity bill for may 2019 and june.in may month flat was totally closed and in june we were there for 3 days. So how is this possible to use 100 unite electricity in each month. Please revise our bill that we can pay it before time.

                                  Old meter is replaced by new one Dt.17/06/2019 when meter reading was 7462 kWh and on 01/06/2019 reading was 7385kWh as per your previous bill.And reading on date 01/07/2019 is 63kWh .It means total consumption from 01/06/2019 to 01/07/2019 is 140kWh, however i got wrong consumption sms as consumption is 168 unit.Correct the same.
                                  I am complaining about my electricity bill is due to very high, so control my bill amount immediately. Please take action quickly.
