Dear sir, i am getting a very excess bill that is above rs. 5000/- since 4 months.

The bill appears to be inflated as i know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrantsuch a high bill. Our all previous bills were in between rs. 2500/- to 3000/-.

I request you to please look in this matter seriously...

No rains no wind but power failure... Most pathetic service moreover with highest rate for electricity. Not a problem for one day but daily frequently power cuts... Dear sir we prajol developer hired 37 meters from your company on august 2018. But still we didnt receieved the mseb bill. After going to mseb office they gave a reply that its not our duty to look after this because the pc has been from your bill and gone to another area. Every month they give the assurance that this month your bill will come... But no.. Its not coming. The staff of mseb office bhosari is not good in their duty....

Kharghar in navi mumbai now resembles a village in up or bihar, with power cuts every hour and water cuts lasting for over a week. Several complaints have yielded no improvement as the authorities seem to have other priorities.

Since basic citizen facilities are lacking in this city, kindly take it off the list of smart cities as the common people get no assured facilities.

My name is mohammad asif, so many times i given a complaint about low fase, no electricity, daily 5 to 6 hours everydays, in a month 15 to 16 days no electricity in my building.

In our building only
I always paid bill on time.
But i didn't get electricity...

We have been complaining since long for this with intent to pay.in fact the meter is in non use as the house is closed.
There have been written and oral complaints even online.
The bill is too high and stated to have been resolved but the bill on portal is not changed.
On line the complaints are stated to have been assigned to je and closed. How the same are closed is made never aware to the customer leaving the complaint...

This is with regards to my current electricity bill.
Mseb electric bill for consumer no[ '[protected]] has been surprisingly high in june'19 month. Herewith i am sharing trend of last five months billing history jan'19 it was rs-510, feb' 19 it was rs 600 & mar' 19 it is rs 80, april'19 is was rs-80/-, may-nill, june - 2830/-.

I have recieved an electricity bill of rs. 2580, for a consumption of 301 units. The current reading on the bill dated[protected] was 4645 units (Photo attached). Whereas my current meter reading is 4596 (Attached photo taken[protected]. My meter is still 49 units behind than what was recorded by mseb employee 8 days back, how is it possible? Utter negligence from mseb employees. No proper readings are taken, and we get inflated bills....

2 laptops were already damaged when the power line outside shorted a month ago.

We submitted a written complaint to the local office immidiately. No response.

The registered a complaint on the mobile application. No response.

Last two months they are increasing my light bill i raised complaint against this but no resolution. They had sent double amount bill this month i m really very disappointed we are middle class person even we don't have this kind o[censored]sage but they are not given any resolution plz so something if possible take action against the mahadishcom electricity billing....

It has been observed that number of times a power is cut off for no reason but even then nobody is there to help us it is been a very critical condition for us to live without power for 5 hours, Power off by several types no this is been height sso this is not good and good governance request you to kindly forward it to your ministers all looking to it.
