2 laptops were already damaged when the power line outside shorted a month ago.

We submitted a written complaint to the local office immidiately. No response.

The registered a complaint on the mobile application. No response.

Massive voltage fluctuations in the recent 2-3 days. I installed a voltage stabiliser just in case, and the relays inside it are constantly switching due to the fluctuations.

There seems to be no redressal mechanism. I faced a loss of more than 30k due to the damage to my laptops.

    Last two months they are increasing my light bill i raised complaint against this but no resolution. They had sent double amount bill this month i m really very disappointed we are middle class person even we don't have this kind o[censored]sage but they are not given any resolution plz so something if possible take action against the mahadishcom electricity billing.

      It has been observed that number of times a power is cut off for no reason but even then nobody is there to help us it is been a very critical condition for us to live without power for 5 hours, Power off by several types no this is been height sso this is not good and good governance request you to kindly forward it to your ministers all looking to it.

        Sir my mseb consumer no is[protected] i had paid online bill dated 13.05.2019 amount rs 6730/- but by mistake i dont know how it deposited under mseb deposit and now they are telling they cannot refund or adjust against bill amount you have to pay again or we will disconnect your connection what should we do ?? we should pay only by cash no digital transaction should do because if mistake done by mseb person they can solve but when it is our misytake they dont refund . is it justice to pay on time all government dues before due date ??

          Hi Team,

          I called up on toll free number but due to system being down they could not register my complain. I have received an average bill of 2800 in April, May & June. Though my consumption had been same but due to meter reading not taken in month of april, the average bill was issues 1530 (april) + 4080 (May) + 2800 (June).
          I am requesting to not charge unnecessary to customer without their faults. There has been similar complain by other society members. Please process refund for high bill charged due to unwanted spike in bills.
          My house was close for 5 days in May. And we have hardly used any more units.

            MSEB Electric Bill for consumer no[protected] has been surprisingly high in some months in recent times. November'2018 it was Rs1510, April' 2019 it was Rs 1630 & June' 2019 it is Rs 2350
            whereas generally the Bill is around Rs 1000. No a/c or high current consuming appliance is used the small 1 BHK room. There is something definitely wrong in metering. A thorough investigation is to be done immediately to ensure correct metering in future and reimbursement of wrong charges.

              Hello,

              We are receiving light bill of around 3000 to 5000 even though there is no air condition at our place.

              There is definitely something wrong in the meter reading or in the meter itself. Please send someone from your side to check as early as possible since we are already paying this huge bill amount for more than 4 months now.

                Hello, I am teenant- and connection is in name my landlord Mrs madhavi haldankar. This complaint is regarding faulty electricity bill from mahavitran MSEDCL.
                I paid bill of RS 610 for the month of May on 8th June but in bill of June 2019 again this is showing pending. For June month bill showing only 63 unit but showing pending 613 inr. I paid through paytm and it was successful transaction. I am attaching photos as proof. Please send...

                We had complaint in Jan 2018 to change our faulty meter. Mseb contractor had change our meter with other meter in April 2019. Since April month we are follow up with local mseb office to do the corrections but till date we didn't find any solution. Please look in to this.

                Gattuwar DYEE and Pathan A.E. of sub division demanding money for installation of our solar energy meter. They are bothering since last 20 days.

                Please do the needful.
                With regards to the above subject, we have a query that the bill for the previous month (may 2019) had issued with over amounting as per the usage. The amount is four times higher as per the actual which we always pay..
                The complain for the shop is our warehouse which hardly is been used.

                  The meter reading is blank and mseb contracor for meter reading had put an arbitrary figure and bill amount is 18 560 for Month of May . which we never received in thelast 17 years inspite of complaints it is going to a blind eye . i will not be able to may such high bills because earning is just 70000 per month do we eat food or pay electricity. this has been a case for long time i really dontknow what can be done here

                    I am living in dombivili (regency estate) from past several months but my electricity bill was never more than 800 rs. From last 2 months my bill is 13000 and 17000 which is very very high considering we only use one light, fan and ac at one time. I registered a complain for the faulty meter but it has been more than 20 days and nobody is attending to it. When i visit the office the staff misbehaves and says wait for 2 months at least, it takes atleast 60-75 days after the complain to check the meter.
                    The electricity bill is more than the rent we pay and we can't afford it, please help.

                    Daily 4 to 5 times disconnect electricity for 1-2 hrs, and daily at 1 or 2am in night electricity is disconnect for 1 hours and manegment don't do anything permanent soultion, i hope u find some solution on it

                      Not using high power gadgets such as Geyser, AC's, Microwave, Ovens etc.

                          Hi I am writing this as I am tried and sick of this bloody mseb electricity service very Tuesday the is a load shedding of 9 hours I just wanna ask one thing that why only new panvel electricity is being cut and why not of khanda colony and old panvel .Who ever is the head of mseb new panvel needs to know how to work it's a very pathetic and poor service from mseb I wish these shot service goes away and private company like reliance or tata should come in panvel .. Because mseb I don't think u guys deserve to be in panvel.u been giving [censored] service since decade I also wanna know who is the head of men panvel area and just wanna talk with him face to face once poor service mseb and their employees. Pathetic please go to hell or die in gutter but don't work if you guys don't feel like working half of the time they don't recibe our calls so why are we paying them for and giving them the salary let them beg on the street if they wanna work like this..Brainless people working in mseb

                                I am staying in taloha phase 1, sector 5, navi mumbai. Regularly we faced electricity cut. Morning afternoon evening night whatever. We paid amount regularly. But we need a good, proper service from your end but still we not get. Our building is dhanashree pearl, a multi story building. But there is each and everything is perfect but electricity is very very poor. Please say your team to do this proper work so that next time we said is happy for your service. Atlist say what time he solve the issue or anything but when we called his reply like angry type. This is not the way to talk with customer. I am your customer not colig.
