bill already paid but in current bill again showing pending

Hello, I am teenant- and connection is in name my landlord Mrs madhavi haldankar. This complaint is regarding faulty electricity bill from mahavitran MSEDCL.
I paid bill of RS 610 for the month of May on 8th June but in bill of June 2019 again this is showing pending. For June month bill showing only 63 unit but showing pending 613 inr. I paid through paytm and it was successful transaction. I am attaching photos as proof. Please send...

Respected sir and madam,

We had complaint in Jan 2018 to change our faulty meter. Mseb contractor had change our meter with other meter in April 2019. Since April month we are follow up with local mseb office to do the corrections but till date we didn't find any solution. Please look in to this.

Gattuwar DYEE and Pathan A.E. of sub division demanding money for installation of our solar energy meter. They are bothering since last 20 days.

Please do the needful.
With regards to the above subject, we have a query that the bill for the previous month (may 2019) had issued with over amounting as per the usage. The amount is four times higher as per the actual which we always pay..
The complain for the shop is our warehouse which hardly is been used.
Kindly look into the same.

    The meter reading is blank and mseb contracor for meter reading had put an arbitrary figure and bill amount is 18 560 for Month of May . which we never received in thelast 17 years inspite of complaints it is going to a blind eye . i will not be able to may such high bills because earning is just 70000 per month do we eat food or pay electricity. this has been a case for long time i really dontknow what can be done here

      I am living in dombivili (regency estate) from past several months but my electricity bill was never more than 800 rs. From last 2 months my bill is 13000 and 17000 which is very very high considering we only use one light, fan and ac at one time. I registered a complain for the faulty meter but it has been more than 20 days and nobody is attending to it. When i visit the office the staff misbehaves and says wait for 2 months at least, it takes atleast 60-75 days after the complain to check the meter.
      The electricity bill is more than the rent we pay and we can't afford it, please help.

      Daily 4 to 5 times disconnect electricity for 1-2 hrs, and daily at 1 or 2am in night electricity is disconnect for 1 hours and manegment don't do anything permanent soultion, i hope u find some solution on it

        Complaint: Receiving VERY High Electricity Bill since many years. Had complained 07 years, MSEB replaced meter but no change. On repeated requests no solution.
        Having active load: 07 W LED bulb 03 Nos, 60 W Fans 02 Nos, 380 Ltr Fridge 01 Nos, 32" LED TV 01 Nos; Average monthly bill Rs[protected].
        Not using high power gadgets such as Geyser, AC's, Microwave, Ovens etc.

        Am very much sure of Faulty Energy Meter ( L & T Make, Type ER 300P, Sr No: [protected]), same was replaced once 07 years before.

        Am physically challenged hence need help & cooperation at earliest,

        Requesting MSEB to replace with new calibrated & checked Energy Meter at earliest.

        I am citizen of Pusad, Dist. Yavatmal... Power cut various times in a day... At the time of small amount of rain power is also cut...

            Hi I am writing this as I am tried and sick of this bloody mseb electricity service very Tuesday the is a load shedding of 9 hours I just wanna ask one thing that why only new panvel electricity is being cut and why not of khanda colony and old panvel .Who ever is the head of mseb new panvel needs to know how to work it's a very pathetic and poor service from mseb I wish these shot service goes away and private company like reliance or tata should come in panvel .. Because mseb I don't think u guys deserve to be in panvel.u been giving [censored] service since decade I also wanna know who is the head of men panvel area and just wanna talk with him face to face once poor service mseb and their employees. Pathetic please go to hell or die in gutter but don't work if you guys don't feel like working half of the time they don't recibe our calls so why are we paying them for and giving them the salary let them beg on the street if they wanna work like this..Brainless people working in mseb

              The old meter no 7636259, has changed on 2nd March, 2019. The meter readings of changed meter was ended with 4663 on 2 nd of March. The new meter is being installed. However till date the all billing cycles we are received average unit bills. The reading are not as per the newly installed meter. So kindly regularize the bills as per newly installed meter on 2 nd March, 2019

                From Thursday onward there is a power cut at my house.

                We have given complaint about the power cut issue to call center for about 10 to 15 times but no action is been taken yet.

                Today I personally went to MSEB office for give the complaint. The complaint was taken at the front desk as well as sent to the MESB Line men through Whats up application. but no action is been taken yet.

                Kindly do the needful for the same.

                  I am staying in taloha phase 1, sector 5, navi mumbai. Regularly we faced electricity cut. Morning afternoon evening night whatever. We paid amount regularly. But we need a good, proper service from your end but still we not get. Our building is dhanashree pearl, a multi story building. But there is each and everything is perfect but electricity is very very poor. Please say your team to do this proper work so that next time we said is happy for your service. We are basically fed up . We all member requested to you to take proper action in this issue. Your person who do not any call reply his no - [protected]. Atlist say what time he solve the issue or anything but when we called his reply like angry type. This is not the way to talk with customer. I am your customer not colig. Anyway please took into this matter

                      We have only 3 fans, 3 tube lights, Fridge, Washing machine and 2 bulbs.

                      We do not have AC at my home.

                      Since last one year my average bill amount is under 900 to 950

                      But suddenly from last month onwards we are started getting 6.5k followed by this month amount is 8k which too high as per our consumption.

                      Request you to please get it checked bcz the amount is beyond my capacityandi could not be able to bare it.

                      Hi i am Sahil Sayed, we stay in Ganeshnagar in Mohammadwadi. Everyday there is power cut off here whereas there is electricity supply everywhere.
                      Can you please look into this
                      I am not satisfy with the service MSEB aundh giving... I tried them calling again and again there is issue in out meter... Light gets blink and off suddenly... Sometimes it goes for half an hour.. Really very dissatisfied 😩
                      Continuous load shedding only from our pole this happens everyday and authorities don't check even after a lot of complents...how long this will go on ?
                      Previouse month bill 380 for 51unit and this month bill is 2200 for 53 unit.. How it is possible.

                          I complain here because of the electricity of our area is agaian and again gone due to load please do the needful action against the issue facing we . Again and again electricity is being swithed automatically and we facing the problems . The Responsible persons are not responding to our queries and no one is ready to get it cure .
                          My Consumer No. is[protected] and BU 4600. While paying the bill for May on line through ICICI Bank, a sum of Rs 20.00 was charged excess. As I paid on 1/6'2019 I was to pay Rs.2010. But my bank has deducted Rs. 2030 .
                          So I request you to adjust my next bill and charge Rs.20.00 less.

                            To whomsoever it may concern,

                            I Jackie Harish Damania residing at Virar west.

                            Billing unit - 4464/Virar west S/DN./Virar O&M.

                            My complaint start from June 2018 where we did not receive electricity bill and we as consumer proactively went to electricity department complaining on same, on checking it was identified that there was some wrong payment done against our meter number

                            To our surprisingit was also identified that our meter is not functional from September 2017 and we are only getting avg units bills per month.

                            We gave letter in written asking for replacement of meter since it was not functioning, till date no resolution. We are being charged avg units from September 2017 till date.

                            Every month we get bills as per convenience of Maha vitran, we have even got electricity bills worth RS 1 lakh twice, we go to your office near Virar west and then simultaneously your office at global city for revision which is done every month and then we end up either paying high amount or less amount.

                            Some feedback about staff at electricity dept

                            Mr Bhoir (Sits at global city offfcie) - He has only 1 answer to all the queries, answer is meter would be replaced soon that's it, we have been hearing since last 1 year.

                            Mr Umesh Kadam(Sits at global city office) - He is Mr ananonymous coz I have seen him only once at his place and rest of the time either he is on visit or out for work, probably the most busiest man in Maha vitran .

                            Mr Mahale (Sits at Virar electricity office) - He is the one who listens to problem and tries to give solution but is limited since doesn't have support from higher people.

                            I have to write this in very disgraceful manner is because we have been visiting your office every month for bill revision and meter replacement but no solution till date.

                            Can we have an answer towards the meter replacement and probably some better staff working at Electricity office rather then telling consumers running to and fro who actually wants to genuinely pay for use.

                                I am from gagalani nagar, amravati 444602 Maharashtra, facing power cut issue since 10:00pm to still time . We all colony of Gagalani nagar is trying to contact with local division office, bt they are switch off there phone for no disturbance. They are only doing time pass with consumers, this is happen just becz there head boss that is Mr. Bele Incharge for local division for Gagalani nagar is doing chill and doing timepass with consumers ..! Need to take strickt action against this complaint

                                      Want to bring it to your kind notice that the supply of electricity in my home was breakdown from last 4 days. we have registered online complaint on 13/6/2019.
