Dear Team,
this is to bring to your notice that we are facing issue of bill amount since 2 months. previously my bill value was under Rs 25000/- last month it was Rs 35000/- and this month it is 41890/- would request you to please have a meter check and let me know the reason for increase in same. as i doubt that some thing wrong may be happened.

From yesterday approx @10pm till now the time is 4pm there is no power, we have childrens in our home all the local are in facing lot of problem, mseb is doing nothing about it... please look at it

    I am getting a very excess bill that is above Rs. 3000/- since few months.The bill appears to be inflated as I know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrantsuch a high bill.
    I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check weather somebody is doing theftof electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty. Please inform us the reason why am I getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter.I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.Waiting for your immediate action.Thanking you.

      Respected sir/Madam,
      MY METER REF;[protected] BU 4595.
      I have tried to submit the hard copy of the complaint to MSEDL River residency office at Chikhali pimpri chinchwad area.They have provided one cell number of Mr.Dengale ([protected]) and asked us to call that person and hard copy of complaint has not been accepted at office.Mr.Dengale simply visited without any instrument and just by visualization predicted that the meter is absolutely correct and no problem with the meter.Need the utmost support from MSEDL concerned agency to get the meter checked as we are getting minimum Rs.1200/- month and we highly suspect the meter faultiness...Thanks and regards LCShastri

        This is to bring to your kind notice that it's been 8 Months since the application for new connection for electricity supply been made but till now there is no progress. It's becoming very difficult for us to stay without electricity . We are continuously visiting your sub divisional office at Lanja and divisional office at Ratnagiri, also doing telephonic follow-up but we have been only hearing that it will be done soon but in vain.

          Hi I'm living in Manjari budruk Gopal Patti deepak nagar. There is no electricity only at my home in my area since 13 June 2019 and almost 24 hours crossed. I gave online complain, I visited to MSEB office situated at hadapsar. I called more than 30 times to online complain forum but don't seeing any action towards my complain. I'm frustrated now.
          I gave online complain, firstly they were saying you've not paid your bill however I paid 4400/-that means they are not maintaining their data properly. I did provide all the details about how did I make the payment. I personally visited to office they didn't pay attention towards me and were not polite while talking.
          There is some problem from pole and I'm trying to cantact them again and again.
          Employees are saying I'm coming in a hour coming in 15 minutes but it's been more than 24 hours no one visited here

            This complaint is related to MSEDCL power supply in Vasai Municipal Industrial Estate.The issue we have been facing is, there is no on- time information provided by MSEDCL towards power outage. Few incidents which have caused huge losses to my factory are as follows:
            17th February : Power cut from 11.45am - 5.15pm

            Today there is no light in virar from 11am to 6pm again it came at 8pm and again went off at 9pm and still, as this is going on for past 2-3 days mseb don't care to give a reply to consumer's complaints and the customer care guys don't even have any update why about power failure in any specific area, and just don't pay bill and than see how these guys will coming barking at your home to disconnect your connection, mseb don't give a f#ck about consumer's complaints, is there anybody who can listen to us and take a strict action against these [censored] mseb and it's employee's.

              we are suffering Power cut problem from last 21 hrs in our area but dint seen any action by Mahavitaran person, more then 1000+ complaints are raised for this problem but no action.
              and i like to say you one more thing that in my are we have 3 phase of power cable and we are connected in Phase 2, from past 3 month we are observing that phase 1 and phase 3, never having power cut problem, but in phase 2, everyday at least 3-4 times of power cut.

              so, sir please look into this matter and your vaulable time to us

The frequent break­down of the electric supply is causing a lot of inconvenience and trouble to the residents.The studies of the children are suffering as they are unable to study at night especially during their examination.

                  The power goes very frequently and almost daily, they are not paying any heed to the quality supply. For petty reasons the electric supply is disrupted bringing lot of inconvenience to all the residents and business establishments in Vasai East. Twice my refrigerator got spoiled and once my LED TV. Due to power fluctuations. They need proper maintenance of the power house and also upgrade the system. Very dissapointed with this kind of pathetic service. In this modern day of technology still they persist with old infrastructure as if they are doing some obligation on consumers. Or they feel they render these services for free.

                  I am from Bhadrawati of Chandrapur district. We are facing daily a problem of power cut about 5 to 6 hours in our area. I have registered online complaints so many time but nothing happened.Officials of MSEB Bhadrawati also couldn't respond properly.Even today power is off since 5pm. upto now.

                    From last two months I am getting zero RS bill, eventhough MSEB bill shows readings in a subsequent manner.
                    Verified the electricity metre and it is running normal and showing the same readings.

                      I am residing at Virar east. Yesterday whole night electricity was not there; might be reason is rain.. But rain poured only for 30-45 mints.. But then also electricity not came and finally it came after 10 hours.. And today there is no sign of rain or no wind issue nothing. Then also from 10 electricity is not there.. It come for 5 mints then again power cut for 1 hour... I don't understand what you are guys are doing so late. And if there is issue then why you start for 5 minutes.. What is reason behind power cut.. And why you are doing power cut at night. Or you guys having in Colebaration with Inverter company... Really guys frustrating time...

                        Hello, I Am Vivek Pathak Living At Virar East. Due To Rain There Are power Cuts At night. But even when it's not rainy there are major power cuts at night which makes the living of a being very horrible. Because people come home after there daily work schedule and after reaching home they suffer such a horrific experience. Please do something for it ASAP. Because electricity has become a basic necessity and if it's not fulfilled a normal human being will be angry on it.

                          I am residing at Giridhar Apartment, Gauri pada

                          Yesterday on 11/06/2019 when rain just started power failure i occurred at 10:00 pm in our 1st wing (other 2 wings power supply was there)
                          Technicians came informed to our watchman that some cables has burnt that need to be replaced which can be done in morning.
                          Today(11/96/2019) whole day till 3 pm technicians were working power was kept off during that time.
                          Later at 7 pm again power gone for 30 kins again at 9 pm.
                          Now again at 10 pm power failure occurred and when i enquired with our security he said "technicians came and said there some cable issue which we can't so now and will come in morning"

                          I want to ask is this some kind of joke going on, that technicians come and say that will attend work tomorrow.., why ur working for 3 shifts work for gshift only then.

                          And after whole day of work still the issue is not solved.
                          For your information my dad is handicap, mom is a BP patient, I have 5 months baby, me n my wife both are working had sleepless whole night, worked for whole and again will be facing a sleepless night.

                          i[censored]r technicians are not well competent to do the said job at given time then throw them out as well face in our private job.

                          Kindly attend the job at the earliest and have a permanent solution.

                                Sir my office timing is from 8.45 to 4.30pm.my light bill average monthly is 1050 approx... this month i recd bill for 3000...which is too high .i given my complaint in writting ..i paid my last bill...my yearly average is 1050

                                kindly check and correct my bills...your jalgaon office not giving proper response... they told y deposit 1700 we will check meter...

                                why should i pay charges when my average bill is 1000 approx

                                      This is a complaint against Mahadiscom regarding my excess electricity bill amount for my flat since past few months.
                                      I have a flat at Nalasopara west, Soparagaon and my Consumer number is[protected]. I am not staying at this address as I live in Mahim and I have already informed MSED Co. Ltd office at Nalasopara west about the same multiple times but inspite of this, I receive excess bill every month.
                                      This was not the case earlier as I used to get an average bill of Rs.70 to 80 every month. This has been happening since past few months and everytime I have to travel to Nalasopara Mahavitran Office to get this resolved. But I cant do this every month as I am working and have to take a leave everytime .
                                      The reading that I get every month is around 50 to 65 units as again I am saying, there is no one staying in the flat. But on the bill it is every month excess. I have to everytime remove the photo or video of the meter readings and submit to the office which is again not my job.
                                      Kindly resolve it at the earliest so that I will pay the justified amount on time
