Due to cyclone since no electricity available in our area, so we stopped our production, who is responsible for our loss in 5 days. Nobody take responsibility, continuously calling to area Engineer. Two phase connection available and 3 not.We tried to register complaint so many times verbally and telephonic.

I complain here because of the electricity of our area is agaian and again gone due to load please do the needful action against the issue facing we . Again and again electricity is being swithed automatically and we facing the problems . The Responsible persons are not responding to our queries and no one is ready to get it cure .
My Consumer No. is[protected] and BU 4600. While paying the bill for May on line through ICICI Bank, a sum of Rs 20.00 was charged excess. As I paid on 1/6'2019 I was to pay Rs.2010. But my bank has deducted Rs. 2030 .
So I request you to adjust my next bill and charge Rs.20.00 less.

    To whomsoever it may concern,

    I Jackie Harish Damania residing at Virar west.

    Billing unit - 4464/Virar west S/DN./Virar O&M.

    My complaint start from June 2018 where we did not receive electricity bill and we as consumer proactively went to electricity department complaining on same, on checking it was identified that there was some wrong payment done against our meter number

    To our surprisingit was also identified that our meter is not functional from September 2017 and we are only getting avg units bills per month.

    We gave letter in written asking for replacement of meter since it was not functioning, till date no resolution. We are being charged avg units from September 2017 till date.

    Every month we get bills as per convenience of Maha vitran, we have even got electricity bills worth RS 1 lakh twice, we go to your office near Virar west and then simultaneously your office at global city for revision which is done every month and then we end up either paying high amount or less amount.

    Some feedback about staff at electricity dept

    Mr Bhoir (Sits at global city offfcie) - He has only 1 answer to all the queries, answer is meter would be replaced soon that's it, we have been hearing since last 1 year.

    Mr Umesh Kadam(Sits at global city office) - He is Mr ananonymous coz I have seen him only once at his place and rest of the time either he is on visit or out for work, probably the most busiest man in Maha vitran .

    Mr Mahale (Sits at Virar electricity office) - He is the one who listens to problem and tries to give solution but is limited since doesn't have support from higher people.

    I have to write this in very disgraceful manner is because we have been visiting your office every month for bill revision and meter replacement but no solution till date.

    Can we have an answer towards the meter replacement and probably some better staff working at Electricity office rather then telling consumers running to and fro who actually wants to genuinely pay for use.

      This is second time i am raising my issue, same thing happened Year ago, No action been taken Place,

        I am from gagalani nagar, amravati 444602 Maharashtra, facing power cut issue since 10:00pm to still time . We all colony of Gagalani nagar is trying to contact with local division office, bt they are switch off there phone for no disturbance. They are only doing time pass with consumers, this is happen just becz there head boss that is Mr. Bele Incharge for local division for Gagalani nagar is doing chill and doing timepass with consumers ..! Need to take strickt action against this complaint

        If they are provided for consumers helpline no then they must ans consumers que bt they strictly male switch off there phone so how consumer can call him, since ‘more than 6 hrs we are facing power cut issue in such modern life style

          We have received electricity bill for very high amount in the month of June ‘19 than the usual/regular bill.
          We have not increased usage of electricity then how the bill amount increases 8 times more than previous bill amount !!

          In the regional area MSEB worker are not active because in my village the main light wire are in difficult condition your see in photo .and take a imigate action.
          In midnight there is a power failure in our area for long hours even customers care don’t answer the calls. As we arrive from office and there is power failure no one is ready to respond
          Huge voltage fluctuations in our area.please provide a high size transformer at our area based on power usage

                this is to bring to your notice that we are facing issue of bill amount since 2 months. previously my bill value was under Rs 25000/- last month it was Rs 35000/- and this month it is 41890/- would request you to please have a meter check and let me know the reason for increase in same. as i doubt that some thing wrong may be happened.

                  I am getting a very excess bill that is above Rs. 3000/- since few months.The bill appears to be inflated as I know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrantsuch a high bill.
                  I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check weather somebody is doing theftof electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty.                     I have tried to submit the hard copy of the complaint to MSEDL River residency office at Chikhali pimpri chinchwad area.They have provided one cell number of Mr.Dengale ([protected]) and asked us to call that person and hard copy of complaint has not been accepted at office.Mr.Dengale simply visited without any instrument and just by visualization predicted that the meter is absolutely correct and no problem with the meter.Need the utmost support from MSEDL concerned agency to get the meter checked as we are getting minimum Rs.1200/- month and we highly suspect the meter faultiness...Thanks and regards LCShastri

                        Hi I'm living in Manjari budruk Gopal Patti deepak nagar. There is no electricity only at my home in my area since 13 June 2019 and almost 24 hours crossed. I gave online complain, I visited to MSEB office situated at hadapsar. I called more than 30 times to online complain forum but don't seeing any action towards my complain. I'm frustrated now.
                        I gave online complain, firstly they were saying you've not paid your bill however I paid 4400/-that means they are not maintaining their data properly. I did provide all the details about how did I make the payment. I personally visited to office they didn't pay attention towards me and were not polite while talking.
                        There is some problem from pole and I'm trying to cantact them again and again.
                        Employees are saying I'm coming in a hour coming in 15 minutes but it's been more than 24 hours no one visited here

                          This complaint is related to MSEDCL power supply in Vasai Municipal Industrial Estate.The issue we have been facing is, there is no on- time information provided by MSEDCL towards power outage. Few incidents which have caused huge losses to my factory are as follows:

                          Today there is no light in virar from 11am to 6pm again it came at 8pm and again went off at 9pm and still, as this is going on for past 2-3 days mseb don't care to give a reply to consumer's complaints and the customer care guys don't even have any update why about power failure in any specific area, and just don't pay bill and than see how these guys will coming barking at your home to disconnect your connection, mseb don't give a f#ck about consumer's complaints, is there anybody who can listen to us and take a strict action against these [censored] mseb and it's employee's.

                            we are suffering Power cut problem from last 21 hrs in our area but dint seen any action by Mahavitaran person, more then 1000+ complaints are raised for this problem but no action.
                            and i like to say you one more thing that in my are we have 3 phase of power cable and we are connected in Phase 2, from past 3 month we are observing that phase 1 and phase 3, never having power cut problem, but in phase 2, everyday at least 3-4 times of power cut.

                            so, sir please look into this matter and your vaulable time to us

                                The power goes very frequently and almost daily, they are not paying any heed to the quality supply. For petty reasons the electric supply is disrupted bringing lot of inconvenience to all the residents and business establishments in Vasai East. Twice my refrigerator got spoiled and once my LED TV. Due to power fluctuations. They need proper maintenance of the power house and also upgrade the system. Very dissapointed with this kind of pathetic service. In this modern day of technology still they persist with old infrastructure as if they are doing some obligation on consumers. Or they feel they render these services for free.

                                I am from Bhadrawati of Chandrapur district. We are facing daily a problem of power cut about 5 to 6 hours in our area. I have registered online complaints so many time but nothing happened.Officials of MSEB Bhadrawati also couldn't respond properly.Even today power is off since 5pm. upto now.

                                    I am residing at Virar east. Yesterday whole night electricity was not there; might be reason is rain.. But rain poured only for 30-45 mints.. But then also electricity not came and finally it came after 10 hours.. And today there is no sign of rain or no wind issue nothing. Then also from 10 electricity is not there.. It come for 5 mints then again power cut for 1 hour... I don't understand what you are guys are doing so late. And if there is issue then why you start for 5 minutes.. What is reason behind power cut.. And why you are doing power cut at night. Or you guys having in Colebaration with Inverter company... Really guys frustrating time...

                                      Hello, I Am Vivek Pathak Living At Virar East. Due To Rain There Are power Cuts At night. But even when it's not rainy there are major power cuts at night which makes the living of a being very horrible. Because people come home after there daily work schedule and after reaching home they suffer such a horrific experience. Please do something for it ASAP. Because electricity has become a basic necessity and if it's not fulfilled a normal human being will be angry on it.
