Today on friday may 10 2019 there has been regular power cuts since evening 6pm.. This is happening in a city which is considered a smart city of maharashtra.. Pune warje area. These mseb people call and threaten to cut the electricity even if there is delay of two days in paying there bill but when it comes to delivering the service they are short of it. Pls look into this complaint at your earliest. Why should we pay for the period in which electricity supply is not there...???

      घनसोली गाव यहपे हर दिन लाईट 2-3 time जाती है हर दिन मे 4-घंटा लाईट नही होती. गर्मी के दिन हमारे आजुबाजू आवर बिल्डींग ने भी छोटे बच्चे है जो लाईट ना होबे की वजह से रोते है . मै आपको बिनती करता हू. आप आपका जो कोई प्रोब्लेम हो जल्दी निपटा ये. इससे पहिले भी 2, 3बासर complaint की है पर अगर ये बिनती नही सुनी गाई तो हं सब मीडिया मे जाएन्गे

        विषय: अतिरिक्त बिल व यूनिट आकरण्यात आलेल्या रक्कमेचा परतावा (रिफंड) मिळणे बाबत तसेच मिटर मध्ये डिसप्ले दिसत नसल्यामुळे बदलून मिळणेबाबत.

        महोदय,

        मी श्री. केवलकुमार वा. पाटील वरील उल्लेख केलेल्या पत्त्यावर राहत असून सदर फ्लॅट हा मी इण्वेस्ट्मेंट करण्याच्या उद्देदशाने घेतला आहे व सदर फ्लॅटवर मी पंधरा दिवसातून 1 ते 2 वेळाच येतो तसेच आम्ही दाम्पत्य ज्येष्ठ नागरिक (सीनियर सिटिजन) असून सततच्या आजारपणामुळे मुंबईत मुलीकडेच वास्तव्यास असतो. मी आपल्या निदर्शनास आणू देवू इच्छितो की, ऑगस्ट-2016 पासून माझे मीटर बंद / डिसप्ले दिसत नसल्या बाबत आजपर्यंत अनुक्रमे दिनांक.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] तसेच[protected] रोजी आपणाकडे लेखी तक्रार केली आहे. परंतु अजून पर्यंत संबंधित डिपार्टमेंट कडून कोणत्याही प्रकारची दखल घेण्यात आली नाही.

        मी आपणास कळवू इच्छितो की, जुलै-2016 पर्यंत माझे मीटर चालू होते व डिसप्ले देखील व्यवस्थित दाखवत होता तसेच सर्व बिलाचा भरणा मी वेळेवर केलेला आहे परंतु ऑगस्ट-2016 पासून ते डिसेंबर-2018 पर्यंत म्हणजे तब्बल 29 महीने आपल्या विभागा मार्फत सरासरी 138 यूनिटचे बिल रुपये 850/- ते 1000/- पर्यंत आकरण्यात आले व ते माझ्याकडून भरण्यात आले असून संबधित पावत्या माझ्याकडे आहेत. परंतु जानेवारी-2019 मध्ये मला अचानक 4380 यूनिटचे 66720/- रुपयाचे बिल आकारण्यात आले त्या नंतर मी आपल्या कार्यालयात येऊन विचारणा केली असता रुपये 100/- बिल भरण्यास संगितले व त्याचा मी ऑनलाइन भरणा केला. परंतु फेब्रुवारी-2019 मध्ये परत 1553 यूनिटचे 22860/- रुपयाचे बिल मला पाठवण्यात आले त्या नंतर मी आपल्या कार्यालयात दि. 06.03.2019 रोजी येऊन विचारणा केली असता मला मीटर इन्सपेक्शन रीपोर्ट लागेल असे सांगण्यात आले त्यानुसार मी आपला कर्मचारी श्री. खेडकर यांच्याशी संपर्क साधला असता त्यांनी दि. 06.03.2019 रोजी स्वतः येऊन सदर जागेवर इन्सपेक्शन केले व रीपोर्ट दिला त्यात असे निदर्शनास आले की, प्रत्यक्षपणे फक्त 4404 यूनिट मीटर डिसप्ले करत आहे. त्यानंतर मी माझ्याकडे असलेल्या भरणा करण्यात आलेल्या सर्व बिलांचा तपशील तपासाला असता मला खालील प्रमाणे आढळून आले.

        Actual reading as on 06.03.19 4404 As per Mr Khedekar's report 06.03.19
        Excess unit charged till date 1961 1961 Units excess amount paid

        वरील प्रमाणे तपासणी केली असता असे आढळून आले की, तब्बल 1961 यूनिटचे अतिरिक्त बिल आपल्या कार्यालया मार्फत आकारण्यात आले व ते माझ्याकडून भरणा करण्यात आले व हा सर्व तपशील मी आपले कर्मचारी श्री. आशीष व श्री. माने साहेब यांच्या निदर्शनास आणून दिला व ते त्यांनी तुम्हच्या बूक तपशीलाशी तुलना करून मान्य ही केले व मला सांगण्यात आले की, पुढील महिन्यापासून बिल व्यवस्थित दुरूस्ती करून येईल परंतु मार्च-2019 चे बिल मिळाले असता ते तब्बल 44020/- रुपयांचे आले आहे तशी लेखी तक्रार मी दिनांक २२.०३.२०१९ रोजी आपल्या कार्यालयात दिली आहे तसेच मला तोंडी आश्वासन देण्यात आले की पुढील महिन्यात दुरूस्ती करून बिल पाठवण्यात येईल, ही आहे मार्च -2019 पर्यंतची परिस्थिति परंतु एप्रिल-२०१९ चे बिल मिळाले असता ते 44820/- रुपयांचे आले आहे म्हणजे अजूनपर्यंत कुठल्याही प्रकारची दखल आपल्या अथवा कार्यालयामार्फत घेतली गेली नाही.

        तसेच मी आपल्या निदर्शनास आणू देऊ इच्छितो की, मी दिनांक 22.04.2019 रोजी स्वतः माझ्या मिटर ची फोटो इमेज काढली असता चालू रीडिंग 4571 यूनिट अशी दाखवते त्याची छायाप्रत मी सोबत जोडत आहे. म्हणजे एकंदरीत परिस्थिति लक्षात येईल ती खालील प्रमाणे असेल.

        तरी मी महोदयाना विनंती करतो की, वरील दिलेला तपशील तपासून योग्य ती दखल घेऊन 1794 यूनिट ची अतिरिक्त भरणा रक्कम मला परत (रिफंड) मिळण्यासाठी सहकार्य करावे व पुढील येणार्यात बिलांमध्ये योग्य ती अंतिम फेरफार करण्यात यावी जेणेकरून आम्ही ज्येष्ठ नागरिक असल्याकारणाने व वयोमानांनुसार होत असलेल्या आजारपणामुळे आम्हाला सतत आपल्या कार्यालयात फेर्या मारण्यामुळे होणारा त्रास टाळता येईल. तसेच मी विनंती करतो की, जर मीटर मध्ये काही प्रॉब्लेम असतील तर मला जुना मीटर बदलून नवीन मीटर देण्यात यावा.

        वरील सर्व प्रकार लक्षात घेऊन योग्य ती उपाययोजना करण्यात येईल अशी अपेक्षा.

          There have unnecessary and frequent power cuts which have started here in virar west gokul township area by mseb
          What is the reason? We don't know and neither there is any update on the power cuts from mseb
          Power cut started from 11:15pm and still by 12.32 the electricity is not up!! Neither any of the mseb office number works and by chance if it's ringing no one answers the call!
          Are we living in the 21st century?? Inspite of paying regular and exorbitant bills we have to go through this hell on daily basis!!

            I had paid my electricity bill of april month through online payment on 07/05/2019, for amount rs.1830. That time amount of rs. 1830 was deducted from my hdfc credit card account but transactions failed due to some error occurred. Now payment of april month is not showing on the official website of msedcl, not in bill history and payment history. So i request you to please look into the matter and refund me rs. 1830 in my account.

              This is with respect to the remaining work which was carried out ten years back of laying the supply wires of mseb underground. Even after a long span the work of 100 meters is yet to be completed. The trees under the wires needs to be cut at regular intervals also if the main wires are laid underground it will prevent future accidents.

                Dear mahadiscom, i requested to your department for change the meter which not showing number correctlly, due to that in every month i got avg billing which at least 2 times more than we used, its hampers our financial, we also mentally and physically disturbing in every month coz come to your office, & ur staff never intime in office. I requested many times please find screen shot, i hope atleast my request is get resolution here, otherwise i need to take legal action, as i request your department since last 3 month but no any action taken, so i hope you will do needful regarding this.

                Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

                This is big problem as multiple society members are facing this issue.
                holidays are onging and many small kids are unable to manage.

                    Consumer no[protected] meter no [protected] the shop no sfu 73 in raguleela mall vashi sector 30 and the said shop is owned by shri pramod phadke and the payment of the bill is paid by shri pramod phadke through online from hdfc bank. The average bill is between rs.990 to 1400. As mentioned last two months bill is 3 and 4 times higher. The said shop is having small activities one tube and small fridge is kept. Average power consumption is from may 2018 is 106, june 112 and subsequently 135, 116,[protected] and for last month is unit is 245. This is more than double it canno be so as there is no additioan to the earlier fixtures.in this connecton the proper bill shoud be issued as earlier and excess amount be paid. If meter is defective and should be replaced or be repaired the testing of the meter be done in presence of owner of the shop. Hope early action is taken reasonale bill is issued

                      Hi, for the consumer[protected], i am got a bill of 13000 this month, this is not the first time we are getting like this. Everytime we are getting bill of 4000 to 5000 even though we have very less usage and we don't have many appliances. This is happening always please try to take care of it. Even we complained to msedcl they were like you might be using many appliances so it might have caused the bill.

                        I would like to bring your kind notice that i have applied for "change in name" in the electricity bill on 11th feb. 2018 via request id[protected] and application number is 12589842. All required documents are also uploaded however, till date (More than one year) the name has not been changed in the electricity bill. Also, i have logged complaint via mail dated 09th apr. 2019 (Request id:[protected] and 2nd may 2019 for the same, but action has not been initiated yet for "name change in the electricity bill". Which causes problems for other documentation activity (For issuance of passport).
                        As per the service request status it is "assigned" but still it is not completed. So, kindly look into the matter and make the correction in the mahadiscom data, so that on the monthly bill my name would appear correctly and i can use the electricity bill as an address proof to complete my other documentation activity.

                          I dont have my own house and now im suffering from very critical condition thats why im working or strugling alone, but still they are not helping me.

                            We are facing frequent power supply problem since 2006.We have made several complaints with the area office, Mahadoscom office thermal chowk, Mseb app. but there is no solution.The phase on which our residence supply connected is overloaded trips frequently.
                            Higher authority at Mseb need intervention to resolve issue.

                              We have been receiving excess bills at our native place. The house is locked almost through out the year. Rarely we visit there. Only a tube light and 2 bulbs are used whenever we visit there. There is no chance the units consumed can go up to even 25...Still we get bills like 10 thousand and above. Every time we have to complaint for the same. Despite all this we have paid Rs. 600 and above twice. This time we received bill of Rs. 1290. My father is a senior citizen and he has to call every time to several offices for these issues. Details of the bills along with dates, unit details, bill amount is mentioned in the attachment. Could you please help us out. Thank you.

                                  With due respect i anand nadapurohit, 203, a, om shubha ashish chs, near ashtavinayak soc., katrap new dproad, badlapur east, wish to bring to your notice that our electricity meter is not working since last 5 months that is since december, 2018. A written application was also submitted in february, 2019 but no resolutions have been received yet. Kindly do the needful.

                                    This is to raise a complaint and request for re-calculation of my meter readings for the month of april 2019. Bill shows unit consumed = 290, which is impossible. This is the highest in last 8 months and specially we remained out from 10:30 am to 8 pm for work the entire month and there was nobody consuming electricity at home, neither any appliances were on or working.

                                    Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Sir past from few months we are facing fluctuations in electric voltage and even we have complained to the officer who is in charge but I don't find they have taken any steps as the fluctuations is same and all electric appliance may get damage, so I kindly request you to take some action.

                                      Myself tejas dayanand raut and i stay at edwan (Saphale - palghar). I have given the application with all the necessary documents for my new residential connection on 26/03/2019. Its been 1 month now and the mseb has not been taking any necessary action against my application. I have been taking follow up by visiting the mseb office and talking to the responsible officers but not getting any positive results. I have visited them about 10-12 times in the past month but they are giving totally rubbish reasons. I am very tired of it now. I request to mseb that please teach some discipline to your employees and irresponsible officers if you really want to change something.

                                      Sir your employee not do his work properly.every month he can not come regularly and after the date we have the wrong bill of electricity. Pls do something fast sir.
