This is to inform you that my electricity bill amount is unexpectedly increasing every month. I would like to tell you that the usage of electricity is very low in my house cause i am a service person so their is no regular and continuse consumption of electricity. I have 2 led bulbs 10wt, 2 led bulbs 20wt, 2 fans and 1 refrigerator. I'm unable to pay such bill amount. I hereby request you to please charge appropriate amount.

    My consumer no. Is[protected] at kalyan east area.in march 2019 meter reading was wrong sended by msed. I had approached neat at tata power house (Kalyan) east. He has given provisional bill rs.1720. Which is paid on dt 8/4/2019.in march 2019 actual meter reading was 17314. This was given to
    Concern officer. But in april 2019 meter reading is 17666. Bill is send rs.12020.
    In march 2019 meter reading was send by msed as 17901. Which was wrong.
    So pl update proper correstion in your system. Pl don't harash me. I had gone
    In msed office at kalyan (East) no proper sulution have given.

      Dear sir/madam

      As we ere using the electricity of mahavitaran. The amt of billing was nil (0) in the period of june 2018 to september 2018. During these period i had done the enquiry that why the bill is nil for these month that time your officer has told me that there is no problem with it your bill is nil only..., and even during this period i have from last few months the bill was coming in proper way...in last month i have paid the bill amt. Of rs.1060/-. Suddenly in current month how the bill can come amt. Of rs.9520/-.
      I have went in office of karjat as well as in neral officers is tells me:-
      1. You might have pending bill of previous months even after i have paid all the bills.
      2. Your meter may be faulty you give a request to check meter... Before that you have to pay 200/- rs.. For these checking... Then what is work of these employees i don't understand...
      3. You check out your wiring at home that is might be faulty...
      4. Your nabour or some one might be taking your electricity from your meter... The place were i am staying is not slum or chawl it's is building and everybody have there own meter...
      The graph which is showing the consumption of electricity is high in last month... Then how your employees can say that there is a pending bill of previous months.
      In neral office one of the officer said that we are sending only average bill... Its not our work to check the reading of meter...
      Then once year you worker will come to check our meter and then you will give us huge amt of bill... You is responsible for that...
      The employees which they have kept in office they don't have sense to speak with the customers they are giving such a silly answers and arguing with us... They don't have proper answer with them...
      Our nabour has a same reading in meter which we have... Then how we have got so much bill...

      I had Complaint on 23rd April 2019, till date no any reply from MSEB
      what a care less people are there, also reminder mail sending every 5th days but no reply.
      call centre number not connecting hours and hours.

          . The bill appears to be inflated as i know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill. Our all previous bills were in between rs. 1000/- to 1500/-. I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check weather somebody is doing theft of electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty. Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter.               high electricity bill after 20 months

              I have received an average bill of about Rs. 730 per month for the past 20 months and suddenly for the month of March 2019 MSEB Nashik have charged me a very high bill of Rs. 2130.

              I went to complaint at the local office and they threatened me that they will also charge fees for previous bills. Please help as i have never received such a high amount of bill and they also threatening for fines and fees for previously paid bills....

              Consumer Id[protected], Attaching screenshot as reading is not updating scene April-2017, but generate a bill every month and i paid, now meter has been changed in jan-2019, And Flat owner deducted Rs.2000 as penalty paid for the changing meter, and he is not showing receipt,
              My concern is that is this matter is related to penalty and how it is calculated?
              as i paid bill every months average bill generated, and meter was faulty.
              May i know the Penalty paid for this meter change?

                reconnection charges

                My consumer no. Is[protected]. The msedcl peoples disconnected electricity on 05 march 2019 due to pending bill, which i paid immediately. Eventhough i received bill with avg. Amount. I complained to office. They reduced min. Bill to 100 rs., (Though it is 85 in actual), which i paid immediately.
                Now they are asking to pay 118 rs. More (Arrogantly as usual) to reconnect again. Is it another way to ask bribe? Why should...

                Dear Sir/ Madam

                I had applied to MSEDCL for Agriculture new electric connection vide App.No.11780175 dated 19th Dec. 2017 along with all the necessary document.
                In this regard I would like to inform you that, your technical person has already visited in my farm for joint new electric connection and verified all the requirements as required by MSEDCL Department. He had given said clear report to concern MSEDCL department. This all procedures have been completed in the month of Dec.2018.
                Also I would like to express my grievances; due to delay of Electric new connection we are facing the following problems.
                1. My mother and father as age of 62 and 72 year old. And they are spending much time in the farm. Because of non-electric connection they are totally depending on relatives for water and power.
                2. We are not able get any crops in the farm due to non-supply of electric power.
                3. Presently nobody can stay there due to non-supply of electronic power.
                4. Hence we are going through the worst situation.

                Please look into the matter & resolve it at the earliest.

                  Power cut for more than 1.30 hrs at 3 am, contacted mseb fpoc but they either not pick up the phone or always busy and never know the reason and estimated time for power cut. Very irresponsible staff and despite staying in such big city it feels like a village everyday. Very bad staff in mseb wakad division. No preparation for bad weather by them very badly managed

                    We are experiencing heavy power cuts today and experienced the same during the same time last year. While the heat in atmosphere is reaching new heights and kids going in for their exams, such frequent power cuts has made our lives miserable and helpless. It is also painful physically as we elder family members who are unable to sustain these unprecedented, unplanned power outages. The power and electricity ministry should look into this on critical priority and help resolve this issue.

                        Consumer no[protected]. Building situated near mit college aurangabad named shree vyankatesh residency. Building provided two phase supply out of these only two flats connected with one phase which is over loaded and frequently cut. Due to low voltage our building lift is also not working. I am resident of 4th floor and heart patient. It is very difficult to use stairs every time. Please do something to resolve the matter and lift be made operational.

                          The meter reading which is shown in meter is wrong, even after complining so many times in tool free no. No action is taken.
                          Problem is they have just stick some unit reading everytime.
                          When nobody is staying at the home how come for months the meter reading comes to 68 units.

                          I had mailed also couple of times with electricity bills.
                          Why even after complaining so many times no action is taken.
                          In my building lot of them have the same problem, the agents who read the meter are doing fake readings. This is serious issue. The division engineer should look into it and take action.

                            From past few days due to summer, everyone has been running air conditioners at night. Due to which there is heavy fluctuations at my residence result of which voltage reduces and spikes high which is dangerous. We are not able to switch on ac due to this particular reason. Every night a single phase electricity goes off for 10-15 mins, and this happens several times in a night which is frustrating. We are not able to peacefully sleep.

                              Power failure from last 24 hours in office at haware centurion mall complex at sector 19, nerul, navi mumbai.
                              Made complaint on mahadiscom toll free number 12 hours before, still no action. There was no notice and bill also paid on last date. Still, electricity was cut without any notice. All previous bills and current bill also paid.
                              Why are they cutting off electricity on last date of payment itself. It is not understandable.

                                I wanted to pay online bill for last few months on pc as well as on mobile through mahavitaran app, but site is not opening even after trying for literally thousands of time.ts surprising to see that your provide electricity but there is no current in your website. You are ruining digital india initiative.
                                When i opt for view bill option, the error appear.
                                The further surprising thing is when I pay bills by other apps like paytm or phonepe etc. it works.
                                Is mahavitaran is helping these apps?
                                Please resolve this issue asap if your consumers matter to you.
