I am currently residing at flat no. 605/a wing “jasmine tower”, vasant vihar, thane (West), which is having the electricity connection bearing consumer no.[protected].
I am requesting the mseb office kolshet division, thane for replacement of defective metre from last two month. However, the same has not been replaced and their is no positive response for replacement for defective metre and neither given any confirmation about the replacement of defective metre. Though i am requesting them from last two months.
On 25.03.2019 again the higher electricity bill for the month of march have been received of rs. 9, 460/-, because your office has failed to replace my defective electricity meter, though i have paid all the electricity bills till february, 2019. Hence, i am not liable for making any payment of electricity bill for the month of march, 2019 and subsequent bills, till you replace my defective electricity meter.
Under the above circumstances, i am requesting you to kindly look into the matter.
