    I am currently residing at flat no. 605/a wing “jasmine tower”, vasant vihar, thane (West), which is having the electricity connection bearing consumer no.[protected].
    I am requesting the mseb office kolshet division, thane for replacement of defective metre from last two month. However, the same has not been replaced and their is no positive response for replacement for defective metre and neither given any confirmation about the replacement of defective metre. Though i am requesting them from last two months.

    On 25.03.2019 again the higher electricity bill for the month of march have been received of rs. 9, 460/-, because your office has failed to replace my defective electricity meter, though i have paid all the electricity bills till february, 2019. Hence, i am not liable for making any payment of electricity bill for the month of march, 2019 and subsequent bills, till you replace my defective electricity meter.

    Under the above circumstances, i am requesting you to kindly look into the matter.

      I live in channel residency coops takka, panvel. My electric meter was removed andxtaken away by mseb panvel staff on 27mar, 19 inspite i paid bill online on 25th mar well before due date 4/4/2019, after moving pillar to post they asked to pay rs 118.00 for again reinstallation it.
      I would be grateful if mseb can at least acknowledge me for action so it never happens to other common citizens.

      May possibly I draw your kind attention about the frequent breakdowns of electricity in this locality and the wonderful inconvenience it causes to the residents! Ours is not really a new locality. It got electricity connections many years back. It appears, even so, that the engineer in -charge from the sub-station has not correctly checked the wires which was cut down.

      Hence I request to the concerned authorities to look into the matter and take the necessary actions to stop the breakdown of electricity in this locality. Please acknowledge the receipt of this mail. (Also attaching Electricity Bill copy)

        After installing underground electricity connections, electricity pole needs to be removed out from resident colony. It is big obstacle for small and big vehicles.
        Electricity people came once to remove that poll 2 years back but the person living near the poll not allowed them to remove it as the space and road occupied by that pole is advantage for them to use extra public space.
        This is my honest request to you to remove that unused pole and help us to tackle this problem.

          I paid a bill on mahavitaran app, on 2nd april-19, at 11=30 am, for the consumer no.[protected]/ billing unit-4018 in the name of parvatibai deepchand parmar, from my credit card, rs. 460/-.
          The money was taken from my credit card but no receipt was generated from mseb.

          Not knowing what to do, i paid again on the same day, rs. 460/- from paytm, from my credit card, at 04=30 pm. Now i got the receipt from mahavitaran app for this payment.

          Now, my earlier payment of 460/- done at 11=30 am on 2nd april-19 is without trace at msedcl.

          So, mseb should return rs. 460/- to my credit card account .

            आपल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून सदरची line काढून टाकून शेजारच्या प्लॉट no 181 मध्ये टाकून दिली आहे. तेय मुळे आमच्या जीवाला धोका निर्माण झाला आहे

              Hi... This is abhishek tiwari from jay ambe apt pragati nagar nallasopara east... Since last 4 months i am suffering from incorrect meter reading and sometimes meter readings also don't come... Due to this we are facing high amount of light bill payment... So kindly request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and if possible change my meter please...

                Plz inform to us one day before about any load sheeting etc its your responsibility to inform us one day before bcz we get in trouble due to no electricity since from morning to till evening how can you will do direct load sheeting of 1w hour without inform us its happen in bhusaval ring road jalgaon road narayan nagar near moreshwar nagar sector no 223/2 fase 1 we have a function program at our house but due to mseb e responsible do strick action on the staf.

                For last 9-10 months, our bill has been between[protected] Rupees only. However this month it has come to more than 9000.

                Can you please check the meter speed and rectify?

                  On 28.03.2019 mseb vadgaon dhayari dug a tunnel about 3 fit roughly hight tunnel in front of our puja bldg hsg socy, lane no a-17 and keep it open, due to which we are unable to park our 2, 4 wheeler in our parking areas. There is possibility our children and old persons / senior citizens can to fail in tunnel and get injured and there is possibility to get damages to our 2 & 4 wheeler as they are park on road only. From 28.03.2019 there is no work progress. We kindly take this matter seriously and speedy complete the work.

                        I had given a written application to mseb to install a new meter as my old meter is not working since october 2018 and I am being charged average bill of rs. 1050 every month. Our monthly bill should not be this much now as there are only 2 people staying there from past 3 months. Everytime i go to mseb about my application they say that we dont have new meter.

                        Till how much time i will have to wait and keep paying more every month. I have visited mseb office 7 times from january till now but i never got any positive response fron them.

                        I never received any call from MSEB about the complaint nor the issue was resloved. Still the new meter has not been installed.
                        My meter is new from august 18, I received bill for march 19, but i have paid 4500/- on September 18 and the amount is deducting from current bill.

                        Last feb 19 bill arrears on mseb bill is -2500/- but for this bill they adjusted 2500/- against - 2500/- with no reason,

                        Please send me correct bill

                          Have raised complaints several times. MSEDCL is least bothered and Helpdesk people are helpless.

                          Already raised two complaints, not sure how many more has to be raised to get it resolved.

                          MSEDCL is not concerned about customers spending their hard earned money.

                          Every month we are paying around 3k extra and as of now, we have paid around Rs72000 extra. We tried reaching out to helpdesk multiple times and raised complaint too. Will action be taken on the above complaints or just we'll have to think like we've given the amount for charity?

                              My power meter is not working since june 2018. The display of the meter has gone blank. It was checked by the mseb technician but as they don't have any spares so it cannot be repaired.
                              After repeated visits to mseb office at ganeshkhind road, pune and requests to replace the meter, nothing has happened yet. They say they don't have new 3-phase meters for old connections.
                              And since my meter is not working my monthly bill is charged much higher than our regular normal bill.
                              I don't know what to do or to approach whom...!!!
                              Will some higher authority or anyone help and replace my power meter so that i pay my normal bill's.

                              The electricity bill is extremely high for last 3 month considering the low usage, only 2 fans, a TV and fridge. For similar usage the bill in BANGALORE used to be Rs 1200 and in Thane it is 3000 plus. Can you pls correct this

                                At gulmohor township phase 5, jammer road bhusawal dist jalgaon, the 4 lane cables are sparked because of not implementation of separators between them. There is continues sparking in cables which are crossing over the road. To avoid any further incidence please implement the separater in-between the cables and cut the branches of the tree to avoid the sparking.

                                  Viewing my bills for last 4 months, i notice that payment of cash receipt number 1063922 dated
                                  27/11/2018 has not been taken into account. Rs. 1000
                                  Similarly another payment of rs. 1500 done on 22/03/2019 receipt number 1102893 is also not taken into account.
                                  Only online payment is visible. Rs.10 and rs.290
                                  I strongly suspect some one is making cash payment disappear.
                                  I personally met mr. Lohokare at sanghavi subdivision office, and did not have satisfactory answer.

                                    Consumer no.[protected]. My electricity bill from last 3 months are coming same with the amount and reading. From last 3 months reading has not been changed at all. It's showing reading 322 from last 3 months. There is no fluctuation in the reading. How that can be possible. Earlier when i used to use my ac then i surely expected my bill amount[protected] rupees. And for a month i did not use my ac then i had expected my bill around[protected] rupees which used to come. But now even if i am using my ac rarely but also it is coming 2900 rupees per month which is unacceptable and something is wrong.

                                    When i go for complait then i get the same answer that we will have to deposit the bill amount and from next month they will check and rectify it but never rectified.

                                    From last 3 months i am paying same amount whethere i am using less electricity or more. Pls look into it. Somewhere it's a blunder. Why should i pay more when i am using less.

                                    Request to look into it would be helpful not only for me but everyone.

                                    If i see any changes not made then i would go to human right and higher authorities to show them this blunder.

                                    Hereby, i am sending my last 3 months bill where you can see no changes has shown in reading. It's consistent which is 322 and not possible at all. This called blunder

From last year we are continueously follow up for paying the actual reading bill and we had made complaints regarding this issue but local office employee not taking care about it and monthly average bill amount showing on bill so please make updation on our bill amount and give us correct bill

                                        The one month bill was due last date was 20th march amount 2950, lineman disconnected meter on 28th march late evening in summer days. I didn't have money but managed to pay bill through online in front of him.
                                        He had asked for 240/- re connecting charge.
                                        We didn't receive any notification regarding meter disconnection from mseb or mahadiscom
