Dear, sir/madam
I, col paresh chandra paul (Retd) r/o 404, amber, nyati empire, kharadi, pune-411014, have submitted application for replacement of my faulty meter (Consumer no[protected], billing unit-4746, wadgaonsheri sub division, pune, maharashtra) with the assistant engineer, msedcl, kharadi, pune on 12 aug 2017.
No action to replace the existing faulty meter has been taken so far. I have visted/contacted the office of assistant engineer, kharadi, pune on several occasions. However, every time they having been telling that 3 phase meters are not available with them. It's just unconvincing that there was no availability of 3 phase meters with assistant engineer, kharadi for last 1 year and 7 months.
I am paying excessive amounts every month as flat rate is being charged.
You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to replace the said meter at an earlier date.
