In september i received bill of rs.1520 without any usage, i raised online complaint on 24th sept and also called on helpline. My consumer no is[protected].

Despite of follow up the bill was not rectified. And in january again i was billed wrongly. I paid partial bill in january though it want correct.

In feb i found my meter was taken out, i visited office and asked for explanation. I was told they have no records of online complaint and i have to pay reconnection charges which i paid. Till today meter was not fixed after asking official at sector 15 replied very arrogantly to my wife. My wife called me from there and i spoke to officer. He told from septemeber bill was not paid. Why should i pay wrong bill, and why meter taken out without contacting me, he agreed that he had payment details for partial charges i paid. Today they have fixed meter. I want to take up this matter very seriously and want mseb to take action for not acting on complaint and misbehaving

    On monthly bill the name : ANKANKSHA JAIN

    The above mentioned name has some spelling correction as follows,

    AAKANKSHA JAIN

    Please need to make correction in the MAHADISCOM data, so that on monthly bill it should appear correclty.
    I need this change because this is one of the required document for the issuing Passport.

    Please guide/help me for doing the name spell change on monthly bill.

      Our consumer no. Is[protected], billing unit 4162, hsn code 27160000, meter no. [protected] at bunglow no. 41, landmark, jawahar navoday road, palghar 401404 - we are not staying at the said address and there is no consumption of electricity. We had requested for minimum bills, still, except for a few initial months, we get bills in four figures and we have paid all bills under protest. Kindly charge us minimum bill and arrange to calculate and keep the extra amount paid by us to our credit, to be adjusted in future. Also, the meter is not working, which may kindly be replaced or repaired. This is further to our online complaint bearing no. 8922767. A physical complaint was also submitted at the palghar office on 14th february, 2019.

          My consumer id is[protected] and billing unit 4752. My average monthly bill till 6 months ago was[protected]. But last six months the bill is coming around[protected]. Inspite of several complaints made in person (Shiravne office, nerul, navi mumbai) as well as online through mahavitaran app, there is no resolution. I am forcibly paying the high bill. This month i. E., march 2019, my house was closed for 10 days and yet the meter is already showing 235 units (For 10 days consumption). I suspect the meter to be faulty and require the company to change the same. My household usage is of 2 fan, 3 led bulbs, washing machine (Half an hour daily) and refrigerator. Considering this its a very high and unjustified bill amount

            Hi,

            I have just taken the meter, and have not supplied the connection to my flat, and there is no one residing in my flat as well. I was getting the basic minimum amount till now, but for this month i got a bill of rs. 3500. How can i receive such a high bill when no electricity has been used and nor any connection is taken from meter to my flat.

                Hello,
                My consumer number is[protected], since last few months i have observed that i am getting very high electricity bill every month. As per bill i am using 250+ units every month. I have 1bhk house and using 2 fans, freeze, geyser and led lights in my house. With these setup i am sure it should not consume more than 150 units. I have registered complaint via mahavitaran mobile app 1 months before (Complaint no:[protected] but it still showing in assigned state and no any update on it. I know this will remain in assigned state at least for few years. Then on 20th feb i have given written complaint to my nearest (Koperkhairne) office but to no surprise there was no any update till 1st march until i visited office to seek update. I was asked to pay 236 rupees for meter testing. Which i paid on 2nd mar and still waiting for technician to arrive to test meter. I have also tested my cabling with personal electrician and as per him there is no issue in wiring.

                Looking forward if there is any solution to this issue.

                  I paid my electricity bill of 1660Rs. Using ICICI mobile app On 05 March 19, for customer no.: 17001567XXXX, Billing Unit: 4598.
                  Amount got deducted from my icici bank account. and also showing passbook entry that 1660Rs. was paid to
                  But I don't receive any confirmation message from MSEB on my registered mobile number and your site is still showing 1660Rs. Due for same account.

                        My electricity meter is not working from more than 1 and half year but even after multiple written and online complains, no use, mseb is charging around 1200 per month and it is too much for my 1 bhi family of husband and wife only 2 people.                                     msedcl connection permanently disconnected

                                    My home was closed for a year however have paid the bill whenever bill was raised.
                                    The connection is showing as permanently disconnected.
                                    I have called the customer care and they have asked for new connection application.
                                    Why new connection is required if i have one connection?

                                      My bill date was 27 feb 2018 but as i was out of town i made the payment on 2 march 2018 with late payment charges..

                                      But i was surprised to know that the local electricity board employees have disconnected my power connection without any notice.

                                      As per act if they want to disconnect the connection, they have to give atleast 15 days notice.

                                      But in my case no such notice has been served also when i called them for reconnection, their answers were very rude & dictating.

                                      In this regard pls note that as a customer we always ensure to pay our bill on time, if sometimes the payment is delayed we also pay late payment charges. But electricity board employees treat us as regular & willful defaulters & resort to illegal disconnection without notice. This practice is rampant in billing unit 4746. This is causing lot of mental agony to customer. Request strict action against the involved employees & ensure that they don't act like dictator & di illegal things.
