Consumer no[protected] meter no [protected] the shop no sfu 73 in raguleela mall vashi sector 30 and the said shop is owned by shri pramod phadke and the payment of the bill is paid by shri pramod phadke through online from hdfc bank. The average bill is between rs.990 to 1400. As mentioned last two months bill is 3 and 4 times higher. The said shop is having small activities one tube and small fridge is kept. Average power consumption is from may 2018 is 106, june 112 and subsequently 135, 116,[protected] and for last month is unit is 245. This is more than double it canno be so as there is no additioan to the earlier fixtures.in this connecton the proper bill shoud be issued as earlier and excess amount be paid. If meter is defective and should be replaced or be repaired the testing of the meter be done in presence of owner of the shop. Hope early action is taken reasonale bill is issued

    Hi, for the consumer[protected], i am got a bill of 13000 this month, this is not the first time we are getting like this. Everytime we are getting bill of 4000 to 5000 even though we have very less usage and we don't have many appliances. This is happening always please try to take care of it. Even we complained to msedcl they were like you might be using many appliances so it might have caused the bill.
    Please take an action on msedcl

      Dear sir/ madam,
      I would like to bring your kind notice that i have applied for "change in name" in the electricity bill on 11th feb. 2018 via request id[protected] and application number is 12589842. All required documents are also uploaded however, till date (More than one year) the name has not been changed in the electricity bill. Also, i have logged complaint via mail dated 09th apr. 2019 (Request id:[protected] and 2nd may 2019 for the same, but action has not been initiated yet for "name change in the electricity bill". Which causes problems for other documentation activity (For issuance of passport).
      As per the service request status it is "assigned" but still it is not completed. So, kindly look into the matter and make the correction in the mahadiscom data, so that on the monthly bill my name would appear correctly and i can use the electricity bill as an address proof to complete my other documentation activity.

        My consumer no.[protected]. My complaint is about unnecessary electric wires which comes in our plot and disturbing the construction work of our home which we want to start but due to the non-cooperative work of mseb board.
        And from 4 months i'm regularly going to that office for help but they are not helping me but instulting me ans my son too.
        I dont have my own house and now im suffering from very critical condition thats why im working or strugling alone, but still they are not helping me.
        My kind request please help me...

        There is no check up of electric supply in this area and also
        Same is been facing since many many months
        Always we face the same issue

          We are facing frequent power supply problem since 2006.We have made several complaints with the area office, Mahadoscom office thermal chowk, Mseb app. but there is no solution.The phase on which our residence supply connected is overloaded trips frequently.
          Higher authority at Mseb need intervention to resolve issue.

          From last 6 to 7 years electrical pole can not be fix into the field.so please fix this pole early as possible.Bcoz of that electrical wire will be loosed.in future any problems can be occured.

            We have been receiving excess bills at our native place. The house is locked almost through out the year. Rarely we visit there. Only a tube light and 2 bulbs are used whenever we visit there. There is no chance the units consumed can go up to even 25...Still we get bills like 10 thousand and above. Every time we have to complaint for the same. Despite all this we have paid Rs. 600 and above twice. This time we received bill of Rs. 1290. My father is a senior citizen and he has to call every time to several offices for these issues. Details of the bills along with dates, unit details, bill amount is mentioned in the attachment. Could you please help us out. Thank you.

                  This is to raise a complaint and request for re-calculation of my meter readings for the month of april 2019. Bill shows unit consumed = 290, which is impossible. This is the highest in last 8 months and specially we remained out from 10:30 am to 8 pm for work the entire month and there was nobody consuming electricity at home, neither any appliances were on or working.

                    Myself tejas dayanand raut and i stay at edwan (Saphale - palghar). I have given the application with all the necessary documents for my new residential connection on 26/03/2019. Its been 1 month now and the mseb has not been taking any necessary action against my application. I have been taking follow up by visiting the mseb office and talking to the responsible officers but not getting any positive results. I have visited them about 10-12 times in the past month but they are giving totally rubbish reasons. I am very tired of it now. I request to mseb that please teach some discipline to your employees and irresponsible officers if you really want to change something.

He has given provisional bill rs.1720. Which is paid on dt 8/4/2019.in march 2019 actual meter reading was 17314. This was given to
                        Concern officer. But in april 2019 meter reading is 17666. Bill is send rs.12020.
                        In march 2019 meter reading was send by msed as 17901. Which was wrong.

                          As we ere using the electricity of mahavitaran. The amt of billing was nil (0) in the period of june 2018 to september 2018. During these period i had done the enquiry that why the bill is nil for these month that time your officer has told me that there is no problem with it your bill is nil only..., and even during this period i have from last few months the bill was coming in proper way...in last month i have paid the bill amt. Of rs.1060/-. Suddenly in current month how the bill can come amt. Of rs.9520/-.
                          I have went in office of karjat as well as in neral officers is tells me:-
                          1. You might have pending bill of previous months even after i have paid all the bills.
                          2. Your meter may be faulty you give a request to check meter... Before that you have to pay 200/- rs.. For these checking... Then what is work of these employees i don't understand...
                          3. You check out your wiring at home that is might be faulty...
                          4. Your nabour or some one might be taking your electricity from your meter... The place were i am staying is not slum or chawl it's is building and everybody have there own meter...
                          The graph which is showing the consumption of electricity is high in last month... Then how your employees can say that there is a pending bill of previous months.
                          In neral office one of the officer said that we are sending only average bill... Its not our work to check the reading of meter...
                          Then once year you worker will come to check our meter and then you will give us huge amt of bill... You is responsible for that...
                          The employees which they have kept in office they don't have sense to speak with the customers they are giving such a silly answers and arguing with us... They don't have proper answer with them...
                          Our nabour has a same reading in meter which we have... Then how we have got so much bill...

                              . The bill appears to be inflated as i know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill. Our all previous bills were in between rs. 1000/- to 1500/-. I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check weather somebody is doing theft of electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty. Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter.                                   My concern is that is this matter is related to penalty and how it is calculated?

                                    I had applied to MSEDCL for Agriculture new electric connection vide App.No.11780175 dated 19th Dec. 2017 along with all the necessary document.
                                    In this regard I would like to inform you that, your technical person has already visited in my farm for joint new electric connection and verified all the requirements as required by MSEDCL Department. He had given said clear report to concern MSEDCL department. This all procedures have been completed in the month of Dec.2018.
                                    Also I would like to express my grievances; due to delay of Electric new connection we are facing the following problems.
                                    1. My mother and father as age of 62 and 72 year old. And they are spending much time in the farm. Because of non-electric connection they are totally depending on relatives for water and power.
                                    2. We are not able get any crops in the farm due to non-supply of electric power.
                                    3. Presently nobody can stay there due to non-supply of electronic power.
                                    4. Hence we are going through the worst situation.

                                    Please look into the matter & resolve it at the earliest.

                                      Power cut for more than 1.30 hrs at 3 am, contacted mseb fpoc but they either not pick up the phone or always busy and never know the reason and estimated time for power cut. Very irresponsible staff and despite staying in such big city it feels like a village everyday. Very bad staff in mseb wakad division. No preparation for bad weather by them very badly managed

                                        We are experiencing heavy power cuts today and experienced the same during the same time last year. While the heat in atmosphere is reaching new heights and kids going in for their exams, such frequent power cuts has made our lives miserable and helpless. It is also painful physically as we elder family members who are unable to sustain these unprecedented, unplanned power outages. The power and electricity ministry should look into this on critical priority and help resolve this issue.

                                        Our one phase is missing since yesterday 8-4-19 2pm. Meter no[protected] . Please do the needfull immediately as my work is heldup and workers are sitting idiol.
