Dear sir/madam,
For past 4-5 months i have been experiencing high electricity bill costs, in-spite of regular or low usage. Within this period a complaint was placed to the regional mseb branch office, that looks into the where-about of the electricity consumption of my area. Even after this action the issue hasn't been resolved.
Details:
Area: warje, pune
Average monthly consumption: 150-180 units
Current reflection: 261 units [off and on for past many months]

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

    Hi,
    My name is sachin shinde, my msedcl meter consumer number is[protected], my address is plot no 105, surve no 124/1a/3/2, siddhi green park, phursungi, pune. My meter is installed on 21/1/2019 and operational sinse 14/2/2019. I can see meter display is not working continuosly. It shows reading only if heavy load such as fan is running.

    Please replace meter with correctly working meter.

      Heavy billing done by msedcl since october 2018. First, meter was faulty, after replacement of meter, bills got even higher. New meter checking done, no problem, but bills too high, please help.         My consumer no is[protected] mr kirtikar. I am being charged rs[protected] monthly since last 10 months and nobody is taking my written complaints at kalyan branch near tata power area. Due to this i called up on 1912 and raised my first complaint / request in sept 18 but its was resolved in the month nov.18 as per online status.in stead resolved status high bill of around rs 2000 every month continued reason being i had given my second complaint or request to resolve the same in dec.18 but no solution till (Feb 19) now. When i called back to follow up the same on several times call center people only used to say in process. Finally when i shouted they provided me name & contact of the person who was dealing with my query. When i called him up (Mr gawali on [protected]) on 19.02.19 person picked up and asked me to message him complaint details and my address (And said wait for few days) which was done on same time. Very next day when i called up he was very rude and he said i have to pay rs 236 to recheck the meter and said do not call him or bother him. If had to pay to have my meter rechecked what msedcl is for, just for charging high bill or provide faulty meters. If its not company fault then why i was not treated promptly by the complaint assigned person? Why should i suffer just because people in kalyan east branch are really careless. My actual bill was coming around rs 500 monthly and due stupid people at site i have paid almost rs 18000/- during these months[protected] p. M). I request msedcl to look into this and resolve my query asap and refund or adjust my all extra paid amount immediately. I can not pay more than what i use. I have same electrical things at home from day one & i don't use ac, washing machine or geezer.

          Hi team,

          I have raised online request for Faulty meter & Change of name with all necessary documents uploaded on May, Jun, Aug 2018 but i have not received any response on it as its showing assigned state for long time. I have asked customer service about it. They told me to go to main office to ask specific authority person which is not in my area. Then i went to this office to inquiry they simply told me that you don't have to come here go to office in your area without checking their system. Then i went to office in my area to inquiry they asked me what documents i uploaded & they need hard copy. I showed them printouts of my complaints acknowledgment. But they did't help me without docs. So whats the use of online complaints i have raise with uploaded docs? Please solve this issue on priority.

              I have paid bill of 500rs on 1/02/2019 through google pay. Today while checking through google pay i found that it was telling you have unpaid bill of 510 so i paid it today through paytm.

              Please check and let me know whether it is adjusted in coming month bill or whether it is refunded back to my account.

                I anil kashinath dhande, consumer no.[protected]. The above electric connection is "permanently disconnected" on[protected] and the meter is also removed on the same date, but the electricity bill comes continuesly even after removing it. We also complained in the mahavitaran office but no action is taken till now. So please help me for the above mentioned problem.

                  I have been receiving inflated bill. I am shocked that i am receiving every months bill more than 1000 rupees. However despite of having load shading and all power cuts in area continuously i am literally shocked that how i am getting that much of bill. I confirmed with my neighbors.
                  The meter reading is saying faulty. So i have been charged on 150 units randomly.
                  Again for the month of february i have been charged for 150 units despite of not consuming even half of that power. Even though i have made payment for current month kindly check my meter as bill shows meter has faulty status.
                  I hope you will resolve it as soon as possible.

                  Consumer number[protected]/4464.i got my faulty Meter relaxed after chasing for 8 months an have been paying bills of approx 500 but once Meter replaced the high bill is not taken care of which was purely default reading. Virar head office have useless employees. Looking forward to get the bill adjusted to normal checking my usage.

                    My consumer number is[protected], adress plot no. 6 south city, cidco mahanagar ii, waluj, aurangabad.
                    The connection is in the name of my son shri. Ketan godbole
                    We have installed a 5 kw roof top solar in march 2018. The net meter was installed by msedcl, waluj, gramain.
                    Even after 8 to 10 months of installation, the net meter is not tagged with msedcl system.
                    We are getting energy bills showing fictitious readings of consumption. I have lodged written complaints & have taken acknowledgement from the assistant enginner.
                    As on date we have surplus generation of 750 units over & above our consumtion, inspite of that on 14/02/2019, we have received energy bill of rs.13930/-
                    Is it not a harassment? Whether govt. Of maharashtra want to promote generation of renewable energy or want to discourage the initiative in this regard.
                    The complaint letters are not replied to.
                    I hope my this on line communication result into a positive result.

                    As on date I have not received electricity bill from MSEDCL with net meter reading.
                    Some communication was sent by the concerned AE, Waluj, Aurangabad, however, it was showing zero meter reading.
                    I was expecting following
                    1) Reply from the MSEDCL stating all earlier bills with fake consumption reading will be withdrawn immediately.
                    2)A commitment as to when the meter reading will be taken & energy bill with net meter reading will be provided.
                    3) As stated in my on line complaint, I have made complaints in writing & have taken acknowledgement. I expect written reply of my complaint.
                    Nothing out of the above has happened.

                        With reference to my previous letter dated november 13, 2018, i am very sorry to state that even after 3 months nothing has moved an inch and my hopes of getting an electrical connection have faded away because of corrupt officials and a system that provides help to people who are ready to grease the palms of these corrupt officials. I have decided that i will not pay any “bribe” and will not give a single paisa. Details of my plot are as follows: plot # 5 in dehene, shahapur
                        I was contacted on 22/11/2018 by mr. Avinash katankar sdo msedcl mobile # [protected] asking me to send him all the documents related to this case and to meet him in his office at shahapur. Subsequently i arranged for an appointment and met mr. Avinash katankar sdo msedcl in his office on 10/12/2018. Mr. Avinash katankar sdo msedcl promised me that within 3 days my electrical connection would be provided. Today is 19/02/2019 and nothing has been done even after all the reminders on the telephone and whatsapp.
                        I have a few brief words to each one of you and please do not misunderstand my honest submission, which if it remains in me will see the end of me.
                        1. Shri. Sanjeev kumar, chairman & managing director, msedcl prakashgad,
                        It is obvious that mr. Avinash katankar sdo msedcl who is your personnel and that he is the one who has been delaying giving me the electrical connection to my farm. It is crystal clear that this man wants his palms to be greased and that’s the reason he is playing a game with me. Please sir i humbly request you to take immediate action and root out corruption.
                        2. Office of the electricity ombudsman (Mumbai), maharashtra electricity regulatory commission.
                        Thanks for your letter no. Electombd/guidance/gen 2018/402 dated 26/11/2018 addressed to the executive engineer, msedcl, o &m rural division kalyan for “taking appropriate action and giving guidance to the applicant for redressal of his grievance” if you don’t mind me saying, it’s very easy to write a few lines and pass on the burden to somebody else. I have not heard from the executive engineer, msedcl, o &m rural division kalyan up to date.
                        3. Maharashtra cm office, 6 th floor, main building, mantralaya, mumbai 400032
                        Your letter dated 28/11/2018 too has not helped me one bit or otherwise the electrical connection would have been given to me. You had asked me to spell out details about the corruption that was happening regarding the sanctions for an electrical connection and for which i gave you all the details about the actual picture along with names, contact numbers etc.
                        Kindly look into the matter.

                                Meter readings captured in bills are very high than the actual usage as during the entire month we only use couple of fans, television, 2 tube lights and geiser for some time. Unable to understand why such high readings months after months now a day's this has become a point of concern. Request you to kindly send someone or check internally if this is happening kindly get this corrected and adjusted in coming months.

                                  And we've all been flooded with bill of money. He is also presenting a copy of the light bill and a receipt for payment. See all these matter and don't send the light bills, this location, othwerwise we are not paying this bill.

                                    Power supply of consumer no.[protected] bu:4635 pc:07 was temporarily disconnected, probably due to non payment of outstanding bills. Now full payment of rs. 2310/- against outstanding bill has been made online on 01feb.19 vide rect. No. Phdf[protected] (Pls. See attachment of copy of rect.). Thus now there are no dues outstanding against this consumer. But still no power supply has yet been reconnected & resumed. A mail in this regard was also sent to [protected]@mahadiscom.in was also sent on[protected], but still complaint remains unattended to.
                                    It is now once again requested to restart our disconnected power supply immediately and oblige.

                                      Msedcl's meter reader rarely comes. So the reading taken is faulty or as per the previous graph. We suffer from this kind of behaviour of msedcl's meter reader. I have already given complaint to divisional office, near daffrin hospital and also at nawathe center. Consistancy is not maintained by the meter reader due to which some residential peoples in our area are suffering. Details of my home/area are:
