      Hi,

      For the month of january 2019, i have received bill for amount rs 7620/.. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Because, first of all there are no previous dues balance from my side. Secondly, neither me or any of my relatives/friends have stayed in the above property even for a day there. Since possession of this property my bill has been minimum (Rs100/ or so). And suddenly you have given me a bill of rs 7620 for january 2019.

      I complained (No:[protected] about two weeks back and still i have not received any response from you.

      Please correct the bill as early as possible and send me the revised bill so that i can pay it.

        I am paying my electricity bills through my HDFC Bank. I have added MSEB kothrud as biller and I get to see my pending bills if any with due date & amount. I just click pay and transfer the amount online through HDFC Bank website. I am following this meticulously since last more than 10 years without any problem. However, my electricity bills for the month of Dec & Jan were not displayed on HDFC bank website because of which I could not pay the bills. My average monthly bill is Rs.300 to 400/-. In Feb 1st week, MSEB person disconnected the electric meter all of a sudden without any intimation to me and asking money from me for reconnection of the meter. My consumer number is[protected]. I want to understand who is at fault in the entire episode and why I have to bear the cost of reconnection.

        Almost a month back I had requested to replace my faulty meter through MSEB Mobile App. Unfortunately after several follow ups now they are saying that I have to register the complaint by visiting the MSEB office in person with a copy of the Electricity Bill.

        Why is my Question if Online facility for registering complaints are there?

          Comlaint for bill jan 2019 for consumer n[protected]

          Respected sir,

          I had paid for supply of for the month of jan2019 on 22/1/2019 through cheque of icici no 809189 on 22/1/2019 receipt no 3o67267. I got sms on 29/01/2019 indicating that cheque is dishonored. Therefore i paid the amount in cash at bank counter vide receipt no3068547. I got further sms that refusal charges rs 750 +18 % refusal charges will be deducted from my advance. I was not given any reason for refusal. Neither the bank is aware of it. Bank said there s no reason for refusal.
          Sir/ madam, i am 75 years old and constantly under dialysis every day. I had nobody in the family t take care of these things. Under such stress and agony getting refusal charges intimation appears to be harassment. Firstly msedcl and icici bank do not clarify the reasons for refusal. Secondly prompt payment in cash before due date was done. I tried to explain the situation to[protected] on but she advised me to communicate it to you. I had nevever delayed my payment a since last 35 years to msedcl
          Therefore considering my health conditions and prompt payment before due date in cash it is kindly and humbly requested not to deduct rs 750+ 18% from my deposit and oblige

            In this connection, it is to inform that on 22.12.2018 in the afternoon, when the residents were out of home for some personal work, the msedcl officers disconnected the electricity supply, removed the meter without verbal or written intimation/notice to the owners of the house,
            Upon meeting the local officer he asked us to make the re connection payment, which we did. But after making the payment of 2, 810 +118

            Actual name is Sainath Uttam Gaike but on electricity bill surname is wrong entered as a Gayke.due to this i am unable to show light bill as a valid address proof

              I am not receiving above said account no. Bill since last six months. Still i am paying the bill regularly through online.

              But last month online bill is showing 6500/-. Which is wrong.

              I have given written complaint to your diva sabe gaon office twice, thru your aap. And by enail. But no revert.

              Diva office said complaint letter will be send to mumbra office. Again it shows on the net bill is near 7000/-.

                Dear sir,

                I am currently residing at diva east, thane, which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no.[protected], area code 400612. Nowadays, i am shocked that i am receiving every months bill more than 1000 rupees. However despite of having load shading and all power cuts in area continuously i am literally shocked that how i am getting that much of bill. I confirmed with my neighbors also regarding their monthly electricity bills also which also ranges between rs.250 to rs.400 monthly having the same facilities like my home.

                Moreover it was literally shocking when i checked the every months electricity bill for the last one year of period. There are same reading in every months bill which is 3366. How is this possible? It means for the last am i getting same reading every month which is 3366??? And unit is 141???

                In december 2018 and january 2019, in those two months, my house was completely closed as my family was out of town. Then also received the same bill. I checked my meter also physically and it not even gets light up. It is completely without power and not showing any type of reading and all. However in every months electricity bill, meter photo is not visible clearly at all and it shows in electricity bill that meter status: faulty.
                I investigate the matter from my side to find out the error and i noticed that the meter is faulty.

                As you will notice there is clearly an error in it. I, therefore, kindly request you to correct the current unpaid bills and issue fresh bills for the last 3 months. Till then i wont be able to make payment until and unless i wont find solution from your side on this.

                I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

                  I am complaining about loose electric wires and tilted support pole in my village (Gholwad tokepada taluka - dahanu district - palghar pin 401702.

                  Repeated reminder to local department of mseb by different persons from village but no action has been taken till now.

                  Loosen main electric wires has been so down on the way road that some it touches vehicle. Every time we have taken care of those wire so that can not be break. Many times it break wires and mseb operators has join that. But no permanent action has been taken.

                  I hope by complaining mseb department will take necessary action before any serious mishap happen.

                    I stay in 2 bhk flat in kothrud and both occupants are working. I get a constant bill of 202 units per month with same meter reading. I have registered complaints on app and given written application. My monthly unit consumption is 70-80 units. I have already paid more but the bill still keeps on coming. There is no help available at the mseb office. I once confronted with the person who takes the reading he then rectified it and sent a bill of 9000 rupees as he changed the reading which was taken 8 months back and added recent meter reading. Nobody responds properly at mseb office.

                      Consumer no[protected].Nov and Dec 18 reading not taken and average bill of 148 unit Per month was given. In Jan 240 unit reading was taken, and bill charged for 240 unit is Rs 3130. While I already paid bill amount for 148 unit is Rs 1150. This amount is not deducted from my Jan 19 bill for 240 units. Actually I have to pay or I should get the bill for 92 units only in Jan. But I got bill for 240 units. Kindly rectify my bill amount so as enable me to pay the same on time before late charges.

                        I have observed that for my consumer no.[protected] the meter reading is not taken and the units are charged randomly. Dec 2018 bill shows the previous meter reading as 1120 and current meter reading is 1120. But, 202 units are charged. This is our weekend home and we don’t stay regularly at this house. Visit once in a month.

                        In spite of this it is surprising that such a consumption is recorded.

                        From last 6 month i am chasing to get meter changed still my meter is not changed yet, can you please take this in consideration.

                        I have attached receipt of my request plus application which has been partially treated with confirmation that meter is faulty but no new meter has been installed.

                        I have paid more than 10, 000 rupees extra since 6 month and plus more than 8000 rupees extra prior to meter check.

                        I am very much in tired of following up with mseb guys and they told be that from last one year they don't have new meter in stock.

                        My question is, who will pay me my extra money i have so far paid?

                          My consumer number for msedcl in pune is[protected].

                          My flat gets occupied only 1-2 months in a year and has been unoccupied since october 2018. However, month after month, my electricity bill continues to be charged the same at approximately rupees 1000 every month.

                          Either msedcl is committing a fraud by not reading the meter and replicating the power consumption for the earlier months or there is a genuine fault in the meter.

                          Kindly let me know if i can have my meter checked by msedcl by paying a separate fee.

                            My electricity bill is too high for the month of jan 2019. It is showing 800 units consumed in a month. This is biz are when i compare this to other residents in the society who have only around 100 units. Also when i see the meter reading today at 3rd feb it is showing for 130 units from 29th jan. This really is a serious issue with the meter. Can some please from mseb check this asap.

                              My meter is not working for more than an year. I have already complained multiple times, i had been informed there is been shortage in new meter and hence can not be replaced.

                              I had been getting exceptionally high bill for more than 6 months and it keeps on increasing every month. I continued to pay all of these high bills just to avoid disconnection.

                              My connection is disconnected now without any information and there is no update on faulty meter and high bill.

                              I have paid more than 25000 for electricity which i have not consumed at all in past 8 months.

                                Hi sir/ma'am

                                Due to non payment of bill, they took away our meter.
                                But after clear all the dues and other charges its been 10 days now i cleared all the dues.
                                Still they are not reinstating my meter due to this there is no electricity in my flat.
                                Everyday i go to their office (Vishrantwadi branch, pune) and ask the status, they say "metres are not available".

                                Really don't know to whom should i approach.

                                If anyone can help me on this would be very grateful.

                                Mahesh gangurde, the officer here in diva takes goose for fraud electricity suppy . . I stay in 6 floor building and total of 36 flats and only 12 -16 meters . We pay 2-3 k per month without any much o[censored]se . And the officer does nothing . And top of that he sent ppl to cut our electricity.. . I dont know what the ### mseb is doing.
