Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — bill paid in time but not credited, and received double bill | |||||
This is smt. Ratna girdhar thakur, consumer no.[protected] mobile no. [protected]. Accolade c. H. S. Ltd., bldg. No. 2/204, hajuri, thane west. I had received msedcl electricity bill dated 24.5.2018 for rs. 4550/- and the same was promptly paid by me on 29.5.2018 by cheque no.000208 dt. 29.5.18 drawn on andhra bank, dombivali (E) branch. Vide receipt no. 6565835 collection centre[protected]siddhivinayak nagari dalethsanstha maryadi. But now i have received a bill dated 21.06.2018 for rs. 9620/- and there is no mention that the bill is for two months and further i have not received any intimation from my bank that the cheque has bounced or there is insufficient funds or any other technical reason. So it is requested to kindly inform me what is the reason that i have received bill for two months when infact i had paid the previous bill in time. Inform me what happened to my cheque no. 000208 for rs. 4510/- why it was not credited. If at all there was any technical issue regarding the cheque, the same maybe returned to me at the above address.in the meantime, i am also making inquiries with my bank. Hoping for an early reply.
