Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — bill payment not reflected. | |||||
I have paid the bill for the month of april via paytm app and it shows successfully paid with the money seen to have been deducted from my account, but the payment is not reflected in the system and this month ie, for the month of may, i have been charged double. It is really disappointing to see how awful the system updates are and also to see there is nearly no fast helpline service to address the customer. Disheartened.
