On the due date of energy bill payment, people from electricity office of wakad disconnected the input in crossroads commercial building. Even they don't have any sense that staff is working in the office and should be informed before taking any action. When we reach for reconnection request, they said it's done by mistake even bill is paid and we cannot connect for one more day as staff is not available. Correction in meter: Consumer No.[protected], bill for November 2018.
Present bill shows previous reading 14254 & current reading 14254, both are same, hence it requires correction. Please do the needful in this matter

Hi, I got the message of bill generated of Consumer no.[protected]of ₹3090/- and used meter reading 340 units till dated 4th Dec 2018. where previous reading was 625 and currently meter reading was 965 But I checked my bill unit on 15th Dec 2018 meter reading was only 720. It's means only 95 units consum till 15th Dec 2018.
From Morning 4 am electricity gone. After complaint still at 10 am none action is taken. Mumbai, mulund east, Ekta soc. Gavanpada.
