Electricity Bill for the above mentioned Consumer Number for the month of July'15 has been paid ON-LINE on 19/08/2015 and the amount was debited from the account. However, the bill on the site is still showing to be paid and is being carried forward to the next month. A complaint No.2951498 was made to Mahadiscom and also many telephone calls were made to follow up the complaint. But we just get a standard answer from their executive that their system is not updated. In the meantime Mahadiscom has sent their people twice to cut the meter. I want to know were is my amount of Rs.4601/-, which I paid online gone if it is debited from my account and how can Mahadiscom send their people to cut the meter when a complaint is already made. Is'nt there any co-ordination within the organisation. Will this problem be solved or should I register a police complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
