This is a complaint & request to credit amount of rs 1317.67 incorrectly charged in bill of sept 2019 (Bill no [protected]). Pl see attached applications submitted to kothrud sub div & web application made. The matter is explained in detail in attachments. My usual metre reading is under 50 to 60 units and bill amount in the range of Ts 400 to 400 but now for the october bill I recieved is Rs 1300 and for units 167! Which is not possible since the equipments are the same.
