1. Consumer number:[protected], bu: 4359 vasai rd. East s/dn. 2. My family visited the above flat only twice since august 2017 – (Four days in august 2017 and one week in january 2018). For the remaining period the flat has always been totally vacant since years. 3. I do not understand, that in an empty flat, which has no ac etc – how come such exorbitant billing has taken place since august 2017 (Rs.1620). I had paid advance of rs.2000 which was wiped off due to such incorrect billing. 4. Further, the status is shown as permanently disconnected. This has even happened in the past, when online was not available and no regular bills were received; and i had to run around to get the meter re-fixed/reinstalled. To avoid such occurrence i am now paying lumsum amount in advance. However, as seen from the billing, it makes an impression that the exorbitant bill has been purposely made in order to disconnect the meter and make me visit the electricity site office and face inappropriate means to get it reinstalled (As experienced in the past). 5. Since this is a multiple repeat issue in my case, i intend to raise the matter at an appropriate level, including government of maharashtra and government of india. 6. I request you to please look into the issue and please provide me with the meter readings against the raised bills. 7. Further, since i have paid my bill, i request you to also advise the concerned officials at vasai office to reinstall the meter. Was this information helpful? | |||
