Dear sir/madam,

My electric meter is faulty and has stopped working since august 2017, every month my wife visits to virar east electric office and complaints but they are not taking any action.

From last 8 month, you have charged us lump sump bills which is not acceptable.

So i request you to check and solve this issues or replace the meter immediately.
