Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — faulty meter not getting replaced and paying extra bill

From past couple of months i am getting extra bill because of faulty meter and mseb is sending extra meter. I tried reaching regional office in kamothe,

I can't even register a complaint online using mahadiscom.in or mobile app or customer care number.

Not getting what to do now.

Please help me on the same
