Sir, In the past 3 months there has been a significant increase in the billing amount generated towards my consumer id mentioned below. There has been an increase of approx. 300% in the billed amount in last 3 months.in spite of there being no new electrical appliance being introduced at my house. Request you to provide necessary instructions to your department to verify this. I have already done an email escalation about this but have not received any response yet. Light jane aane ka kuch time nahi hai. Bahot jadha light nikal te hai. Virar Maharashtra. Light bill ke bare main koi bhi complaint nahi leta hai. Mumbai me kabi bhi light nahi jati hai. Abhi to gav me bhi light nahi jati hai. Or virar jo city me padta hai. Mumbai suburban me aata hai fir bhi light jati hai.
