The above mentioned name and address has some spelling correction as follows,

Name: MR YOGESH JALANDAR GHADGE
Address: Flat No 18, ‘Rajsneh Apartment’ third floor S No 15/2A/1, Ambegaon BK near Shiv Shrushti - 411046

Please need to make correction in the MAHADISCOM data, so that on monthly bill it should appear correctly.
I need this change because this is one of the required document for the issuing Passport.
