Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — new connection-meter not available

I have applied for new connection at katarkhatao, satara maharashtra. My consumer no is[protected] and receipt no is-0923453 dt 30.10.2017. After 3 month yet we have not received new meter. Msedcl officer telling us meter shortages at their department. We r planning to shift there soon. When should we get the new meter? Can we get temporary connection? Pl suggest.
