Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — no one comes to take reading and high bill

My name is vivek parmar. I am resident of shahapur with con. No.[protected].
From last one year no one comes to take the meter reading but the bill comes with imaginary units.
I have registered complaints online but of no use. One complaint was assigned to avinash katakvar but he did not do the work assigned and the same person was rude and showed me the door and ask me to get out of his office.
I want my complaint to be resolved at the earliest or i need to proceed to the next level.
