Sir, My consumer no is[protected]. b. u. 4749. gangapur sub station. nasik. i have paid bill no 8829 dated[protected] on line through icici bank saving account sharanpur road nashik bank. the amount rs 620 is debited from my account. ref no eici[protected] date[protected]. this ca amount is not credited to my consumer no account nor reversed back yet. i have visited bank and have bank details. you local office at trimbak road tried to solve the issue but could not so they have diverted me to you. please solve my problem and deposit amount to my account with you or give me refund.
