Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Payment done but not showing on portal

Hello team,

I Have paid this month's electricity bill on 3rd Jan 2021 through mahavitaran app and payment paid by PhonePe application (UPI ID [protected]@ybl).
In PhonePe it shows payment has been done successfully but still it is not reflecting in mahavitaran application.
Below mentioned are the required details which may help you to get more details for the same.
I have also attached 5 documents.

1. Consumer number :[protected]
2. Date & time of order: 3rd Jan 2021, 9:25 PM.
