Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — payment made online wrongly debited / request id fail - for refund | |||
Sir, Ref : customer name - prakash changede Customer no.[protected] Billing unit no. 4598 I always make online payment. Also made online payment of rs. 1110/- on 21/03/2020 against march 2020 bill by following all steps as per your online site. However, my bank central bank of india debited rs.1115.76 (Msedcl mumbai mhin) instead of rs.1110/-. Shockingly, your site also displayed that the "request id no.[protected] your payment rs.1110/- for payment transaction id is 0 was fail due to amount mismatch". Sir, it appears that there may be some software problem at your end. I therefore, request you to please refund me the amount of rs.1115.76 forthwith, so that i can pay the correct amount of rs.1110/- immediately to msedcl. Thanks in advance.
