Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — payment made via google pay failed and not refunded | |||||
I made a payment for my msedc bill on 1st september 2018 for ₹1010 via google pay app. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the bill payment was failed. As i checked with google pay customer service associates they told me the status of my transaction is resolved and msedc refunded the amount. But when i checked my account no refund was made by msedc or google pay. Bill number: [protected] It has been 17 days but no refund has been initiated to my account. Our society DB destroyed by heavy trailer while traffic in our area. Raviraj residency, near vedbhavan, kothrud, pune. Whole building light has gone. Please do the needful as early as possible. Thank you. My contact number. [protected]
