On 9th November 2024 at 8:30 PM, I paid the bill amount of ₹4410 via the mahavitaran app using billdesk payment gateway. The transaction ID for this payment is[protected]. However, as of today, the payment has still not been updated in my Mahavitaran app account.
For verification, I have attached a image of my bank statement showing the payment transaction, highlighted for ease of reference.
Please look into this matter urgently and ensure the payment is updated in my account. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
