Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — UPI payment success , but not received by MSEDCL

Respected Sir/Mam,
Myself Laxman Budho Sawkare from Jalgaon, Maharashtra. I am writing this mail regarding my bill payment, as I have paid my Electricity bill on dated 29-06-21 through MAHAVITARAN Mobile app using BILLDESK, but my app is not showing any of the updates regarding this payment. I also have discussed this issue with customer care on dated 30-06-21 and they told me to write an Email regarding the same to you. Below I have attached My UPI Payment Receipt as well as Bank Account statement, i hope you will understand my issue and will solve it soon, waiting for your reply.
