I am a buyer of flat in mahagunpuram phase 2 on nh24 near columbia asia hospital meharulli village. This project started in 2011 and builder promised to give possession by 2015 december. However till today we have not received the possession and builder has illegal taken 100% amount from us. He is now saying gda is not giving cc due to which possession cannot be granted. We are 600 families suffering from this. Moreover builder has not told us about sewage problems in society. The project is owned by mahagun india pvt ltd sector 63 noida.
