We are living in Phase-2 of Mahagun Mywoods since 2019 and builder is running construction where they are using Drill machines and other machineries. Being PH-3 facing flat, we are struggling to live here. Sometimes it's too much that sitting in flat is challenging and we are feeling headache due to this. Also, working from home and attending online meetings are tough here.

I am a buyer of flat in mahagunpuram phase 2 on nh24 near columbia asia hospital meharulli village. This project started in 2011 and builder promised to give possession by 2015 december. However till today we have not received the possession and builder has illegal taken 100% amount from us.

He is now saying gda is not giving cc due to which possession cannot be granted. We are 600 families suffering from this. Moreover builder has not told us about sewage problems in society.

The project is owned by mahagun india pvt ltd sector 63 noida. Please cooperate in getting us our flats

I want everyone to be aware of what this builder is doing and compensating their loss by taking money from customers... They are increasing the flat area which is more then 10%...
And charging extra psft from customers and the bad thing is they are not increasing this area inside flat but in lobby, lift area for which y should we pay lakhs of amount extra... They are not informing customers in advance... As they were clear of their layout plan after construction of ground floor only but they are informing after 60% construction is completed... Without any details in notification

If girls are looking to join mahagun a real estate company in noida then please dnt join it as its director harrases female employess both physically and mentally and ask them for sex if they want to continue witb their current designation. I dnt want to write his name coz his name itself a insult to humanity.. He just harrases girls on the ne of giving employement and appraisal.. I[censored] want appraisal then u have to sleep with him first..

At Mahagun, My Woods Phase-3 they were selling flats @rs.3590/ sq.ft. 3 Months ago(check their website) without any modular kitchen/ ACs/ Woodwork in Bedroom but now they are offering these additional facilities at even lesser rate of Rs.2950/ sq.ft.(check Times Classifieds Dated 06.04.2014) at same site. Clear case of Cheating their existing Customers! Let me know how are they going to compensate existing customers?

I would like to make aware the buyers about comman cheating practices of builders.

1 Builder charges PLC for preferred locations. But on the allotment letter they don't mention PLC . They increase the base price to accomodate PLC. Later they modify their layout, and buyers have no claim over it. Mahagun has done it in crossing republic.
