[Resolved] Mahagun — Mahagun Cheating its Existing Customers

At Mahagun, My Woods Phase-3 they were selling flats @rs.3590/ sq.ft. 3 Months ago(check their website) without any modular kitchen/ ACs/ Woodwork in Bedroom but now they are offering these additional facilities at even lesser rate of Rs.2950/ sq.ft.(check Times Classifieds Dated 06.04.2014) at same site. Clear case of Cheating their existing Customers! Let me know how are they going to compensate existing customers?

I think that is the norm these days.. I bought an I phone 5 for 50, 000 but now its available for 35, 000. This is how market works. Its a matter of demand and supply. One cant help it. Product price fluctuations are market dependent. Even the builders are helpless at times.
Hope your issue gets resolved soon as Mahagun is quick to address customer issues and they have been quite transparent in their dealings generally.
