Sir my cheque was debited on 21/04/2021 of Rs.6135/- cheque no 4411 for new connection in APRIL.
I have the Receipt Application No - SG/793669/2122 Prospect No MKTRE006
Address - Samriddhi D204/ Indralok Complex 3, Ghodbandar Road, Thane 401105

Till now I have NOT GOT THE GAS CONNECTION as i am shifting in 3 days.

Kindly look into the matter urgently PLEASE.

We had raised request for disconnection of gas line temporarily to carry out renovation work at my place. The request was raised on 14th Jun and we were told that it will take 5 days for the same. After numerous follow ups, today we got an update that it will take another 15 days for the same. I do not understand why should it take 15 days and if that is the case then I would want to see the policy which mentions about it. My house is completely...

Dear Team,

This complaint is with regards to High Bill amount for the month of May 2021, our average bill comes to 800-900/-RS every month, but for May 2021 month no executive visited to collect Gas reading & straight away received Bill for amount of 1240/- which is very high, kindly look into my complaint & request a revised bill for same. I am residing at 192/1 - Sion (west).

Hello sir/madam,
I have recieved bill sum of rupee 991/-
For the consecutive months it was been observed the gas readings are not taken. Even though you calculate average bill as 315/- as per data the bill shall if considered for 2 months...it shall be 630...please consider my request

Dear sir,
In the month of Jan 2021 I recived a bill showing closing reading 813, Subsequently my premises were locked rom December 2020 till today .
Surprising I recived a bill in may 2021 closing reading 811 for Rs 1317/ When in Jan 2021 reading show 813 it ckearly shows gas was not utilized from Jan 21 .
In view of the above rectify my gas bill, amd charge mimimum amount from jan 2021

The valve is close from both side .

We are not staying in flat from 29.09.20.. Bill issued is high even though we are not using.. We will not be using for another 6 months.. Rectify bill please

Gas pipe is broken. Request an engineer to visit asap.

1) Contractor Started works for providing LPG connection on 30/04/21. While starting they oromised the work will be completed in 4-5 days.
2) Now the underground piping done but the filling of trench, concreting, tiling work and piping on wall balance.
3) Entire society compound is filled with mud & debris and vehicle cannot park and even dangerous to the residents.
4) Outside also the entrance and road totally mud, potholes & is in very bad condition .
5) So many times complained to Mahanagar gas Staff and Contractor M/s KK Infra but no action inspite of passing 20 days.
6) Urgent action require to rectify all issues

I am senior citizen Mr.Shantaram ladku jogmarge (mobile no. [protected]) at present due to covid - 19 situation I am living in native place Tal-wada, Dist- palghar, I have room in 2/14, Adarsh society, Thane.This room is 1+1 floor, at upper floor terrace going MNGL gas pipeline is unauthorized, Without permission & absence of family members.This work done by your company contractor Mr. sachin walanj ( mobile no [protected]) l am complaint & contact to him & his team last 15 days but he don't have take any action on this matter. I am planning of shed in next month due to slab leakage, so how can I do it welding & other work. Mr. sachin destroyed my future plan, So plz, take action as early as possible, My next option is due to heressment is Suside.
