Lot of smell i feel today morning

Dear sir,
In the month of Jan 2021 I recived a bill showing closing reading 813, Subsequently my premises were locked rom December 2020 till today .
Surprising I recived a bill in may 2021 closing reading 811 for Rs 1317/ When in Jan 2021 reading show 813 it ckearly shows gas was not utilized from Jan 21 .
In view of the above rectify my gas bill, amd charge mimimum amount from jan 2021

The valve is close from both side .
If required I can send the meter reading.

We are not staying in flat from 29.09.20.. Bill issued is high even though we are not using.. We will not be using for another 6 months.. Rectify bill please

Gas pipe is broken. Request an engineer to visit asap.

1) Contractor Started works for providing LPG connection on 30/04/21. While starting they oromised the work will be completed in 4-5 days.
2) Now the underground piping done but the filling of trench, concreting, tiling work and piping on wall balance.
3) Entire society compound is filled with mud & debris and vehicle cannot park and even dangerous to the residents.
4) Outside also the entrance and road totally mud, potholes & is in very bad condition .
5) So many times complained to Mahanagar gas Staff and Contractor M/s KK Infra but no action inspite of passing 20 days.
6) Urgent action require to rectify all issues

I am not in Thane, Maharastra since last year i.e., March 2020, and also paid the bill of gas at around May 2020. No one is living there and consuming the gas but still I have a bill undue of approx 1400. The consumer number is[protected]. Please revert the bill. Bill Id is[protected]

I am senior citizen Mr.Shantaram ladku jogmarge (mobile no. [protected]) at present due to covid - 19 situation I am living in native place Tal-wada, Dist- palghar, I have room in 2/14, Adarsh society, Thane.This room is 1+1 floor, at upper floor terrace going MNGL gas pipeline is unauthorized, Without permission & absence of family members.This work done by your company contractor Mr. sachin walanj ( mobile no [protected]) l am complaint & contact to him & his team last 15 days but he don't have take any action on this matter. I am planning of shed in next month due to slab leakage, so how can I do it welding & other work. Mr. sachin destroyed my future plan, So plz, take action as early as possible, My next option is due to heressment is Suside. We have already paid gas bill of Rs 724 in march month but again we received rs 3, 615 bill amount in march month itself and it got expired and then in May we received Rs 5, 068 bill. Can you please tell us why the bill amount is so high and why there were two bills generated in march month?
Was 3615 bill amount added in may month hence the bill for may is so high?

We have received bill of ₹3, 940. In which, ₹2, 729 is shown unpaid.But we have already submitted that payment. This is not first time we're receiving these kind of high bills. We have also complained many times but no response was from you're side. If this is happening again and again may be we have to cut our gas connection and go for cylinders. How is it possible that gas bill of 2 months would be ₹3, 940????
If this problem did not get solved then we have no option but to cut our gas connection.

I have already lodge complaint from my login on 02.05.2021 however no response received from your end.
Hence today i have contacted to customer care but no positive reply received.
After closing yellow color knob my gas meter is continuously running, hence i have received bills much more than my consumption.
It is requested to kindly depute your technician for meter checking and replace the faulty meter.

In the current bill you are showing me previous arrears, but already have paid all the bill previously....

We have received a higher bill against less usage.

Please check the defective meter and arrange for excess payment already made.
