Address: B- 10/20 2:4 Omkar apartment sec -15 Vashi Navi Mumbai

We have already paid gas bill of Rs 724 in march month but again we received rs 3, 615 bill amount in march month itself and it got expired and then in May we received Rs 5, 068 bill. Can you please tell us why the bill amount is so high and why there were two bills generated in march month?
Was 3615 bill amount added in may month hence the bill for may is so high?

    We have received bill of ₹3, 940. In which, ₹2, 729 is shown unpaid.But we have already submitted that payment. This is not first time we're receiving these kind of high bills. We have also complained many times but no response was from you're side. If this is happening again and again may be we have to cut our gas connection and go for cylinders. How is it possible that gas bill of 2 months would be ₹3, 940????
    If this problem did not get solved then we have no option but to cut our gas connection.

      I have already lodge complaint from my login on 02.05.2021 however no response received from your end.
      Hence today i have contacted to customer care but no positive reply received.
      After closing yellow color knob my gas meter is continuously running, hence i have received bills much more than my consumption.
      It is requested to kindly depute your technician for meter checking and replace the faulty meter.

        We have the mahanagar gas pipeline connection at our house in
        Flat NO. XXX, Jeevan Deep Society Gymkhana Road,
        Near Anandibai College.
        Kandivali West - 400067

        We have received a higher bill against less usage.

        Please check the defective meter and arrange for excess payment already made.

          Initial application given on 22/12/2020. Reason given was cheque bounced. But no such communication received from Abhyudaya Bank. Later cheque was given us back.
          Next application given on 13/03/2021 cheque deposited on 18th March, 2021.
          Connection is not yet done.
          Contacted Mr Gulabrao Wahule [protected] many times.
          But no response.

          Request to do the Connection as soon as possible.

            In my house already pipeline is installed from terrace and over water tank.
            only small connecting pipe is required to be installed.
            society is ready to give noc if mgl gives in writing that it is safe and mgl takes responsibility of it.

            it has been 15 days since my request and I have visited head office twice.

            please issue letter and start work after lockdown or please refund me.

              Hope you are doing well.

              My MGL PNG domestic connection details as below:-

              As per our conversation in this week customer care followed Complaint In-charge, as you are aware, I am at my native place since July 2020. As we are away from home so are not using MGL supply from last 9 month and in future when it will reuse no one know. In this regard, I would request you to provide me some relief in on Bimonthly basis default charges.

              Now in this pandemic situation of COVID-19, as the spread of the coronavirus continues to disrupt many of our personal and professional lives, we find ourselves in a period o[censored]nique challenge and uncertainty.

              We earnestly appeal MGL should consider upon monthly default fees as in this COVID time our business has affected too much and it’s not easy to put own crisis conditions in front of you.

              So hope MGL should big heartedly consider what best they can do for me.

              I hope you can empathize with my circumstances and grant me the same.
              I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Please acknowledge the same.

              I regret any inconvenience this may cause.

                          I just bought a flat in Kings Apartments Juhu Tara Road on 1st floor. It is a gasified building. I have applied for new connection. A pipeline is crossing very close to our kitchen window. I request to reroute the pipeline at the earliest as I have get the repair work done. I have society no objection certificate for the same. Kindly do the needful.

                            I had applied for a Name transfer since October 2019 Online but still the date they have not done anything. I have called up so many times but every either they said to wait for further mail or to reapply for a new request. I am mentioning all my application numbers below. Even there Complaint Incharge numbers also not valid. Where should we call?
                            At last, they told to try offline buy Why should I go for that if you guys are not satisfying clients requirement then why you are working online?
                            I am just fed up with this. Hope to see a quick result.

                                My address is in Dheeraj Savera Tower, Opp Sidharth Nagar Borivali East. Today around 4.23 PM on 10th March 2021, the gas supply has been interrupted. There has been no pre intimation of any scheduled stoppage.
                                So far there is no news of any fire or pipe rupture.
                                Understand from building watchmen that I am the third building flat resident to complain about the problem and they have no info.

                                Please advise and do the needful urgently.
