The gas pipeline of our house has been laid down during renovation of my house in the month of March 2020 after a due payment of Rs.29000 to MGL . However, it is noticed that the neighbor Mr. Champalal Jain(A 2/5, Siddharth Nagar, S.V. Road, Goregaon (West)) has taken the pipeline connection through my pipeline, in-spite of having a separate existing connection to him in his premise. He claims that it has been connected by MGL Personnel. I want to point out that it has been done without my consent/knowledge. This act of neighbor as well as MGL personnel is grossly unethical. I would like to point out, this act is not only encroachment but also a safety hazard to my premises as well as family members. Since the connection is installed in my gallery. Please Find Attached images for the same. If this connection of the gas pipeline to my neighbor has been done by MGL personnel, any damage to the property/ harm to my family members by such haphazard act of yours. The sole responsibility of this action will be of Mahangar Gas Limited. Hope you take necessary action to avoid the same.

On this CNG stations, CNG is always not available, just one CNG can comes everyday, which only fills around ५० vehicles, if this is a situation then there is no point having a CNG only for the name sake... please regularate the supply in this area... Or probably don't give the CNG licenses to other pumps, so that demand is not more than supply, Poeple are fitting the CNG kit because CNG pumps are available and no regular supply is available...

Please note the bill for Feb 2021 is 942 rps which is 4 times higher than monthly average bill of 296 per month.
The average unit consumption is 10 units per month.

Surprise bill sent 1221 rs for tgis Month..We hv three Family members using gas inly cooking Purposes.
When we are using cylinder thar will 600 -700 rs cylinder will using 2 Minths.
Please stop this loot, if revised bill not get recd will sure will go ahead senior level...

I have lodged complaint regarding furniture burnt by mahanagar gas person complaint no. 5204991 dated 27.11.2020. Their representative also had taken photo of burnt furniture still they have no taken decision for complaint. I have been suffering mentally harrassment as they have taken this matter prolong. I have tried. Now I want to repair my furniture. Estimated figure is Rs. 10000.00 is given by contractor. If matter is going long estimated figure would be increase as day by day all product's rate are increasing. Company taking very lightly as furniture burnt due to negligence of company person. If whole house was burnt what company will do. Company must compensate me at the earliest.

I have raised the name transfer request on 19th Jan 2021 and subsequently submit additional documents per MGL requirement within 7 days of their email. Post that there is no update.
Status of my application showing incomplete with no further details. Called their customer support 3 times and submitted my complaint but they are just taking TF application No. and action.

Technician was called to connect MGL gas through MGL person. When technician started working Noticed he is using in proper tools. While removing rubber tube in use for LPG from nipple of Gas stove, technician hold the nipple (metalic) in monkey spanner and twisted the nipple instead of pulling the rubber hose and broke the nipple of almost new gas stove forcefully. When I countered him he gave reson it because of rust. Please explain as per which meter logy standard nipple casted out of aluminium can rust or corrode. It is purely to break the nipple and charge for it. Once nipple is broken poor custemer has no option other than pay Rs 400 for nipple.
I have 42 years of experience in the field of handling, operating, mentance, break down analysis of NG, LPG, Biogas, various fuels and chemicals, various gasses and liquids, steam in Petro chemical and power plant.

I have been receiving high bill since Sept 2020

On inspection it was found the meter was faulty and was replaced on 25th Feb 2021. Expect a refund for the over billing amount or adjust the same in the forth coming months bills.

How is this even possible.
Request the team to look into the same and rectify the same at earliest.

My CA no is[protected]. There is no one staying in the flat since November2020. The gas knob is also shut. Still the amount per month charged is very high. I request you to please verify the readings. The bill amount is auto debited. Please look into the matter and arrange to refund my amount.

MGL Docket NO - 4268226

We have been following up with MGL for last four years for PNG Gas connection in our premises. We have visited their MGL Building in Bandra Kurla Complex, from where we were sent to their service center at BKC (family court). We tried to submit the application and the registration form with fees there but the staff directed us to go to their Tardeo office. At their Tardeo office we were informed that MGL marketing officer would visit us and complete the registration process. but no one has turned up. We had also contacted their online dept and were visited by Mr Kamble who said that since our application is offline he cannot accept our request. We have been in touch with their call center (Mr Chandan Mahane / Ms Shweta many more) and they assure a call back which never comes. The only call back that we receive is a feddback to rate their call. Also when we requested the contact details of the nodal officer Mr Rishi Kumar and Mr Elaviya, they refused also the number available on the website doesnot exists. We have a gas box installed in our building premises, the only thing MGL had to do was extend the pipeline. A new customer wanting PNG connection is struggling for last four years, the dilemma is what after getting the connection????
