I have been receiving high bill since Sept 2020

On inspection it was found the meter was faulty and was replaced on 25th Feb 2021. Expect a refund for the over billing amount or adjust the same in the forth coming months bills.

Meter Reading has not been done for CA no
[protected] and bill has been wrongly sent inspite no one is staying at the particular home

Soo what to do next?????????

And today the bill arrived where the payment shown was Rs. 3, 538.00.
How is this even possible.
Request the team to look into the same and rectify the same at earliest.

Dear sir,

My CA no is[protected]. There is no one staying in the flat since November2020. The gas knob is also shut. Still the amount per month charged is very high. I request you to please verify the readings. The bill amount is auto debited. Please look into the matter and arrange to refund my amount.

I want a new unable to make payment regarding new connection. Have sent couple of mails on customer service but no revert till now. Is there anyone who can help??

We have been following up with MGL for last four years for PNG Gas connection in our premises. We have visited their MGL Building in Bandra Kurla Complex, from where we were sent to their service center at BKC (family court). We tried to submit the application and the registration form with fees there but the staff directed us to go to their Tardeo office. At their Tardeo office we were informed that MGL marketing officer would visit us and complete the registration process. but no one has turned up. We had also contacted their online dept and were visited by Mr Kamble who said that since our application is offline he cannot accept our request. We have been in touch with their call center (Mr Chandan Mahane / Ms Shweta many more) and they assure a call back which never comes. The only call back that we receive is a feddback to rate their call. Also when we requested the contact details of the nodal officer Mr Rishi Kumar and Mr Elaviya, they refused also the number available on the website doesnot exists. We have a gas box installed in our building premises, the only thing MGL had to do was extend the pipeline. A new customer wanting PNG connection is struggling for last four years, the dilemma is what after getting the connection????

My Gas bill is being debited from my bank. W here as on 4/1/2021 I have made a payment of Rs.1208/- vide Instrument No 3299758 online against the bill. The bill amount was already deducted from the bank.

Since this is an extra amount kindly add this amount in the deposit amount or adjust in the next bills

Hi, from the day one no one is coming for reading and I m getting zero bill, also while connecting, person asked me for money for gas pipe where I suppose its free of cost upto 1.5mtrs, and My pipe distance was not even 1 mtr..No one is responding mail regarding bill its worst service

Since he got Area Of Worli Slow Progress is Started he is not trying to give results fast and not trying to complete project fast

My Name is Dilip and I m also having two labour with me and I had got Worli area and got 2 Building Rico Darshan

AIC Santosh Jagtab had taken training in Don Bosco of two labour and asked them 1 question and failed them in training and they had given right answer still he had failed them ..

We have practical experience from last 15 years since we have not our Own company and working for Labours contact from MGL with TPI...and such type of AIC is doing unfair with Labour of MGL

we want special Enquiry Against Santosh Jagtab AIC Worli and want meeting with Vigilance Officer of MGL so we can elaborate face to face

And have number of points to loose his job ...I have number of MGL Contractor who ready for invest but not interested to Work under AIC Santosh JAGTAB Dur to his Arrogance Behaviour

He had given badwords also to us from our mother and sister because we are North Indians Uttar Pradesh Labour

And also one point he is keeping TPI For every Project Murli Kamble who had worked for MGL as Project manager earlier and he had resigned his job

Complaint regarding Mahanagar Gas Bill . January 2021 we received almost double bill Rs 1753/- though we are using Mahnagar gas pipeline from more than 2 years and always we received bill around 800 to 850. but this time we got very high bill. so i am requesting you to please look into it and solve the issue.

I hope necessary action will be taken and excess adjusted in the next bill.

This complaint is about Mahanagar Gas Ltd. As we are not staying at register home and not using pipeline Gas from last 9 months but you are still charging on assumption.

This complaint already informed to customer care and Also mailed to [protected]@mahanagargas.com but still no use. Every month we are receiving bill around Rs.700/- which is not nominal charges, and why should we
pay.

Please check and Stop charging on assumption.
