We have been using Mahanagar gas pipeline for more than a year and we always get a bill of around 1000 rs. This time we got a bill of 3608. I'm sure we are being charged extra. Request you to please look into it.

    I receive bill for Rs. 3054/- for a month. We are a family of two adults and two children. How can we get this much bill. Before pipeline our monthly usage was max of one gas cylinder. Slowing slowing it's now became triple of what we use to pay earlier.

      No action taken for wrong billing.
      Notices have been passed for disconnection after going through such a bad situation of Lockdown . continues harrasment is done to me and my family for wrong billing .inspite of knowing the fact that we are having a covid patient the tele caller are Continously harrasing for money .even after we requested to submit a proper Bill we are ready to pay, the telecaller are just harrasing us.if MGL is supporting such a wrong activity of the telecaller, then we would wish to Lodge a compliant on such people.

          Regularly we received gas bill amount like 500 to 700 but this months we received 1981/-
          it has been over charge

                  Over charged gas bill

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  This to bring you notice to my MGL Bill
                  C.a number[protected]
                  Amount for month- Rs 2538
                  Till now my bill amount is not exceeded more than Rs- 630.
                  I am not using my gas for any other purpose than cooking. I don't have any geyser connection. I am sure this is mistake from your end.
                  Kindly rectify as soon as possible.
                  Till that time I will not be able to pay my amount.br...

                  We have purchased new flat at Yashodhan society based in Andheri West. It has been a nightmare for all the members in the society to follow up with the MGL person to get our gas connection. They are unresponsive and always delaying despite commitments. Some members have shifted to the society in July and still they have not got any response from MGL.

                  Request you to escalate our case so that we get the connection swiftly.

                    Even after paying bills of the months August & September, next 3 months bill came out of Rupees 5577. MGL is saying that my undue amount is rupees 3743.18.On calculations they have sent me such a high bill? Please do the needful regarding this. Below i am uploading paid bills of the aug & sep month.

                          Every month excess bill come from your side and i paid to MGL.
                          Average monthly bill come 1300/- from MGL. Which is paid by me. But as per my home consumption was less as compared with you bill amount.
                          So please check my Meter as soon as possible. because in the month of December 2020 bill was 4000/- some thing. which is very high as per my consumption of gas.
                          Every month excess amount bill come from your side. which is not legal.

                            I, mrs kadkol Tanuja owner of the flat 404 -E -wing Ekta-Vivek co-op HSG society would like to bring to your kind notice that the flat has been lying vacant with no occupancy since September 02th 2020 till date., but I have been receiving the mahanagar gas bill to the tune of RS 858/-on 06/10/2020 (bill group MW260623.                             I have payed the October bill amount of RS 858/- without using any gas in the flat. I have again receive a bill of the tune of RS 838 /- bill date 06/12/2020 without me using the gas.                               Since last 2 months ( bill received on Dec 2020 and Jan 2021) we observed that we received excessive amount of bill for MGL Connection[protected]. We alredy paid 3075 amount last month after conversation with customer care. Check with the bill amount and explain.
