I m labour working for MGL Gas Pipe Line since 15 years Experience with my labour associate labours

Now I m working in Worli Area under AIC Santosh Jagtab [protected]
And TPI Third Party Agent Murli Kamble [protected]

There are many points to Put Enquiry Against AIC SANTOSH JAGTAB AND MURLI KAMBLE TPI AGENT

Santosh Jagtab is Currently Handling Worli Area and Colaba Area of MGL ...he is taking disadvantages of his Post

Since he got Area Of Worli Slow Progress is Started he is not trying to give results fast and not trying to complete project fast

My Name is Dilip and I m also having two labour with me and I had got Worli area and got 2 Building Rico Darshan

AIC Santosh Jagtab had taken training in Don Bosco of two labour and asked them 1 question and failed them in training and they had given right answer still he had failed them ..

We have practical experience from last 15 years since we have not our Own company and working for Labours contact from MGL with TPI...and such type of AIC is doing unfair with Labour of MGL

we want special Enquiry Against Santosh Jagtab AIC Worli and want meeting with Vigilance Officer of MGL so we can elaborate face to face

And have number of points to loose his job ...I have number of MGL Contractor who ready for invest but not interested to Work under AIC Santosh JAGTAB Dur to his Arrogance Behaviour

He had given badwords also to us from our mother and sister because we are North Indians Uttar Pradesh Labour

And also one point he is keeping TPI For every Project Murli Kamble who had worked for MGL as Project manager earlier and he had resigned his job

We want investigation against AIC SANTOSH JAGTAB AND MURLI KAMBLE TPI

Complaint regarding Mahanagar Gas Bill . January 2021 we received almost double bill Rs 1753/- though we are using Mahnagar gas pipeline from more than 2 years and always we received bill around 800 to 850. but this time we got very high bill. so i am requesting you to please look into it and solve the issue.

I hope necessary action will be taken and excess adjusted in the next bill.

Dear Team,

This complaint is about Mahanagar Gas Ltd. As we are not staying at register home and not using pipeline Gas from last 9 months but you are still charging on assumption.

This complaint already informed to customer care and Also mailed to [protected]@mahanagargas.com but still no use. Every month we are receiving bill around Rs.700/- which is not nominal charges, and why should we
pay.

Please check and Stop charging on assumption.

We have been using Mahanagar gas pipeline for more than a year and we always get a bill of around 1000 rs. This time we got a bill of 3608. I'm sure we are being charged extra. Request you to please look into it.

I receive bill for Rs. 3054/- for a month. We are a family of two adults and two children. How can we get this much bill. Before pipeline our monthly usage was max of one gas cylinder. Slowing slowing it's now became triple of what we use to pay earlier.

Notices have been passed for disconnection after going through such a bad situation of Lockdown . continues harrasment is done to me and my family for wrong billing .inspite of knowing the fact that we are having a covid patient the tele caller are Continously harrasing for money .even after we requested to submit a proper Bill we are ready to pay, the telecaller are just harrasing us.if MGL is supporting such a wrong activity of the telecaller, then we would wish to Lodge a compliant on such people.

MGL contractor has abandoned the pipeline installation in our building halfway after collecting money. Pipe gasline not installed since last 5 years on one excuse or other.

Regularly we received gas bill amount like 500 to 700 but this months we received 1981/-

Till now my bill amount is not exceeded more than Rs- 630.
I am not using my gas for any other purpose than cooking. I don't have any geyser connection. I am sure this is mistake from your end.
Kindly rectify as soon as possible.

We have purchased new flat at Yashodhan society based in Andheri West. It has been a nightmare for all the members in the society to follow up with the MGL person to get our gas connection. They are unresponsive and always delaying despite commitments. Some members have shifted to the society in July and still they have not got any response from MGL.

Request you to escalate our case so that we get the connection swiftly.

Even after paying bills of the months August & September, next 3 months bill came out of Rupees 5577. MGL is saying that my undue amount is rupees 3743.18.On calculations they have sent me such a high bill? Please do the needful regarding this. Below i am uploading paid bills of the aug & sep month.
