Dear Sir/Ma'am,
It's been over 6 weeks now when I had requested for the name change application online by providing all relevant documents required to process.
I'm compelled to write to you because I'm not getting neither any satisfactory response other than system generated email nor any resolution from
your Customer Support Service team.
I'm hoping to get a resolution from your end at the earliest by taking necessary action on the lapses against the concerned department.
Note: For your reference I'm attaching the chain of emails exchanged in the recent past.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
It's been over 5 weeks since initiating the request for name transfer(21st October 2020) & haven't got any updates or seen any progress.
I want to understand the reason for the unnecessary delay on your end after submitting the supporting documents required to complete the
process of name transfer.
Kindly let me know if there is any discrepancy delaying the process for name transfer which can be rectified immediately at my end.
